It was my first time staying at Soboba Casino Hotel and I was definitely impressed. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at… from the moment I arrived, to the moment I checked out, it was a great experience. The place is immaculate, the staff is a pleasure… the pool is beautiful, and the views are also beautiful. I was honestly not expecting everything I experienced, this was the best place to spend my birthday. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend.

We were booked a room right near elevator and was kept up all night. Went to make coffee and the machine don’t work. Housekeeper had to come back two times and finally got me a different one. Dinner at the cafe - horrible food and service. Fish was chewy- food under the table on the floor. Had to hunt down our waiter a few times. We stay here at least once a month and this time it was not good. It happy this time at all

We arrived 1 hour early. Female staff member who checked us in, stated room was not ready & would call us when the room was ready. We never recieved a call. We came back to the check in counter well after 4pm , waited in line again. Told the gentleman who helped us we had already been checked in just waiting on a room. He turned to the gal who had did the check in for us & told her we were back. Her response to him-she never addressed us & we were standing right in front of them both. \"I got busy checking people in & didnt get to the list.\" No apologies , no nothing from neither 1 of them . Never addressed us about the no call. We actually had thought they had forgotten about us. Never rely on words. Always double check & stay assertive .
