The design of the hotel is beautiful, absolutely gorgeous. The staff is friendly, welcoming and always happy to assist. The room is absolutely beautiful, with a balcony view of the sea, sitting area, super comfortable bed, great shower and designer toiletries, plus robe and slippers. The pool area is stunning as well as the beach. But the main star of the show is breakfast at Pavillon!! An absolute delight!! It’s a large and delicious selection of breakfast delights with champagne, coffee and orange juice complimentary! It is a great start to the day. We would love to visit again. This hotel is a slice of Paradise in Mykonos.

Everything was absolutely amazing!! Location, views, and absolutely amazing service. Special thank you to Alex and Yanis from the dining services, and to the all the girls at the front desk.
I travel a lot, and have rarely enjoyed such a combination of all of these aspects.

The Hotel is also extremely accommodating and sensitive for Kosher food travellers.

Highly recommended!
Will definitely be coming back again!

The staff been very helpful, well mannered , friendly yet very professional. I will put the hotel staff as a leading hotel or four seasons without any exaggeration .
Shout out for the lady who checked me in , helped me through all the stay with a charming smile always . Felt at home away from home , she even provided medicine at my last day due a cold I had . A great staff is what makes the deferent . Shout out for the duty manager , such a professional guy and gentleman. Most likely I’ll stay there again if I wanted to stay around Elia beach . Already recommended to my friends who asked about the hotels I stayed in through my visit .

From the moment we where contacted by the hotel to organise our collection to the airport to the drop off the whole experience was a delight. Every smiling and helpful member of staff went above and Beyond for a really lovely experience. The location is 30 min from the town , so if you are happy to stay close to the beach or complex then it’s perfect . A large selection of restaurants all with great food ( especially the royal Greek!!) really a 10/10 - thanks to everyone especially Eva

Overrated hotel

This hotel is overrated. After We checked in we noticed that our room was full of hair- in the bed room, in the bathroom and in the private pool. a lot of dust under the bed (meaning they didn’t cleaning there often), we asked to change the room but they said that there is no rooms available and call the cleaning staff to clean the room while we was at the public pool (after a long day of flight).
In addition, the public pool wasn’t clean- there was hair and bugs during the period we stayed there (3 nights).
The breakfast is good, but again the dishes warent so clean.
The team is nice and the hotel is beautiful.
I would not recommend to stay at this hotel, it is not worth the money (last year we stayed at the myconian villa collection and it was much better).

Amazing break in Mykonos

This is our second stay at this hotel after 5 years - still good and we had an even better room. The staff are very welcoming and the Manager was so helpful - offered us a local liqueur on our first night and arranged deck chairs for our terrace. The rooms are modern, v. clean and our bed was on a raised platform so we had a sea view. We didn’t use the ‘in room’ bath but it was with the extra for the jacuzzi - Amazing view. V good breakfast with GF options. Dinner is pricey but good. We ate at the sushi restaurant at the Imperial as we enjoyed it last time. There is a shuttle to/from the beach and town but we prefer to have a car. Beach is uncrowded, clear sea but pebbly. Didn’t sit by the pool this visit as we preferred the sea and no music. We’ll definitely come back again. Beautiful place hard to beat.

The hotel offers the facilities of its other sister hotels that are all linked going down to the beach. As a guest we had access to multiple swimming pools, bars, restaurants and patios for lovely views of the sea. The hotel offers free shuttle service to the beach, ferry terminal, downtown and airport. Their concierge service was excellent, especially, in helping us with travel arrangements during the windy days. I would love to be \"trapped\" there forever.

We can’t say enough about our stay! From the minute we arrived at the hotel till the minute we were dropped at the airport. First class experience like none before. The room with a view was phenomenal, the morning breakfast a treat every morning, the pool vibe was relaxing and fun! The 2 dinners we dined at both The Villas and The Embassador of their 9 properties was outrageous food and service! Some of the best ever. As we say in the USA Myconian knocked it out of the park! We will be back for sure

Beautiful hotel and amazing service - staff couldn't have been more attentive. Hotel is new and everything is spotless! Infinity pool is heated which is a nice touch for the late evening swims and it was possible to get breakfast delivered to our suite which made our trip even more relaxing.

Only recommendation I would have is to expand the daytime food options to include more salads and juices. And the rooms could have a few more hooks for practicality.

Overall this was the perfect ending to our Greece trip!

We spent our 3 days in Mykonos at this hotel. Everything was absolutely amazing! Starting from the complementary airport pick up in a nice mini bus, to the smooth & quick check in service. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming. We got a complementary upgrade to come of their best suites!
After check in they showed us the facility and the amenities. The decor, pool, lounge area, and room setups were all stunning. A 5 star experience for our first time in Mykonos. We are definitely planning a trip back to one of the 5 hotels part of this resort. You have access to all their amenities.

The first 2 nights we stayed in the complimentary upgrade room with jacuzzi and huge balcony with our own tanning area. The room had 2 beds one of which was a swing bed (pretty cool). The last (third) night we stayed in our original room with private pool. The only thing I would change would be to make the pools heated. That way you can use them year round. Other than that everything was amazing! The roomswere stocked with everything you could possibly need from the basic toothbrush, shampoo etc all the way to other things you might forget that we’re available.

The food, both room service and restaurant were amazing! High quality for amazing pricing. Breakfast was included complimentary as well!

We came in the first week of October and although windy, the weather was amazing because the sun was beaming and we never felt too hot.

This was my second visit to this resort, this trip was a few days more than my 2015 visit. I cannot say enough good things about this resort!

The manager is the most congenial I have ever met, same goes for the staff. The rooms are incredible; amazing views, room is super comfortable. Also enjoyed the spa on this visit. I hope to come here again in a couple more years!

We have stayed at a number of luxury hotels on Mykonos, including Mykonos Blu and the Santa Marina. Both those hotels are very nice with great locations, however, Utopia had the best room of all those hotels. Its staff’s service was impeccable. Finally, the beds were the most comfortable of all the beds I have slept on in all of Greece. The only downside was the distance from the downtown area and the steepness of the hotel from the beach.

Careful what you wish for

Let me start by saying this is a beautiful hotel! However that doesn’t entirely make up for its management staff. I emailed the hotel several times prior to visit only to receive inconsistent replies. Once we arrived they they gave us a lower class room. As I was trying to fix things with Expedia the front desk called and realized they messed up, and agreed to move us to the correct room, but not after degrading me for not knowing the difference between room suites. They moved us to the correct room but it was directly under the heliport, was unfinished (they had a railing for a room divider for the bathroom which had no divider), and when we had our balcony doors open the smell of sewege came in from outside, and we were the farthest room in the whole hotel, up several flights of stairs and elevators (this became a problem with demagnetized room keys). I complained to the front desk and they offered to switch us but when I saw the new room they were offering us it was actually smaller than the one we were in, even through they swore it was the same. The service staff were competent but the front desk and management was snobby and rude. The manager kept trying to upsell us into things like renting yachts at a way higher price then I found online. The spa gave me a hot stone massage on a sunburn after I ordered cool one. Beautiful hotel but the other myconian hotels seem to have better, friendlier staffs, never felt like they cared if I was happy.

Staying at the Utopia was exceptional on ALL counts. Decor was absolutely beautiful, staff was great (kudos to Costa, Dimitrias, & Andreas the managers we dealt with and George the barkeep by the pool), no better water views in Myk.
Do note this hotel is atop a steep cliff so you don't walk up & down but are shuttled by vehicle...whether it's to go into town or to the beach. I do wish the town shuttle did not stop in the afternoon for four hours.

Utopia Close to the stars....

A top boutique hotel situated at the top of a very steep embankment , not really good for walking as this can be quite difficult especially if the wind (mistral) is blowing ... But the hotel complex which combines facitites of the other 4 hotels situated on this side of the mountain , offers shuttle buses everywhere, to the beach(3 mins) , to the other hotels in the group , to the Airport , to the main town of Mykonos which is 25 mins away..... All very well thought out and quick transport takes away the added expense of renting a car`,if your preference is stay at hotel pool and local beach Elia which is very nice and the Hotel provides
complimentry sun lounges ... For my stay , I happen to enjoy visting many of the wonderful beach clubs scattered throughout the island, and getting Taxis will add up and will be at least 30e each way...
To visit local beach clubs I suggest taking a speed boat from the beach much quicker , and a fun way to arrive for lunch...Finally the staff at the Hotel made my wife and our friends stay a real delight..
All of the staff from the maids who clean the room , to the resturant staff , the Reception Staff ,the Bar men and women , understand the meaning of hospitatly...

My husband and I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were fantastic, the food - and especially the breakfast - was sublime and the decor was great. They even allowed us a super late checkout as our flight was late - a much appreciated gesture. The only thing I would change would be the DJ. I appreciate there needs to be a mellow music vibe at the pool but his music was repetitive, unoriginal and I found his attitude and overall music knowledge to be completely lacking. My husband would have also preferred better closet space. Other than that - thumbs up!

Very comfortable Boutique hotel with fabulous view

Excellent hotel with amazing views over the Aegean Sea. The hotel staff provided fantastic service and are very friendly. We chose the upgraded superior room (704) which features in some of the hotel images on their website. This was well worth it as the room was significantly larger than some of the standard rooms which are quite small for a hotel of this standing.

The breakfast was buffet style and had a huge range of choice available - the hot buffet could have been hotter but the choice of fruit, yoghurts, ham, cheese and breads was excellent. The evening menu was not cheap and was relatively limited but the sea bass was devine.

The pool is salt water but refreshing and never crowded. Similarly we never had trouble in securing a sun bed which were super comfortable. Be warned music is played poolside all day but we enjoyed it and Mike the poolside waiter served us really well throughout our stay.

The hotel runs a free shuttle bus service to Elia beach below (very steep ascent) and also to Mykonos Town which is half an hour away, throughout the day and evening which was very useful.

All in all we had a fantastically relaxing holiday and would recommend the hotel and are very likely to return.

Fantastic Place, Amazing Service

The hotel is up the cliff on one of Mykonos' nicest beaches, Elia. You can walk downhill to the beach or take a very frequent shuttle (helpful on the way back). Facilities are great, beautiful sea views from everywhere and excellent food. But the key selling point is the staff.

GREAT RESORT. The views steal the show at this place. The staff tries really hard (except at the beach). I was surprised to find the bed was just a twin and I only had one hiccup. I needed something refrigerated and they cleverly allowed me to use the minibar. But without me asking they for some reason took my items out of the hotel fridge and loaded only half of them in to the minibar and then left everything else out. If it was medical I'd have been in BIG trouble. They did try to help with a spa service but spa is probably not their weakest link....don't bother.

However, they did make an effort and that was helpful. Otherwise a FANTASTIC property!

Exceptional service, beach and pool were fantastic. Breakfast had great selection, room was clean, comfortable and the AC was a godsend. Definitely the best hotel we've stayed in so far out of all the Greek islands we've been to, including Santorini!

If i must give a criticism, the shuttle service can be a little more frequent, but we didn't have too much problem with it.

Chill out in luxury with stunning views & service!

Champagne reception upon arrival free room upgrade because our flight was delayed for hours! Staff amazingly friendly and cannot do enough for you. The room was fab with our own patio and hot tub, which was nice if you wa t some YOU time. Pool area very chill out with resident DJ music was amazing! General Manager was fab not sure that he ever slept or had a day off as he was always around morning til late at night! Best holiday we have ever had. Would recommend this hotel for couple or families it suits everybody if you want stunning views and chill out time. Plenty to do down I the town if you want excitement and you feel safe where ever you go.

Lovely Boutique Hotel

When we arrived the reception desk were very efficient and a member of staff showed us our room. Unfortunately there was an unexpected storm and the next day we had a leak in our room which we flagged to reception. The staff were very courteous and dealt with the issue in a very professional manner and offered us an alternative room. All aspects of the holiday were great. I would certainly mention the attentive nature of the Hotel Manager Costas and the restaurant staff, which was excellent but not overpowering. We are considering a return visit next year.

The only downfall is that the pool area along with the pool is small however there is 2 other resorts which are part of the same group walking distance away so you can use facilities in any of the other resorts which had larger pool areas.

It was incredible! The staff was very friendly and consistent. The rooms were amazing. I can honestly say they made my 30th birthday one to remember. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

Hotel is new, about 15 minutes from port and Mykonos town. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom, particularly shower/toilet area very badly designed. Great view from balcony of sea. Breakfast excellent. Restaurant food not up to standard. Service very hit and miss. Has potential to be 5 star but some staff need a lot more training

the utopia resort is high end but to be fair some resorts are but the staff lets the hotels down. Not however at the Utopia.
all the staff, from the waitresses/waiters in the hotel to the beach lady/men were absolutely fantastic and really made our short break memorable

Best Hotel on Mykonos Island

This is certainly the best hotel on the Mykonos Island. The views are amazing, facilities are well kept and new, and hotel stuff was very helpful in every way to accommodate each and every wish. I highly suggest to arrive with the helicopter as it offers spectacular views of the island and lands right by the hotel. To inhance the experience take the room with private plunge pool! The only thing that left a room for improvement is dinner food at the restaurant. The setting is great but I would love to see more traditional Greek food choices. Be prepared to rent a car as the property is somewhat secluded from the main attractions of the island!

New hotel but needs inprovement

We recently stayed at utopia. The hotel has a lot of flair, but lacking certain comfort and luxuries. The staff members tried really hard however a few issues were rooms are on the roadside and there was dampness in the room along with very thin walls so hear everything next door.

Awesome experience!!

We stayed here several nights for our honeymoon before heading further to Santorini, the hotel and staff are excellent and very meticulous about all aspects of the hotel. Not much in the surrounding areas but a short shuttle bus provided by the hotel into Mykonos gave you everything you would want for a night out. The views from the hotel are beautiful and the spa was a real treat... I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend anyone else...

Beautiful location, but .....

Beautiful location. Great but in the rooms very impractical design. Lovely friendly staff. But too many teething problems, definitely not functioning as a 5 star yet. Food very disappointing. We chose it because it was a small boutique hotel, but they had a corporate event at the same time we stayed which destroyed the whole feel of the hotel. Really took the edge off our holiday.

A place to remember...

It is a very elegant hotel. A truly 5 star rating, very clean and designs are up to date. Very posh. Very friendly staff, very nice food. I had some issues with my booking at Expedia as I was given a different accommodation on my first two nights which is very disappointing.

Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Colazione fantastica. Navetta inclusa per gli spostamenti da e per la città nonché per la spiaggia e i ristoranti dei vicini hotel (stessa catena). Unica pecca la mancanza di macchina del te/caffè in stanza (che è comunque risultata bella, comoda e spaziosa!). Consigliato per coppie.
