Wonderful location. Friendly staff. The included breakfast cafe was very good. For being an Aparthotel it could have had a better supplied kitchen. A couple of wine glasses would have been an easy addition.

It was my second stay there and it is a really great hotel. The location is perfect for me...not rammed in a hotel zone but only a few minutes on foot to the old town and cathedral, and even closer to Gascon Street. The staff is very good also. Jose, at the front desk, speaks perfect English. He helped us very much. He oriented me to the town and gave my son a map with some highlights to get around. I definitely recommend it.

Room had a bedroom and separate enclosed living room with pull out sofa bed so two people could each have a separate space to sleep. The sofa bed was comfortable. Also came with a kitchen that had a fridge, cooktop and microwave along with cooking and eating utensils. Easy walking distance to market, restaurants, and old town. Area was noisy, but with windows shut it was fine.

Good value accommodation
This is a great value hotel. Each apartment has a kitchen, lounge, hall, bathroom and bedroom. Located by the old town there are lots of restaurants and bar. You can have breakfast in the cafe do if you don’t want the 10 euro option you can order what you want at the bar. The parking is difficult for larger cars so can be stressful on arrival. Also there is a main road outside so expect traffic noise at night.

This Aparthotel was perfect for our 2 night stay.
First things to point out (these didn't bother us at all) -
It is situated on a hugely busy roundabout, but has great double glazing which effectively muffles the noise - but if you are REALLY super sensitive to noise maybe this isn't for you.
The apartment was huge. Easily sleeps two couples.. Massive bed in one room. Very large sofa bed in the large dining room. Well equipped totally separate kitchen and decent bathroom, excellent shower.
Certain elements are now a little tired, but, look at the price for all of the space you have. Excellent value in my eyes.
It is a ten minute walk to the stunning old town, the beautiful cathedral and endless restaurants.
I fear that this place will totally modernise in the next couple of years, lose the beautiful wooden floors and also the essence of being right there on the edge of town.
There's a very good Mercadona across the road for filling your fridge. Also underground parking at reduced cost to hotel guests.
We didn't use the hotel restaurant, but it seemed very reasonably priced.
We will definitely stay here again on our way from our home in France to our holiday in Portugal. Excellent.

We were quite surprised at how nice the hotel was. It was incredibly clean. The memory foam bed was super comfortable. The staff was friendly and spoke very good English. (Our Spanish isn't very good yet.) Parking was very tight, but there were plenty of spaces available in their garage. The tiny kitchen was nicely equipped. We were very pleased and would not hesitate to stay there agian.

Excellent value city centre apartment
The apartment was very good value so close to the city centre. There is also a large supermarket a few minutes walk away. The underground car park with direct access to the hotel (11,25€ a day) was very convenient. The windows kept out the traffic noise, but in warmer weather the lack of AC and fans could be a problem.

This aparthotel is superb. It is very large, clean, light, and has a bathroom with a bath, TV, a kitchenette (fridge/microwave), and the most comfortable bed and bedding. All boxes ticked and such lovely staff too. It is not in the centre, it is a 15min walk to the bus station, but everything else outweighs this one factor. It was so good to be able to cook and relax and have such a good night’s sleep.

It was just outside the congested centre, but very close. Bus and train stations are a 15 minute walk. Lots of restaurants, shops, public transportation nearby. Staff at hotel friendly and helpful.

We wanted an aparthotel for the flexibility it offers. We were delighted with the Campus. It was well situated, within 10 minutes uphill walk to the cathedral and on a local bus route which went to the city centre and bus station.

Great Option for an Apartment style Room
Great studio apartment style room just 4 blocks from the Oviedo Cathedral. Like a very spacious hotel room but also with a kitchen. Kitchen hardware wasn't brand new, but everything was very clean, and the room and bathroom had new furbishings. A very short walk to bars and the cathedral. Was very impressed with the quality for the price. Breakfast not included.

Stayed for 5 days here for a family wedding. The hotel was in a great location, a few minutes walk from the city centre, monuments, restaurants and places of interest. There are plenty of bars and coffee shops serving breakfast, tapas and snacks close to the hotel.

Very happy with the hotel in terms of location, just a short walk to Gascona but close enough to the motorway to get out of The City. The parking garage was handy although always frustrating to have additional expense.
It was a nice hotel and the windows were welcome, although there was some traffic noise. Air con would have been preferred.

Good location. Within 5 mins walk from Cathedral, theatre and other main attractions. However it is a steep uphill walk to attraction so may not suit those with mobility issues. Accommodation clean and nice large bed. Good cooking facilities (need to ask at reception for a kettle and toaster)

The aparthotel is locate in Oviedo entrance, and it's conveniently located, just steps from the \"calle de la Sidra', and the cathedral. However, its apartments need a refresh, especially the kitchen, that dark and outdated.

I chose this hotel because of it's location close to the University where my daughter is an exchange student. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and layout (small kitchen, tables/chairs, large bathroom, large windows overlooking fountain). The shower had great pressure and very hot water and the bed was comfortable (I like hard mattresses). The lights over the bed were good for reading but the rest of the room was dimly lit - my only complaint.
Staff was friendly and helpful - although they spoke little English and I spoke no Spanish they managed to find a converter for my laptop in the lost and found box.

The hotel is conveniently located so that you can easily walk to the university, downtown, shopping, historical area and restaurants.
Since we had 3 people, we stayed in a suite with a small kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom and a bedroom. All had doors that open and close on a small foyer which has the door to the hotel hallway. The couch was a foldout bed, which was okay but not as comfortable as a regular bed. Rather than 1 bed in the bedroom, it is 2 beds pushed together. They were almost double sized but bigger than a singles. The kitchen had dishes, pots and pans, cook top, microwave and refrigerator.
The heat was hard to adjust but after a day, we got it where it was comfortable.
There is a restaurant at the hotel, but we didn't use it because we had the kitchen or ate elsewhere.
The hotel overlooks a ronda with a fountain, so the traffic can be noisy. Since I travel with earplugs, they solved that problem.
The staff was very nice and they have city maps available. There was always a bowl of candy at the front desk.
The cost was less than what one might spend on a standard room. A pretty good bang for the buck. It was not posh, but clean, contemporary and well maintained.

Deux choses très importantes qui ne vont pas du tout:
- le ménage dès 8H40 tous les jours.... avec des chaises qui sont traînées sur le parquet (donc pas d'amortisseur de bruit) et les talkie-walky des femmes de ménages dans le couloir très fort!
- les fenêtres sont de vraies passoires acoustiques sur rue! C'est assez honteux

2eme fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel,qui est très bien.
Parking privé en sous-sol et payant. A 10 mn à pieds de la cathédrale.
La chambre propre , mais la poubelle de la salle de bain n'était pas vidée.
Dans la cuisine ,le strict minimum ( 2 cuillères,2 fourchettes). Il n'y a aucune tasse ou mug ou bol pour le petit déjeuner. Il y a juste 2 petites tasses pour le café.
Sinon tout est très bien.

¡Tienen que estar insonorizadas las ventanas!, puesto que está justo pegado a una carretera de entrada a la ciudad y es imposible el ruido del tráfico constante durante toda la noche, es imposible dormir y descansar, lo cual genera una mala pernoctación en este hotel. Es un problema el que tienen, pero si quieren es de fácil solución.

El sofá cama fue super incómodo, de lo peor. Falta equipamiento en la cocina, de cosas básicas como un poco de aceite para cocinar, unas servilletas y cosas así que habitualmente encuentras en un Airbnb y son muy útiles. La ubicación es adecuada. No tiene estacionamiento, hay que pagar en la acera. Estacionar frente al hotel no es sencillo ya que no hay un espacio para hacerlo y pasan muchos vehículos en la vialidad.

El aparhotel está muy bien, muy confortable, la cocina con suficientes implementos, la habitación limpia, el baño con fuerza de agua fría y caliente. Creo que sería bueno adicionarle perchas al baño para colgar ropa. El restaurante- cafetería funciona muy bien, la comida es buena y atienden rápido. Ojo: no se les ocurra pedir ni una puzquita de sal porque les dirán que no. Enfrente tiene un Mercadona perfecto para apertrecharse de avituallamientos y está a corta distancia del centro. Este hotel es una excelente opcion: 9/10

He estado muchas veces y todo me ha parecido aceptable pero esta última vez que he estado los precios eran muy elevado para ese alojamiento. Y nunca pedimos nada y está vez que nos alojamos por problemas médicos que íbamos a estar tiempo largo en la habitación, pedimos que nos diera una habitación exterior y nos dijo que estaba todo lleno y que no se podía. Y estuvimos viendo toda la semana como la gente se iva y entraba gente nueva y nunca nos dio la opción de cambiarnos

A 10 minutos andando (cuesta arriba) de la entrada al centro histórico y una zona muy concurrida de bares y restaurantes, y con un gran supermercado muy cerca.
A 5 minutos detrás del hotel hay un parque muy conveniente para correr o hacer ejercicio.
