Where do I start? From the moment I arrived I noticed several unsavory characters loitering about in the parking lot. I watched a drug deal go down before I ever got my room key. I had already paid for 3 nights. When I asked the person at the desk if I could get a refund for at least the next 2 nights, I was told that I would have to contact Expedia since I booked through them. I contacted Expedia and explained to them that I feared for my safety. They said they would have to contact the motel to see about a refund. So here I am three days later as I write this review with no resolution. I had to stay in the dump for three days, fearful to even leave my room. The last night was the worst. Beating and banging and door slamming and glass breaking all night long. Plain and simply the worst experience I’ve ever had in all of my travels. The motel is located in not the best of neighborhoods. The room itself was barely acceptable. The electric outlets or one side of the bed did not work. The tiles surrounding the tub and the window in the bathroom were very dirty. The water pressure was terrible and you’ll hit your head on the shower head if you’re and more than 5 feet tall. The place is just old and really needs to be taken off of this site. Very unsatisfactory experience all around. Shame on Expedia for even recommending it.

The room, while not fancy, was scrupulously clean, it didn’t smell weird, and the water was hot! And my car didn’t get broken into! It’s right by the highway so there’s some road noise… but mostly in the bathroom. I would definitely stay there again

What's infuriating is that the television was left on for safety reasons, and the air conditioner was left on because the outside temperature was in excess of 100 degrees. To top it all off the room was entered for the the above-mentioned reasons and didn't even make up the bed.
One would be better of living in the street and sleeping on a bus bench. By the way, the room was $112.50 per night and was not worth $20 per night. . .

Got in around 2 pm service was good,and concise. Room was dated, but clean turned on AC, it was noisy but was blowing cold air. We took a nap, and woke up sweating, went to the front desk and notified the gentleman, he argued, why we waited so long to complain, but offered an up stairs room. My knees are bad so we declined. Suffered thru the night and left in the morning. Definitely check the AC, before you take a nap!!!

I booked a 1 king bed room, when I got there to check in they stated there was an issue with the room and ended up giving me a 2 double bed room. For same price so that was good, but front desk stated they called and left me a voicemail. I asked what number they called because I never received a call or voicemail. They had a total different number, than what is on my profile and what i put in when booking. Morning we heard dogs barking, people screaming. the area is not nice at all. Only perk is it is right by the freeway. I wouldn't book again.

Let me start by saying I booked a room here for two people. There was only one towel in the room and when I asked for another she looked at me like I was crazy! When I was checking in and the owners daughter gave me my key for the room she never said it was non smoking room. I figured no worries I don’t like to smoke in the room anyways so the rest of that day I would step outside to smoke in my car. At check out she refused to give me my$20 deposit because she said it smelled like smoke when I never once smoked in the room and she seen me all day smoking outside the room. She was rude and called me a dirty Mexican!!! Worst hotel ever

Barebones establishment that gets the job done . Best suited for a single individual (dare I say male ) , but I would not recommend for a family. It’s in a sketchy pocket with sketchy individuals, but most everyone keeps to themselves . Parking is first come first serve and does have a light at night . The room itself was rather big and clean , but the actual fabric was stained from past use. There was also no daily housekeeping , breakfast, or walk-in lobby.

They would not take my original booking credit card- They have NO pin pad available- wanted another card- NO. The lobby is closed to anyone- mid day through a 2foot hole- looked like a jail visiting window. the place is in a totally sketchy part of town- all places have iron gates on windows. This is NOT a place you will want to be.
