I’m extremely disappointed with the condition of this room. From the moment I arrived, it was obvious that basic cleaning standards had not been met. There was hair in the bed, which immediately made me question whether the linens had even been changed. The towels also had hair on them, which is unacceptable for any accommodation.

On top of that, there were receipts taped to the wall, which made the room feel unprofessional and poorly maintained. The most concerning issue was visible blood stains on the curtains. That is a serious sanitation concern and completely unacceptable for a paying guest.

Overall, the room did not meet even minimum cleanliness expectations, and I did not feel comfortable staying in those conditions. I believe a full refund is appropriate given the state of the room upon arrival.

Checked in, got settled and a spider crawled on my husbsnds foit. He killed it. In the next 20 minutes, cockroaches were running on the floor and walls. I brought proof, 2 half dead cockroaches to the front desk and checked out. I expect a full refund.

For a 100 bucks you get what you pay for, the pictures online are decieving, no bed spread on beds, dead bugs in the bathroom, dresser with a drawer missing, floor lamp with no light bulb or lamp shade, tv did not work, limited parking spaces.

I strongly advise against staying at this establishment. I traveled three hours to visit Diamond Valley Lake and booked this hotel for a quick overnight stay, expecting a convenient and comfortable experience. Unfortunately, that was far from the case.

Upon arriving at 11:30 PM, I immediately noticed a significant number of homeless individuals congregating in the parking lot, which raised safety concerns. Despite my reservations, I proceeded with my stay since I had already prepaid.

Upon entering my room at midnight, I found it to be unbearably cold. I attempted to turn on the heater, but it was nonfunctional. After contacting the front desk, a staff member was sent to assess the issue. I was informed that the heating unit was broken and that I would be moved to another room; however, no such relocation occurred. As a result, I was left in a room at 42 degrees Fahrenheit, all while feeling uneasy about my vehicle’s security due to the growing number of individuals outside.

By 2:30 AM, I decided to leave. I packed my belongings, left the hotel, and ultimately resorted to sleeping in my car in a Walmart parking lot.

This was an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a safe and restful stay.

Stay was great. Staff were pretty nice. However the rooms are due for a serious deep cleaning/renovation. Walls were dirty. Spotted a baby roach the day of checkout. Beds are comfy and the room size is huge just due for renovation and or deep clean!

The bathroom door handle is broken. The bed has no blanket. The bed is hard, like sleeping on the floor. The shower has black mold. The tub floor for the shower is very slippery, not even wet yet, slipped. The stair way rail is loose & I’ve got a fractured foot from before. No ashtray in smoking room! Had to get my own.

This stay was terrible. We took photos. There were people living there and had junk all outside the doors. There were bugs in our room. The sheets were stained. The floors were dirty and broken. It was a terrible stay. We would like to find out how we can get a partial refund for the inconvenience as we spent several hundred dollars to stay there.

The room was disgusting. Stains on the mattress, walls, lamps, drapes. Couldnt sleep on the bed cause id instantly become extremly itchy from being on it. A hole was punched in the bathroom door. The ceiling was literally peeling off in the bathroom. There was black mold in the bathroom and sink area. There were literally drug deals happening in the parking lot and steps of the hotel. A fight broke out between two gang bangers right outside of my room. I had to worry about catching a stray bullet. Management only offered to switch my room. I wanted a refund so i could leave and pay to stay elsewhere.

The rooms have been updated and are really nice. The furniture is really old and worn but functional. The area at night did not feel very safe. I worried when I went to check in and the lobby was locked and looked NOTHING like the picture in this email. There were bars and plexiglass like it was a bank. This gave me uncomfortable feelings. In the daylight it felt a little better and food is quite convenient, with a Denny's in the parking lot and an In-n-Out a block down the road along with a bunch of other fast food outlets. They are in the middle of restoring the facility and I think once they are done it will be nice. Still not crazy about the check-in area being like a bank.

So all night we were awake with arguing and yelling crack heads.Dogs barking. Trash everywhere. Drug deals happening in the open. Room was awful, as soon as I lay down on bed I got all itchy, bed was not in a good condition and all worn out, 1 chair that had a dip in the middle signs of several years of use and colors fading, couldn't sit there at all. Perhaps one of the worst motels I’ve ever stayed at. Filthy ratty furniture, and paper thin walls. People up and milling around the property at all hours of the night. I had my 11 year old boy with me and regretted bringing him. I will never go back to this place.

INFESTATION OF MICE AND ROCHES

The associate in the front says it's $30 for late checkout, but we were making a complaint about them. Having a rat in the wall in the room that we stayed in for a week as well as cockroaches, only takes $5. The room price, which is a $100.
This place is badly infested, and somebody needs to do something about it. Nobody should stay here period

Hotel Photo is misleading-not Wyndham quality.

It's obvious the management and owner don't care about the upkeep of this property.
Flys in the room. Walls need scrubbing and painting. Limited landscaping is being done on the property: dead grass, dead trees with hanging limbs in the entrance way, pool is pure green filled with algae.
Loitering by the homeless with their dogs.

Everytime i stay here theres a issue like no buckets to put the ice in...never 😒 we are always put in the back of the hotel like where there are no cameras very loud noisy
They charge 1 dollar for a extra key card eveytime u get locked out ur room when should get 2 cards if theres two people in the room i have stayed here more then 6 times and i feel discriminated against, I mean, there's one guy. He's really nice. He's always respectful just doing his job. I suppose, let the rules now. This place are illegal.
And when people have a complaint, they should get accommodated.

My stay there was horrible the tv did not work. Phone to call the front seat didn’t work. The lights went out for like 6 hours and later on that night they went out again. There was bumbs hanging out by the stairs doing drugs. Trash everywhere. Pool was closed and dirty. My kids were not able to get in the pool. Weird people walking around. I was scare not comfortable at all. I was more concerned about my safety there.
