It was ok for a night stay. Bed was comfortable but i did notice hair on the pillowcases and bed as well on toilet and bathtub. Also the nightstand and table seemed to have spots from not being wiped down. The worse part was there was dead (dry) roaches on the vent part of the AC, they have been there a long time. The room i was in could use a deep cleaning, the area behind the bed on the floor was dirty

Room was adequate. Very noisy due to our room being close to the freeway. Upstairs noise could hear people walking/ running around. Can hear people in the next room. My check-in with Nicole could not have gone any better! Nicole was friendly, informative, and was a real breath of fresh air! Well here is the truth to the true events: my wife and I had been staying at this hotel for two nights on Monday morning we were told to leave because many other guests heard my wife and I arguing and complained . we were not in our room coming in from an out of town engagement until late Sunday night upon which we collapsed on the bed and went directly to sleep not waking up until late Monday morning . We feel inapproprriate and wrongly accused due the false accidsatio that are not true at all and demand a refund from this place but they declined and were following through with their objective. . I would not suggest or recommend this hotel to anyone considering the way they treat their guests and falseley accuse people without checking into non existent complaining third party entities . No one approached or took the initiative the address any situation if there were any to begin with because my wife and I were sleeping during the time all of this cockameme story telling bega to leasvrat a moments notice. Around 8:00am our neighbor next door was arguing with one of the house keepers and was slamming her door to the room really sound about 8 times every 3 to 7 minutes. She was parked next to our car. I happen to go to my car for something and smelled a strong odor of marijuana coming from her car since she had her hatch opened. She was yelling and talking to herself because I did not see anyone near her. My family were terrified by this and I did mention it to the front desk. This was the first and will be the last time I stay here.

The table was gross, the freezer needed defrosting, the floor was split, the vanity light didn't work, the microwave was a mess, and the front desk has never taken a check-in from a foreign visitor. There was no breakfast as advertised and pictured. I definitely feel that I was overcharged for this room.

This hotel is so close to the freeway and I can hear the traffic noise all night long. The water pipe under the sink is leaking and I have to put a towel there to \"collect\" the water. I checked in at night and it was pretty late so I didn't bother to ask for a different room. However, I did tell the counter rep. that there's a leak when I checked out.

This place is an absolute dump. I stayed there years ago and it was fine, but now the place is run down, expensive and they even stopped the complimentary breakfast. There’s no reason to ever stay here when there’s so many nicer properties close by. We found dead fleas and eggs in the beds.

Accessible to malls and good dining spots but the freeway was too noisy. Couldn't get a good night's sleep.

Check in took too long. Like almost 30 minutes. One of the staff could have helped the only receptionist checking in guests especially since there were some issues with some guests. We were 5th in the line.

The room and bathroom were dusty not only floors but also the walls including where to hang clothes. Our room faintly smelled like paint. The tiled floor where the sink is located was not even mopped including the bathroom floor. We wanted to use the heater around 2 am since it was cold but didn't because it was dirty and dusty and we were concerned to have dust circulating in the air and inhaling it. The toilet was so noisy when the tank refills after every flush. Door to the room has to be forcefully pulled from the outside to close. Worst hotel i checked in.

DON’T STAY HERE!! BUGS

We had to wait 20 minutes just to check in. Our room was discussing, we even had ANT’S. People above us has a child who wouldn’t stop running practically all night. We were waken up by banging on the floor , shower running non-stop. We called the front office, he did go talk to them. A few minutes later the people up stairs called us harassing us. There was no reason what so ever for these people to have called us several times. I will never stay at your establishment again.

To begin with, I filled out the pre-check in details online before arriving, but was told upon arrival that the morning clerk didn't input them to my reservation, so there was a slight delay to receiving my key. The location is great with plenty of food options nearby, and parking was more that adequate. The room itself was clean and presentable, but there were several cosmetic issues with loose wall moldings and floorboards, and the incredibly squeaky door (room 214) didn't fully close until you slammed it and then flipped the lock inside. I will say the bed was very comfortable, the heater/ac unit was more effective than most, and there was amazing water pressure. With a little more attention to detail, this could have been a 5-star stay.
