Nastiest place! Room was being remodeled and was soo disgusting. Refused to give us new room. Rooms next door under construction ALL NIGHT hammering in the walls. Owner creeping outside our room all night as well. Very unprofessional and rude. Have video of them treating me like garbage for asking why the TV was broken. So unsafe I was unable to stay the second night. Do NOT bring your family here!!!!!! Pictures on web lie!!!!!

We didn't get the room we wanted (should've been a jacuzzi hot tub because the jets were broken) then the tv didn't work on superbowl sunday. We were offered another room that was dirty and smelled due to it being a smoking room. Breakfast was a sunny d and yogurt. The pool was green. They were working on updating the other rooms till 11pm (maintenance) Still waiting on the refund that I've yet to receive.

The room was filthy and smelled like an old dirty wet towel. Floors were dirty and grimy, sheets were stained and had holes that looked like cigarettes had burned them. Tiles next to the jacuzzi tub were coming off the wall and was disgustingly dirty. Old seats in the room were grimy and old looking. Towels had stains. Coffee pot was dirty as if it had never been cleaned with old dry thick coffee stains and the heated portion where the pot sits looked like old coffee had poured onto it and melted the area and it was never cleaned. The toilet seat had brown splashed up stains underneath it that hadn't been cleaned. Had it not been soo late and the fact that I was exhausted I would have gone to another place or slept in my truck. I certainly didn't expect a five star experience, but I thought id get a room for the night that was at least semi clean. I expected more from Wyndham.

Looks nothing like advertised, super disappointing that Hotels.com would allow pictures of this hotel when it does not match descriptions I felt like it was below Motel 6. Scratches all over the floor. The walls were chipped and dirty. They didn’t even change the toilet paper roll from the last people (it was almost gone). There was only one towel in the room had like an attic door in the ceiling. Also, the smoke detector had no batteries and the baseboards around the room had like grime and whatever else and on the walls. Their pool was really dirty. One last thing the picture shows like an area for breakfast like tables and stuff, but they don’t even have that there. They have a little counter in the check-in office that has like yogurt and. A pastry.

Expedia failed to honor my 1st floor request. A 3pm check in was unavailable. Trash on 2nd floor walk way with housekeeping walking right by. No towels in room. Dirty floor next to dresser, needs to be pulled out and swept. Toilet dirty. Hair on bedspread & shower curtain.sink plugged and coffee pot bottom dirty and insert broken. New soap behind toilet reveals never cleaned prior to check in. No light breakfast. Tiny sunkist and 2 yogurts.

Room was clean but unable to take a shower due to very Hot 🔥 hot water only. NO cold water. My Sisters room also had problems with the shower, the divider' was not working so No shower for them either. Their TV went off by itself while sleeping early morning . There was no breakfast no coffee like they advertised. Oh! It was raining and the building was leaking by the stair way pretty bad. No good experience. Staff were nice 👍

Nastiest place I’ve ever stayed at m. I neglected to look at the reviews beforehand and I’ll never make that mistake again. Bedding was stained. I went to my car and got blankets to use instead of theirs. The room was filthy. Nothing worked. The light breakfast was a joke. I had to wake the guy up to check out while I waited for him to unchain the door to get my deposit back. Transients milling about at all hours of the night making noise. Felt totally unsafe. The deadbolt didn’t work properly etc…..too much to list.

\"We don't have non smoking rooms left. minutes pass as they look again. I don't want a smoking room so he checks again. Maybe 10 plus minutes and he says he found a room. A customer before me complained about \"A\" room (209) but it didn't register til i got in the room and saw a towel that was used and had hair on it. That customer complained about the room and they changed rooms. He gave me THAT same (dirty) room with a towel that was used and had hair on it. I was too damm tired to go back and TRY to cancel the res. I did not think it was professional

Besides the rain pouring on you as you stood in the office waiting to check in and no one there to check you in. Waiting for about 10 min ringing the bell for service. Oh it gets better as we walk to the room a group of college age kids hanging out in the walkway smoking their weed with no concern about who else was around or had to walk through them. The room was so gross! Dogs had chewed the doorways scratched up the floors and walls. The floors were so dirty and the walls filthy not to mention the drapes were so filthy and stained. I didn’t even walk half way in the room and said LETS GO!! We walked back to the front desk and canceled our room! Perfect for college kids for a cheap stay but I would NEVER recommend this place! Oh yeah they say they have a free continental breakfast that’s a big lie the health department has a sign up saying they cannot serve any food!! The Holiday Inn down the street was amazing breakfast and all!!

The room appeared to need updates but that was not the worst of the issues. The worst part was the room seemed very unsafe. I didnt get any sleep you could here people coming in and out of there rooms, people arguing and kids crying, homeless people literally fighting outside. I am pretty sure there was some illegal activity going on there. It seemed like an extended stay hotel where people were living. There was trash all over the floor outside our room the morning we left. The best way I can describe this stay was it almost seemed like a homeless hangout. I was VERY dissapointed, Days Inn did not live up to its name with this hotel. This is the first time I have stayed at a Motel Booked through Expedia where I was very dissapointed. Expedia may want to rethink this hotel on there list of hotels to stay...

This property is very worn - at best a 1 star hotel. Furnishings are broken - literally the cabinetry drawers faces were not attached - and 2nd hand. The shower water could not be turned off. The feel of the room was institutional, and the lighting was fit for an interrogation. There were quite a few people loitering on the balcony and in the parking lot when we arrived at 11:30 pm. We left and returned the key to the office - we did not stay. I will be trying to get a refund for the prepayment on Expedia.

We only stayed one night the first room the air conditioner was not working. Assigned to the second floor as going up the stairs the railing was dirty and sticky. The beds were very comfortable. There was no Kleenex no mat for the shower therefore I did not shower for fear of slipping.

My bed mattress was tagged with graffiti, the floor looked like someone took a machete to it, the toilet only flushed if you held the handle down for 30+ seconds, and there was a huge disturbance in the room next to me with screaming and pounding on the door, cussing and a lot of banging at 9pm which lasted over an hour before and after I called to complain to the front desk. I don’t believe anyone stepped in to call the police or kick out the guests but me and my daughter were scared to get near the window or leave the room.

I did not appreciate having a dirty bathroom that was never cleaned and had S*** all over it, cigar burns on the blankets and furniture, someone else dinner leftovers under the bed and around the nightstand. All around a very nasty place, and nothing like the pictures on the site. Where do I start?
#1 Upon arrival, I checked in and was given the card to an already occupy room.
#2 Front desk attendant (Roy/Rog) came with me to another room. Upon taking off the bed covers, the sheet was dirty and stained.
#3 We went out of the room, went to the front desk again, I asked for the sheets to be changed and asked for two, extra bath towels, & he said, \"you're asking too much\"
#4 The smoke alarm was broken, #5 the toilet seat was loose, #6 the water in the sink didn't go down. #7 the drawer was broken. The only good thing was the Manager, Mr. Ketam. He was kind, apologetic and professional.

You might as well sleep in your car. Seriously. It was digusting. The room smelled like they used a lysol bomb to clean the room, but that was the only shinning part. The walls were dirty. Just marks and dirt on the walls. The tub was stained with who knows what, one of the comforters had dark spots all over (hoping stains) and inside the sheets was hair. Short, curly hair. Both rooms that my group used were identical. Luckily we had sleeping bags with us, and slept in them in top of the mattress. Hoping that we didn't get bed bugs (time will tell), and thankful that i just got my tetanus shot updated last week.

One of the room that we stayed the door knob is not working well. You need to push hard or whatever to open it. The front desk guy didn’t offer to change the room. Toilet flush is not working, you need to pull out and do it manually to flush. Towels are not enough for 4 people. Towels are worn out. Needs to replace them. Last nigh, it was horrible. A women is shouting to someone for a hour long. People who lives next door must be drunk. He kept knock my door every 20minutes. Everytime I felt asleep and he just knock the door. I stayed up all night.

The light is flashing . The shower water is not hot enough. And water is too small.
