Beware of parking costs.

Good. Major drawback was unexpected cost of parking ( 10 euros per day ). Hotels.com should have forewarned us ( ie next to the « self parking « tick on advert. Also no fridge. But room just about big enough’. Bed comfortable.

We booked a suite at this hotel as a stopover and won't disappointed! our suite had 2 bedrooms, a double and a twin, an entrance hall (perfect for prams etc...) and a decent size bathroom. (both bedrooms had tv). We also had a double terrace, which was lovely in the morning, althoughthe view is of the carpark/street). The service was really good! we asked for a quite room as we have a 4 weeks old baby and did not want to bother the other guests when baby cries, and we got given a suite away from other guests. The breakfast was ok, nothing special, but it's included in the room price. The hotel is pretty new, very nicely decorated and very clean. it's a couple of minutes walk to the river and restaurants. the town is really pretty, with a lot of good restaurants choices; I would definitely recommend \"le casier\" restaurant for amazing seafood.

Nous avons écourté notre séjour . Bruit de la rue , pas d'obscurité assuré dans la chambre , aucun équipement dans la chambre même pas un mouchoir ou une bouteille d'eau et sous le nom de suite et 3 étoiles .à déconseiller

Un peu déçu.

Problème de chauffage dans la chambre que nous occupions pendant le séjour. Problème d’hygiène également avec des chaussettes sales retrouvées sous le lit. Porte cassée des toilettes de la 203. Sur notre demande, la réception nous a proposé de changer de chambre, mais malheureusement la 103 délivre une odeur de vomi que le service de nettoyage n’arrive pas à faire partir donc nous gardons notre chambre froide.

Tout s'est très bien passé. L’hôtel est très bien placé : une fois la voiture déposée sur le parking, tout se fait à pied : plage, shopping, port pour prendre la navette avec Yeu. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et extra. La piscine bien agréable

Prix du parking 7e/jour, c'est quand même très cher...
Lors de la résa le prix du parking n'était pas annoncé.
Autrement l'hôtel est très bien et le personnel très accueillant et très à l'écoute.

salut je suis rentre a ibis en bas ca allait mais en haut la moquette du couloir etait pleine de tache et les porte etaient toutes rayees pas tres clean enfin ont ezt alles dans les chambre cetait bien ont a ete surpris par la lumiere qui ne s'allumait pas mais ont est descendu pour demander et fallait laisser le badge dedans la fente et nous ont savait pas sinon bien dans l'ensemble

Juste 2 petites choses à revoir , la doublure des rideaux car on voit l'éclairage public à travers et un panneau . La literie pour moi trop molle . Un soucis dans la salle de bain que j'ai fait remonté à l'accueil . un balcon dont on ne peux pas profiter car le mobilier était très très sale .

séjour un peu mouvementé

bonjour .nous avons eu pas mal d’aléa . 1er jour à notre arrivée nous avons eu une chambre avec 2 lits nous nous reposions et des personnes sont entré dans notre chambre ,une fois renseignement pris il s'ajissait d une erreur de programmation de carte ( 2 meme carte pour une chambre )de se faite nous avons eux une autre chambre avec un grand lit ( comme réserver). le lendemain quand nous sommes revenu de notre balade la chasse d'eau des wc fuyait , j'ai été a l'acceuil pour leur signaler et la pas possible de la réparer donc nous avons une nouvelle fois déménager (3 chambre en 2 jours)je trouve dommage que les personne qui on fait la chambre ne se sont pas rend compte que la chasse d'eau fuyait .

Pas du standing d'un ibis style, équipements qui commencent à être vétustes. Gros point négatif : le manque d'isolation, on entend tout, les gens au téléphone dans les chambres ou dans le couloir. Il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre, même quand chauffage coupé, impossible de mettre du frais. Déçu pour un ibis styles.

Superbe chambre (la 115), superbe impression apriori.
Mais impossible de dormir (même tout fermé): la turbine de ventilation générale est au pied de la chambre.
Et tout fermé, le ronron de la clim (efficace) remplace les décibels éliminés par le calfeutrage de la fenêtre.
Demandé changement de chambre: j'ai hérité la 217; cette fois riquiqui, sans standing, avec un mitigeur de douche difficilement manoeuvrable sans verin....
Au même prix (116€ + 7 de parking).
Ceci dit, j'ai pu dormir la fenêtre ouverte, sans clim, en appréciant le bruissement des goélands et profiter d'un micro balcon....
Et de l'inconduite des occupants de la chambre contigüe dont l'organe (vocal) était musclé.
Voila; cet hôtel, propre sur lui mais pas donné, se justifie si vous souhaitez aborder à pieds la ville de Saint-Gilles.

Cet établissement est très bien placé, près du Centre ville et des quais. Le parking intérieur sécurisé (payant 7€ par jour) est très utile. Le petit déjeuner est très bien avec un personnel attentionné. Seul bémol qui fait que je ne trouve pas tout \"excellent\": je ne vois pas où se situe la différence avec un 2 étoiles, la chambre est assez petite ainsi que la salle de bains et il n'y a aucun meuble où l'on puisse ranger des vêtements. En élément +, la literie est très bonne et la clim bien réglée.

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour notre séjour en Vendée cet été. La chambre était propre, pas très grande toutefois, il y a peu d'espace une fois les bagages rentrés. Le petit-déjeuner buffet offre les choix \"classiques\", pas d'originalité particulière. L'hôtel est à faible distance du centre ville et du port, un peu plus loin de la plage (un bon quart d'heure à pied). On trouve de nombreux restaurants aux environs.

hôtel très bien tenu ,accueil très sympathique . Les chambres sont très confortables, rénovés ,très calme. Petit déjeuner de qualité pour un prix raisonnable.

weekend !

weekend reposant, a proximité du port, des restaurants et des commerces, pour l'hôtel la piscine est toujours le gros plus avec le personnel toujours aussi sympatique !
point négatif: la salle pour le petit déjeuner manque de climatisation(très chaud ,avis personnel) et les 5 euros pour le parking de l'hôtel .

Hôtel agréable et bien situé

Nuit en famille dans cet hôtel que nous connaissions déjà : très grande terrasse et deux chambres séparées de très bon confort. Très calme aussi. Nous avons profité également de la piscine. Seul bémol cette fois-ci : le petit-déjeuner. Il n'y avait plus de jambon, plus de choix de yaourts et peu de fromage (pourtant il n'était pas tard). Malgré tout, week-end réussi ! Nous y retournerons.

Hôtel bien situé, l'accueil très bien, la piscine super. Toutefois nous avons regretté, dans la chambre, l'absence de rangement, et des rideaux pas assez occultants, de plus orienté à l'Est...... Rien à dire autrement, très bons petit-déjeuner.

Hôtel idéalement situé

Hôtel idéalement situé, accueil et services irréprochables. Chambre familiale très spacieuse, propre, beaucoup de rangement, calme. Nous avons profité de la piscine (génial avec nos 2 ados!!). Nous pensons retourner dans cet hôtel dans quelques mois! Notre séjour a vraiment été des plus agréables!

HOTEL TRES AGREABLE A RECOMMANDER

Hôtel très bien situé permettant de se promener à pied dans la ville et jusqu'à la plage. A notre arrivée, nous avons demandé de changer de chambre car nous ne voulions pas donner sur la rue. Notre demande a été acceptée et nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Très bon petit déjeuner et piscine agréable. Merci à l'accueil de toute l'équipe de cet établissement.

Séjour de qualité, point - : bruit bâtiment annexe

Séjour parfait dans cet hôtel: l accueil et l amabilité du personnel. La cour derrière l hôtel qui sépare de la route.
Un petit bémol pour la piscine qui ferme tôt, 20h.
Le gros point négatif est le bruit et l isolation phonique. J entendais les conversations de la chambre d à côté. Ma chambre etait située ds le bâtiment annexe près de la piscine. A chaque fois que quelqu'un composait le code d entrée, de mon lit j entendais le buz qui déclenche l ouverture de la porte, puis la porte d entrée claquer en faisant vibrer ma porte de chambre. Quand les gens rentrent en pleine nuit, c est regrettable d être réveillée.
C est dommage car à part ça, tout est parfait. Peut être que seules les chambres situées dans le bâtiment principal sont correctement isolées.
