Las personas del hotel tienen muy buen servicio, el hotel está muy limpio, pero las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado, creo que aunque esté frío afuera, podamos tener la opción de poner el aire, De lo contrario tenemos que habrir la ventana y se pierde la privacidad, el parqueo es demasiado incómodo y pequeño.

Easy to find 15mins walk from the bus station. Laundrette 100m away, walking distance to the Cathedral, shops and parks. Even found a photocopy shop!
Comfortable clean staff friendly. Especially liked the granite bathroom and wooden walnut wardrobe, plenty of towels.

The hotel was very dated and was probably a very nice hotel in the 80,s. It was clean and the one member of staff we had contact with was helpful. Our room backed onto a busy street so we couldn't open the window to make the room cooler and the air con was very dated. Okay for a two night stay but I wouldn't want to stay longer.

We spent 9 nights in the hotel. It is very conveniently located near historical center, shops, restaurants, public transportation, bus and train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was small, but very comfortable. Next time in Oviedo we will definitely stay there again.

Well maintained, clean hotel a few minutes walk away from the old town of Oviedo. Typical hotel room with the usual amenities you would expect. A few restaurants/bars on same street, but room was quiet. Parking was just across the road Euros11, very convenient. Helpful staff. Very good value.

This Hotel was very nice and earned all of its stars. Great location. Within walking distance of downtown and just down the block from El Boulevar de Sidra, where all the restaurants and bars are located. The parking garage is just across the street. The room was clean and had all the bells and whistles.

Good central hotel

This is a good location if you want to be in the centre of Oviedo with a car. The underground car park is a bit difficult to negotiate but the staff are helpful. The hotel is near the old town and there a lot of bars nearby, which raises the noise level although the hotel itself is quiet enough. Breakfast was excellent although for the rest of the day the bar appears to be purely decorative.

Great hotel right in the centre of the town

Stayed at the hotel for just one night. The hotel was very well presented, clean tidy and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke good English. Limited on-site parking available for small cars only (the car has to fit into a lift to the basement!). The location is excellent - right in the heart of the town and only a stones-throw from the local attractions. Highly recommended!

Wonderful experience ! Ideal location in the heart of the cider restaurant area and minutes away from the centre of the action . Quality 4 star hotel with staff who went out of their way to assist . I am a cyclist and was early, waiting on the others to arrive for a tour following the Vuelta Espana . On the plane trip one of the caster wheels was broken off my bike bag and the receptionist went out of her way to locate a specialist hardware to find a replacement wheel - and she was successful ! Very clean room with a bath to reinvigorate a tired body .

Getting to the hotel took us almost two hours due to intricacy of Oviedo streets. Suggest you publish in internet a small section of map showing the only way in which you can get to the hotel, since vehicular traffic is restricted.

Terrific Hotel - Highly Recommend

We had a wonderful experience here. The staff was very helpful, and the place was well-maintained and spotless. Bathrooms were above average. The room itself was adequate, but we were given fresh linens daily, and could enjoy the breezes by opening windows. Also our rooms faced the back, which almost eliminated any street noise. Opt for the breakfast plan--it's a fantastic buffet with omelets, breads, yogurt, fruit, cereal, local cheeses and cured meats and homemade cakes.

Es un hotel venido a menos, su ubicación hace que siga teniendo clientela.
Es imposible aparcar cerca si tener que pagar, con lo que tendrás que abonar los 12€ diarios que cobran por su parking.
El personal es atento y agradable, el desayuno buffet es mejorable, sobre todo si cambian la tostadora que no funciona bien.
El café está bueno, y la persona que atiende es muy profesional.
He he atado una semana en la que no han conseguido arreglar un problema con el agua caliente, de esta manera, cuando no salía marrón como el chocolate, directamente no había agua caliente para después tener únicamente agua caliente sin agua fría.
