Probably the best hotel in the area, I pulled into one hotel on a Wednesday evening and the sheriffs pulled up behind me. And asked me what I was doing. I told him I was gonna try and get a room to go to sleep.
He suggested that I not stay at that location and go to the Travelodge or if I want something nice the quality in. That’s why I ended up going.

I recently stayed at the Quality Inn Motel and had a very pleasant experience. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long day.

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and everything in the room worked properly. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The location was convenient and close to nearby restaurants and stores, which was an added bonus.

You can definitely do better in Hemet. This one should be avoided. We made the mistake of booking a smoking room, because my wife smokes and she thought maybe the convenience would be nice. Well, that was a mistake. The room stunk worse that any smokers house I can ever remember being in. But the worst part was the mattress. It is long overdue for a trip to the landfill. To make matters worse, the walls are so thin you can hear normal conversation in the adjoining rooms. We were going to check out after 1 night and move to another hotel, but the nice young man at the counter apologized and offered to move us to another nicer room. We took him up on the offer, and this time we took a non-smoking room. The mattress was better, and the room was clean and decent, but the walls were still thin. And there was a constant knocking sound on the bathroom wall that never stopped the entire time we were there. Not sure what it was, maybe a water heater or something else on the other side. I would have only given 1 star, but the young man at the counter earned another with his concern and his effort.

Everything was wonderful.until the day we were checking out.thefront desk clerk told me was gonna charge me 20$for not informing him about my service dog.and he kept trying to tell me,that it’s because I didn’t tell him.but I put in my reservation,and also ,I feel like he didn’t like the way my son responded to him.is why he $ 20 off my deposit.

The rooms were very clean and the parking felt safe. Had plenty of amenities in the room, hair dryer, microwave, ironing board and iron. The bed was comfortable with nice clean sheets. The breakfast was a nice get you going, waffles, cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, toast, small donut, apple, coffee and orange juice.
The staff was friendly and helpful.

I got a non-smoking room and my room smelled like cigarettes. Also, the sheets had stains. I would avoid this hotel in Hemet and pay more to stay at a safer location. There were sketchy individuals outside. Also there are drug addicts close to the hotel.

I paid extra for a tub, when the tub was full and the jets started nasty hairs and junk was floating on the water. I never got to used it. First room I got smelled like smoke and they have charge me $100 for my incidentals, I am putting a report on my card, this place is bad.

Loved that it was quiet, convenient, and near so many store and food options. When I visit again, I will be returning here.
The room was extremely spacious. Loved it!

Only thing I didn't like was there was a baby roach in the bathroom when I arrived to my room.

Besides that, super clean.

Not sure what the other reviewers saw but maybe they are not real? The room was filthy and looks like hasn’t been cleaned in years! The area is horrible which unfortunately I did not do enough research. Homeless in the parking lot, long term residents which includes an element not conducive to a safe feeling. We checked in then immediately checked out and went elsewhere. Beware if you stay here!

I am a travel nurse and booked this hotel to rest after a night shift before a long drive home. When I returned early in the morning, exhausted after work, my room key no longer worked. The front desk clerk was asleep and, once woken, gave me replacement keys that also failed. She refused to check the door herself and instead moved me to another room—which was filthy with soiled linens. After further complaints, I was given a third room that was marginally clean, but by then I had to sleep in my scrubs without access to my belongings.

The issue was later blamed on dead batteries in the door lock. By the time it was fixed and I finally had access to my room, it was too late to matter. I received no apology, no refund, and no meaningful resolution. Despite repeated follow-ups, management only offered a $40 discount on a future stay—completely inadequate.

I should have known it would be bad when I checked in I noticed the key card holder had the room number whited out and written over, clearly reused many times—unprofessional and unsanitary.

This property is poorly managed, unclean, and dismissive of guest concerns. I paid for a room I couldn’t properly use and left without the rest or basic comfort I had booked. Avoid this hotel.

The property has the appearance of being \"upgraded\". However, there were several issues in both of the rooms that our party rented. The couches in both our rooms had a disgusting appearance as they were extremely stained, and one of the couches sunk in ridiculously when you sat on it. The beds were horrifically uncomfortable and gave me a backache that I felt the whole next day.. Not to mention, the staff gave me all kinds of problems with my government issued temporary driver's license because it was paper, even though it clearly said government issued. After speaking with two different higher up staff members, I was finally allowed to check in, but in turn had to pay a $60 cash deposit as an inconvenience to them. Won't be staying there anymore.

The hotel is fine, we stay there whenever we come to Hemet to visit family. But the man at the front desk called our room in the middle of the night, waking us up out of a dead sleep, to borderline yell at me about not having guests. He was very aggressive about some lady that had come toward our room, accusing us of letting her in when we weren’t even awake. That same morning housekeeping came by even though we didn’t request it, woke us up and still tried to enter our room after we loudly said no thank you. Not to mention our door was locked from the inside so I don’t know how that wasn’t a clue not to come in. All in all I’m just kind of disappointed in the way things were run this time around.

A pleasant stay.

This trip I had to have some medical procedures done and I needed to add an additional day to my stay. Yash the Manager at Quality Inn accommodated my extended stay and have me a discount since I am a repeat customer. He always make sure I am taking care of when I stay there. The property is very quiet.
