The treatment received after staying several days was inhumane and nothing less then abuse. Due to error and ignorance on behalf of hotel staff they called the police and the police sided with me and left the establishment the continuince of harrasment and the fact that our money was taken and they were paid twice for day and were should be No refrigerator no microwave

The remote was supposed to be connected to the TV but it didn't function. The toilet got clogged up. This is RIDICULOUS! paying all this money for nothing but a bed shower and a toilet!?!!!!!!! The lobby was inaccessible; you can only talk to the staff outside of the building through plexiglass like being in a liquor store in a bad neighborhood. The staff were non-responsive and not professionally friendly. My TV didn't work at all (I even tried to troubleshoot it myself); the TV remote was broken with no rear cover panel. The in-room phone was unplugged and didn't work. The electrical outlet on the nightstand was falling out of its socket. The room had mold between the doors, and the bathroom was gross (can provide photos if needed). The room smelled like smoke although it was a non-smoking room. On a good note, the sink area next to the bathroom was clean; the room had a small refrigerator and microwave, and parking is free and the complex is gated. I tried to find another hotel but due to a convention and a home basketball game for the Memphis Grizzlies, room rates for other hotels were extremely high. I'm sure the owners are trying their best to renovate over time, but this location needs work and I would never reside there again. In my opinion, this hotel should not be listed as an option on Travelocity.

Staff was unfriendly; no concern re my personal needs. Check-ins before 3:00 not allowed even if a room is available. I called ahead requesting a handicapped room. Was told they couldn't accommodate. I asked could I get a ground floor. They couldn't guarantee that either. I asked how was I to get my luggage to 2nd or 3rd floor and he sternly stated they have an elevator but still refused to let me check in until 3:00. Told me to come back in two hours. They talk to you through a window; their lobby is locked. Very impersonal. No condiments available; coffee or snacks to buy. There is no coffee maker in rooms. Bathtowels are old and very rough; feels like sandpaper. We checked in on Thur; no one came to provide clean bathtowels or empty the trash until Sat and didn’t come Sun either. Television didn’t work. Husband went to front desk to inform personnel; someone came and couldn't get the TV to work. He left and didn't return. Husband went back Fri., another guy got the TV to work but stated it couldn't be TURNED OFF! I cannot sleep with a TV on, so the light from the TV screen was very annoying and interfered with my getting a good night's sleep. Check-out time is 11:00, but Management deactivated our room keys from working by 8:00am on our day of check-out. Husband went to get the car to load and couldn't get back in. When returning the room key I asked why was our room key deactivated before 11:00 check out time? They didn't know. 🙄 Awful service!

Room was partially clean I am Supervisor Housekeeping for 17years there was couple issue with room upon checking in #1 floor was dirty had take towel sweep and mop/ furniture had dust/toilet wasn’t clean properly had urine smell/tub had mold around caulking part/pillowcase cover haven’t been washed had all different stains /AC was filthy/vent walls had something I don’t know if they had properly training I had took some pics as well if they get the cleanliness of hotel room it would be nice stay and comfortable

Unfortunately my stay was not so great. I had to change rooms 3 times. The first room was still being cleaned so they gave me another room and the air didn't work in that room. So they gave me the last room and the only lights that worked were in the bathroom. Photos will be attached. The checkin is extra secured you are not allowed in lobby which is very unappealing. The room bedding and cleanliness was good but the bathroom door paint was peeled off and bathtub was also not very clean

I booked the room for my 18y/o daughter who was traveling solo. It was only one of few hotels allowing 18y/o to even check in. Sadly, the outside gate and surrounding area seemed too sketchy for her and ultimately she decided to continue her drive to a safer hotel in another city. We didn't request a refund as it was already so late when the decision was made to not stay.

That room reeked of cigarette smoke despite being non-smoking, and the bed linens had visible stains. The pillowcase, walls, curtains, and doors were also dirty. The fridge barely worked and was unsanitary, and the A/C smelled like cigarettes and only cooled when standing directly in front of it. The bathroom was outdated and unclean, and the toilet, sink, and shower had clearly not been cleaned in either room. A urine smell lingered, possibly from the bed or the A/C. I was too exhausted to move again.
The Wi-Fi and card system were down when I arrived (1:30am), so I paid cash. The Wi-Fi later became spotty. Worst of all—there were bed bugs.
Pros: it’s gated, has a microwave, soft bed, good Wi-Fi early morning, lots of parking, and is close to stores.

I was treated like a third rate citizen! Everything about the property was off. Being a fireman the whole building was not near fire code. There was no water for shower or using the restroom the whole first night and a half. I was there. The TV did not work and they kept the lobby closed all the time.

We booked 2 rooms for one night. One of the rooms blanket had what looked like feces on it and the smoke alarm continuously chirped. The other room didn’t have a smoke alarm at all and had what looked like vomit on the frame of the bed. Room reeked of cigarette smoke, I had to get my key rekeyed like 4 times and after working all night I should not have to do this on my second night of a four night stay. I only stay here because it is close to the hospital that I am contracted with. I am a front line worker. Not every room has a refrigerator and microwave. The shower rod is loose, loose socket covers, the room won’t stay cold. I had to turn it down to 60 in order to make it comfortable and cool.
