Although the hotel had its own Thalasso and Spa complex we did not use. Not much of an atmosphere in the hotel, although a very friendly service all round. Room a bit tired (flaking paint on ceiling) and a tiny bathroom. Close to beach area although January sees a shut down of many restaurants etc.

Overall our stay was very good, the staff were both courteous and helpful, the room was clean and tidy. Negative - 1. The disabled shower did not have a seat thus only allowing me to sit on the floor to shower which was both uncomfortable and unhygenic; 2. No toilet roll holder (minor point but let down the bathroom); 3. It was very disappointing to find that the bar closed at 21.15 when it would have been nice to sit in the bar during the evening rather than have to go out elsewhere. The location of the hotel was excellant, near to lovely sandy and clean beaches, within walking distance of the beach promenades and near to the town. Surrounded by good cycle tracks for the more abled visitor. Lovely place to stay and having the use of the Spa was an added bonus. Though there are a couple of negative issues, related mainly to being disabled, they did not spoil what was an excellent place to stay.

Room was fine tho no carpet on the floor made feel chilly. Bathroom very small and no bath products. Dinner menu was aimed at the Thalasso side of the business....small portions and rather uninteresting. Ayone hoping for a nice French steak would be sorely disappointed. Staff polite but disinterested. Advertised wifi was not available. Nothing that wrong with hotel but nothing great about it either.

to pay that much for 3 nights in a hotel without airconditioning is outrageous, and then to say 'its not usually this hot' with an unheated pool outside is pathetic. no wonder the place was empty.

Nous étions dans la suite bulle horizon, grande, pratique avec une belle terrasse panoramique avec un jacuzzi, c'était top. Le petit-déjeuner était bien achalandé Le dîner au restaurant était très bon avec plusieurs choix. L'accès à la thalassothérapie est un plus appréciable. En résumé très bon établissement.

Attention à vos affaires dans les chambres. J'ai laisse des produits de beaute sur l'évier dans la salle de bain, j'ai quitte ma chambre à 13 h suis revenu à 21 h et un de mes sérums a disparu. Je me suis plain au personnel de l'hotel qui m'a dit qu'il faisait confiance au personnel. C'est inacceptable.

Chambre propre, bonne literie, gros problème de pression d'eau au 4 ème étage, il y a des travaux dans l'hôtel, du coup il faut sortir de l'hôtel pour aller à l'espace SPA qui commence à être vieillissant et l'eau pas très chaude, mais vu les restrictions en terme d'énergie ça peut se comprendre. Cependant la chose qui nous a vraiment déçu c'est le petit déjeuner, payé 18 €, on s'attend à un bon petit déjeuner, il n'en ai rien...plus de viennoiseries, plus de crêpes puis beaucoup de choses qui manquait...18€ pour un bout de pain un café, un bout de beurre et un oeuf...c'est cher payé ! Ayant l'habitude de séjourner dans des hôtels que ça soit pour le personnel ou le professionnel c'est la première fois que je suis déçu , je m'attendai à mieux vu le prix payé ! Rejeter la faute sur les clients précédents qui ont apparemment abusés c'est un peu limite...le buffet devait être alimenté jusqu'à la fin du service du petit déjeuner. Expérience mitigée!

J'ai demandé un room service 1 fois le soir, j'ai demandé pour 20h et on m'a dit impossible, c'est soit 19h soit 21h. En gros pas pendant le restaurant. Ce que je ne comprend pas trop. Le plat est arrivé très tiède. Et ça manquait de saveur. On peut manger healthy (carte 95% poisson) mais que ce soit assaisonné correctement. Au jour du départ en me donnant la note, je m'aperçois de la facturation du room service 5 euro. Mentionné nulle part. Et 5 euro pour se faire monter un plateau sur le pas de la porte c'est quand même moyen surtout au vu des heures de room service.. A part ça, très bon séjour.

La chambre que nous avions vue sur les images du site, ce ressemble pas à celle que nous avons. Nous avions eu une douche au lieu de la baignoire, la décoration n’est pas identique ( moins moderne), le lit avec une séparation au milieu ce qui n’est pas pratique, ce que est un avis personnel.
En revanche une bonne accueil, à l’hôtel ainsi qu’a la thalasso.
