Overall the hotel was fine. It was weird ti see such a big hotel but very few people around. I think during our stay (one day) we saw only one other customer. The garage and the outside of the hotel could be better kept. The garage in particular needs to be cleaned up

The only good thing about this property was it was within reasonable costs but everything else was more or less terrible - old property, very limited to no transportation facilities, they don’t provide you with water in your room after your first night of stay, PATHETIC WiFi, room service provided us with torn towels - it is a huge and massive hotel but empty so it almost feels haunted. Extremely disappointed with this stay!

This is a hotel designed for exhibitions and business conferences - so feels as such. But it offers great value for money out of season.

An improvement would be hotel transport to the train station or the centre of town - which is otherwise hard to get to.

Location was great, parking was easy. Hotel desperately needs a deep clean. Rooms are dusty, and everything smells musty. Sheets, bath towels all smelled old and stale. Rooms had phones with half the buttons missing and rooms had no information. No room service information, no restaurant menu.

I really appreciated Cinzia who helped us book a private tour to the Amalfi Coast. The Bloo restaurant was fantastic.
The only thing, we had to change room due to the patio door of the balcony not xlosing & i didn't feel safe and cleaning service could have been better. Towels weren't im the room qhen we got back. But otherwise I would stay again at this hotel. Very close to where we wanted to visit. We went to Pompei & the Royal Palace of Caserta.

Overall the room is neat and big however the lobby seems super cold !!! Seems like there’s no heat at all. When arrived to the 2nd floor, the corridor seems so dark and hunted! Not sure why they tint the light. It would be better to have a brighter atmosphere.

Very Difficult location to find..huge conference center..not to my liking...staff.. Great stay! Will definitely come back!

We had a great time, convenient location, quiet and about 10 minutes drive from the city center. I had read some concerning reviews about small beds, not at all. Our room was a standard room with king size bed. Perfect for our 10 nights stay. The only cons is the WiFi, great in the hotel lobby, poor in the room. Loved this hotel overall and will definitely come back!

However, having been to your hotel now for a third time and my son previously 5 times we can't help notice the standard of maintenance around the complex has fallen where it is noticeable. In particular hallways, and some areas around the complex.

Huge hotel, it has been a luxury one in the past. Currently there are a lot of empty spaces, a bit shabby and spooky. There is NO WiFi in contrary to what they advertise. If you stay one night you will be fooled by saying that WiFi is currently out of order, but tomorrow they will fix it. Same lies do not work if you stay longer, then they simply admit that there is no WiFi and they are not going to fix it.
Nevertheless there are also good things to say about the hotel. Rooms are spacious, you can enjoy really a nice and big pool that is open not only for hotel guests. Also it is pretty convenient to go to Naples by train (3.40 euro one way). It takes around an hour to get there. Train station is approximately 30 minutes walk from the hotel. Approximately same distance from the hotel are restaurants if you would like to have dinner not in the hotel restaurant.

Some of the staff not the friendliest if your black the whole Italy is the Same tho so just ignore and keep on pushing for the price I was wondering if it would be a slum but this hotel is huge like a mall and gorgeous restaurants and pool some rooms have Jacuzzi I did a split stay the wedding was in another location so after the wedding I came back to this area this hotel Isn't near a lot but there's a nice pizza restaurant rite up the road 5min walk tops and they have restaurants if ur there during the open hours no Italian to English translation so use Google translate to figure out menu but I am amazed by this hotel

Comfortable room

Nice hotel, especially as we wanted something less central for easy motorway access. Seems to be part of a conference centre. Big, Comfortable bed and air conditioned rooms. Breakfast was average. The surrounding area was quite run down (some redevelopment happening) and didnt seem like a good place to go walking at night. That said, we found excellent pizza at the nearby pizzeria Paco!

Below average but fine for a rushed nights stay

Rooms smelt of cigarettes and the bed had a hair in it and felt dirty. The wifi didn't work throughout our stay and reception were not able to help, and although said they would send someone up, no one did come to fix it. The sinks were blocked and it took a long time to wash our hands. The lift didn't work in the morning so we had to walk around what seemed a maze with no signs to get downfor breakfast. Breakfast was a very basic.

Handy for Palace visit

Very little in actual area so you definitely need a car, however the hotel itself is quite amazing, lots of room around a huge atrium courtyard. Great pool. Big underground car park. If you are a tourist wanting to visit the Palace then this would be a great place to stay, however the streets of Caserta are difficult to navigate with railway line and lots of one ways.

This was, until recently, a Crowne Plaza affiliated property. They dropped the \"Crowne\" from the name and have down scaled the staff. Nonetheless, it's a comfortable enough stay. Parking is available in the garage located in the hotel basement, it's free and secure. I would make plans to dine outside the hotel.

Quite a find!

I needed an overnight at short notice and booked online from the rail station, quite early in the morning. I walked to the hotel, not difficult to find but quite a distance with two cases in tow! Having time available the next morning, I walked back again and knowing the way, it did only take half an hour. The hotel was really quite special. A warm welcome and despite the early hour and the initial 'sorry your room is not ready', a quick change around and 'yes, there is a room for you' which was very kind for such an early arrival. Everything was impeccable. All the staff had a smile and friendly word, everything supremely clean and pristine. The pool was clear and fresh and a pleasure to spend lazy hours beside. The surroundings mostly residential were very pleasant but to the rear were some rather strange and spooky disused factories which from a pedestrian's point of view was a bit un-nerving - but nevertheless the location was very peaceful and pleasant.

Easy to find- great hotel.

Compared to most hotel in Naples and surrounding area this one was so well signed and easy to find. It was clean and modern and the pool was huge. Parking was secure and huge. The staff was terrific and the breakfast was great. It's only draw back is that it is close to nothing. You must have a car or be willing to take a taxi. We stayed in 12 hotels in four weeks and this one had the best mattress and it was only a four out of five.That tells you that Italian hotels don't spend their money on good quality mattresses. We are spoiled in Canada.

The hotel is a nice facility which is virtually impossible for a non-resident traveler to find. It has an inept, rude and uncaring staff. It also has a beautiful restaurant which is not open to those who stay unless you happen to be there when there is a large tour group. The small cafe/bar has an area they call the restaurant, but the menu is so limited you're better off trying to find another place. Problem is there isn't anything else unless you go into the center. In which case we waited for more than an hour for a 15 Euro cab ride back to never land.

Jeg var der til et større arrangement, der blev holdt på hotellet over flere dage, men det virkede til, at hotellet ellers var lukket. Det var svært at finde indgangen, og lobbyen lå nærmest hen i mørke, da vi ankom. Hotellet er slidt, interiøret ret gammelt og arkitekturen pompøs og grim på en fattigfin 1990'eragtig måde. Beliggenheden er ret afsides, og man skal enten gå langt fra Caserta station eller komme i bil. Morgenmaden var okay, men ensformig, dog med et stort udvalg af skærekager, hvis man er til det om morgenen. Personalet var høflige nok, men virkede ikke meget imødekommende eller engagerede. På plussiden var værelset rummeligt, sengen behagelig og rengøringen fin. Ikke et sted, jeg ville komme tilbage til, hvis ikke det var til et lignende arrangement.

Struttura imponente e di effetto ma parecchio decentrata e ormai datata. Le camere sono dislocate a parecchia distanza dalla hall e necessitano di manutenzione. Il personale della reception si è mostrato poco attento, a parte essere sempre in un'altra stanza piuttosto che al front office, hanno sbagliato l'assegnazione della camera (avevo chiesto matrimoniale e ho avuto twin), poi non so da dove avevano estrapolato che io avessi fatto richiesta di camera per disabili (!?). Alla fine mi hanno cambiato la stanza ed era senza maniglia interna, senza batterie nel telecomando della tv, il quadro dell'AC mezzo mancante...Ho fatto presente la cosa e hanno prontamente risolto. E' andata meglio con il personale della ristorazione. Abbiamo partecipato ad un congresso e in sala non si manteneva la giusta temperatura: o si ghiacciava o faceva troppo caldo.
Non fosse che si è trattato di una scelta obbligata, posso dire che c'è davvero molto di meglio a prezzi inferiori.
Eppure basterebbe un po'di attenzione per migliorare tanti piccoli aspetti che in un hotel della catena Marriott non dovrebbero essere certo trascurati.

Bellissima struttura, moderna, spaziosa, camere grandi, ben arredate come tutto il resto, hall ristorante, però la gestione non è all’altezza della struttura, e’come far guidare una Ferrari ad uno senza patente ci sono piccoli dettagli come luci fulminate in bagno, sui corridoi, aiuole con erbacce dentro, cascate spente la mattina che fanno vedere l’umidità che aggredisce i muri, garage al coperto che sembra vecchio di 20 anni con macchine abbandonate in sosta forse da anni, pezzi di strada completamente coperte da cacche di piccioni etc.etc. Comunque, ripeto, la struttura è un capolavoro dell’architettura.
Sconsigliato il ristorante nei dintorni PACO, scortesia, antipatia e niente di speciale nel menù, per non parlare del conto finale.

Der Hotelkomplex innen ist schön gemacht aber die Umgebung ist schrecklich.
Viele Restaurants waren geschlossen (August) somit assen wir im Hotel Restaurant ein überteuerten, trockenen Hamburger 18.- Euro. Es steht, dass Hunde willkommen sind aber als ich das bei der Ankunft erwähnte, war die Dame an der Reception genervt.

Déçu dès notre arrivée, j avais réservé cet hôtel exprès pour la piscine étant donné que c était l anniversaire de mon concubin et que ma fille de 9 ans puisse se baigner vu la chaleur qu il fait ici au mois d août et bien pas de piscine car elle était en maintenance , c est honteux pour un 4 étoiles surtout pendant 2 jours je ne comprends pas que la piscine n a pas été réparé et en plus en week end ,j aurai pu être prévenu avant de payer ma réservation car dès le lendemain de ma réservation j ai reçu un mail en italien où j ai compris que la piscine était en maintenance mais c était trop tard j avais payé et on arrivait le lendemain donc vraiment déçu car j aurai pris un autre hôtel si j avais su cela pfffffff . Celui de l accueil nous a offert les petits déjeuners pour les 2 jours c est gentil de sa part mais ça ne remplacera pas la piscine ou on voulait profiter de nos 2 derniers jours de vacances.

Prenotato su Hotels con selezione hotel con piscina, la piscina invece non era disponibile. In ristrutturazione. Staff dell’hotel gentilissimo a scusarsi, Hotels.com invece pessima. Sono cliente da tanti anni ed essere trattato così dopo aver contattato il servizio clienti, con un voucher ridicolo a simbolico risarcimento, è spiacevole e per voi vergognoso. Nell’hotel ero stato anni fa, è decaduto e un po’ spettrale perché enorme e semidisabitato. Camere non all’altezza. Rimuovete quella moquette. Spero lo riprendano. Personale gentile e disponibile. Solo per loro applausi.

Molto interessante la hall che sembra una piazza in quanto, olte a essere molto grande si trova al centro della struttura e il soffitto è costituito da una volta vetrata molto alta, infatti parte delle stanza affacciano proprio sulla hall.
