A very comfortable Ibis Styles with comfortable bedding. Bar and restaurant on the ground floor. This is a rugby themed hotel with paraphenia from all of the great Rugby players worldwide. The hala playing in the lift with rugby ball beer taps etc. Nice pool, lovely staff, clesn hotel with easy checkin and safe parking.

Nice comfortable hotel a stone's throw from La Cite de Carcassonne. The staff was very helpfull and friendly, the food was great, parking on site, the accommodations were very comfortable although our friends had a bit of an issue with their AC unit not cooling down their room. Très bel hôtel tout neuf … le seul bémol a été le comportement plus qu’inacceptable du serveur au bar … je pense que le personnel est á bout et devrait prendre du repos. Sinon l’hôtel est joli et la nourriture bonne.

Aucune considération du personnel de réception pour les commentaires. J’ai dit ce qui n’allait pas lorsqu’on m’a posé la question si tout avait bien été au moment du Check-out et j’ai reçu comme réponse : « ok, est-ce que je vous imprime la facture? ».
J’ai dit que j’étais déçu de la propreté de ma chambre, car j’y ai notamment trouvé un énorme ongle d’orteil sur le tapis côté lit. J’ai mal dormi, la clim n’était pas assez froide et l’air ne passait pas, puis le resto manquait d’approvisionnement tant la veille au soir que le matin du petit-déjeuner où il n’y avait pas de lait.
