I really loved this hotel it was super nice and you had access to most of everything on the resort i would give this place 5 stars the only reason i gave it 4 was because prior to booking it didn't list all of the extra fees and things that i would need to pay like how the hotel does not offer parking for the people staying there the only option is paying for valet which is 60 dollars a night or finding somewhere else to pay and park there was also a 600 dollars deposit placed on my card which a deposit is okay every hotel does it but i did not know it was 600 what so ever plus when i was checking out they gave me a receipt and told me okay here is your remaining balance and i was confused and saw that they were charging me 152$ for the resort fee for 3 days and i didnt use or touch anything there besides the pool it was a really nice stay besides that i just wish i knew all of this beforehand.

Our stay at Eden Roc was a perfect staycation for our family. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had gorgeous views. We enjoyed the beachside loungers during the day and later on the poolside loungers. Service was phenomenal all around, from the front desk to both Nobu and Ocean Social to beach and poolside service. Food and drinks were delicious. There were activities for kids setup near the pool. They had a World Cup viewing area, which was perfect for my family as we are big soccer fans. I highly recommend it for your next getaway.

Booked the floor to ceiling windows oceanfront suite. First room was in 4th floor couldn't see anything. Second room floor 12 had a roach in it. Third room 14th floor ended being decent. All 3 rooms were identical which is outdated. Didn't even have ABC on TV couldn't watch the playoffs. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful! That would be the only reason I webt back for the staffing was phenomenal!

Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel does not live up to its pricing, and I will not be staying here again. I wish I had chosen the Fontainebleau down the street instead. Unfortunately, I learned that lesson the hard way.

This is a stunning hotel with magnificent beach views. In my view though, the room was overpriced. Besides having a great view it was large. But, there was not appropriate space to lay out luggage. The room surprisingly smelled stuffy/stale. The hotel was very clean, but the room itself felt like it would have benefited from a bit of extra time in that department. The shower, while large, felt dingy. Not sure if the tiles/grout need to be freshened or if it was unclean. The valet staff and bell-hop were excellent. The front desk staff upon check in was no particularly friendly. It felt like they were going through the motions waiting for their shift to end. Later that evening, the front desk staff were much more helpful! I did inquire about booking a beach cabana but was told I had to book that from pool/beach staff. As a disabled woman, that was not helpful. Navigating outside to find staff to book this in advance was particularly challenging, so I did not book anything. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful and breakful was wonderful! Eden Roc was wonderful to experience once, but I don't think it was so amazing to justify the high price that I paid.

The pool umbrellas were worn and frequently unavailable or unusable, leaving guests exposed to the Florida sun. At the beach, cabanas block a significant portion of the ocean view unless you are prepared to spend even more money after already paying premium hotel rates.
Then come the endless extras. Fees. Surcharges. Add-ons. The final cost bears little resemblance to the impression created during booking. Everything seems designed to reach into your wallet one more time.
The presence of large iguanas around the pool area was impossible to ignore. We repeatedly saw them around lounge chairs and garbage areas. Not exactly the image one expects from a property claiming luxury status.
We even watched guests at checkout visibly surprised by the accumulation of additional charges on their final bills. That alone should tell management everything it needs to know about the guest experience.

We were here for a quick couples getaway. The property is beautiful but the staff was less than accommodating. It was impossible to get assistance with booking a cabana so we just skipped it - too much of a hassle to navigate. The pasta at Ocean Social was undercooked (literally white crunch in the center) and took a full 35 minutes to remake with no discount or accommodation for inconvenience - a free drink for later may have been a nice gesture. Some of the staff was very friendly but others are quick to cut you off or ignore you completely.
This was once a top favorite for Miami Beach but we will definitely consider other options for the future.

Beautiful place, amazing beach and resort views from our room. Beds were so comfortable, our in room jacuzzi was everything. Everyone was helpful and kind. The entire vibe and ambiance is just what I needed after the longest Ohio winter ever. Also the passion fruit mojito made by the skilled bar tender at the main lobby bar was perfection! Couldn’t have been more pleased with this stay for my 40th birthday! will definitely book here again next time I visit the area !

My daughter and I stayed here for her 18th birthday weekend. The entire staff was absolutely awesome. They began reaching out to me days in advance and helped me with resources to have the room decorated upon our arrival. Everyone we interacted with from valet, check-in and staff was very kind and accommodating. The room was clean with a perfect view of the ocean. The access to the beach and the staff there was really nice too. The Eden Roc is now the only place I'll stay while visiting Miami.

Resort was preparing for a large company buyout of entire resort on the weekend after my stay. However my stay was impacted by large equipment, putting up signage, moving furniture and bringing new furniture and setups with tons of workers crawling around, pools shutdown 2 days of my stay-- the bottom pool had no seats as they were setting up a stage for this event. This was my worst stay ever. Normally, I hav a great time however this stay I felt like an unwanted guest.
My intentions were to relax at resort but ended up making plans to do things outside of resort.
My recommendation would be to just shutdown for 2-3 days and pass the cost on to the Company buying out the resort instead of making your guests suffer & pay for those prep days!

Was given the wrong room, paid for a view and eventually changed. Paid for breakfast and it was not up to standard with a pretty limited choice.
The pools were closed due to a conference being held there so we could use them, we were not informed this when booking our stay.

Staff was excellent. Rooms were very spacious. (Tip: ask for a room above the 4th floor as our view was blocked by rooftop AC units.) Grounds were immaculate. Beach cabanas were worth every penny.
Only downfall was that they were setting up for a conference so the pool was closed and we weren’t able to use the complimentary bikes. While the hotel was a five star hotel, we felt like we were staying in a convention center with the conference set up and branding everywhere. I’d assume this is not common but it totally changed our experience.

This is a very large luxury hotel that seems ideal for businesspeople & corporate events. There were many such events happening during our 4 night stay. It is not an intimate or boutique experience. The staff are very professional. We stayed in an higher end oceanfront one-bedroom corner suite.
Positives included a very large and clean room with floor to ceiling windows, a lovely balcony and magnificent views of the ocean; spacious bathrooms; fast and efficient elevators; a delicious fruit platter laid on for our arrival; delicious gelato at Cafe Ines.
Negatives (IMO) included: bland almost minimal decor in the room; a stuffed mini bar which has taken over the mini fridge (which is therefore unusable); cheap and untasty coffee pods with powdered creamer (no room for dairy in the fridge?); way over priced restaurants and cafe/shop (though perhaps typical of tourist venues here rather than being specific to the hotel).
The area is a little out of the way from culture, non tourist restaurants or shopping.

Hotel was clean and the lobby bar was great. But our room did not have a tv that you could see from the bed. 2 of the 3 pools were closed all weekend and we were not informed beforehand. The staff were very friendly and helped whenever needed.

A very big conference hotel aka we could not use any amenities during our stay. Please check or inquire if an event or buyout is happening prior to staying here, or you may end up paying to stay in a hotel that’s unusable. Management refunded us our resort fees but it was still disappointing that this wasn’t disclosed in advance that all pool decks would be closed.

Something is going on at Eden Roc, I've stayed here, as has my partner, several times, this time the stay was overpriced, the team on site just couldn't be bothered (all of them), Front of House at Check in was great, but from Derek onwards it went downhill quick, Valet was so bad they refunded us the charges, the restaurants closed early every night of our stay, everything was insanely expenses and not of the level it felt worth it.
The suite however was stunning, the view, beautiful, the gym is more than serviceable, just needs a huge uplift in staff attitude.

Outdated rooms but very nice and professional staff. Great location in front of the beach. First night (weeknight) had construction sounds for a long time coming from outside, or something similar, that completely messed my sleep. The other nights (weekend) were quiet and peaceful.
