Our room had no air conditioning. We were repeatedly told maintenance would work on it but we never saw them and it was never fixed during our stay there. We couldn’t stay in our room during the day because it was so hot and humid. They had a grand opening a month before but evidently missed redoing our rooms air conditioning. Terrible hotel. Crazy service. Bad manner of check-in staff. There were a lady and a man, the man is extremely bad in manner.

I have found this hotel to be excellent in every aspect. My room was attended everyday and was impeccably clean when I used to return everyday after my work. The room was very quite, AC was efficient, food in the morning breakfast was good and front desk service was super efficient. I will stay in this hotel whenever I will visit Ulsan again.

Room is ok until I found out that bathroom sink was filled with soap water and used soap. I don't know if cleaner didn't finish clean up or someone temporary checked in and left for different room. I could see that there was some dirt on the bed also.
I would go another hotel from now on. I think newer Motel will be better condition based on my experience and friends feedback.

Nice hotel, nice location. Service is below international standard. For example, no information about check out and breakfast times available in room. Staff did not offer parking voucher so had to beg parking attendant not to charge me 30 dollars. Breakfast time finished too early for weekend trip I my opinion.

I was in Ulsan for a business trip and this is the place I am always recommended to stay by my Korean contacts. The hotel is in the middle of the city (which is not too big) and there are a lot of little places to eat within a two to five minutes of the hotel. The staff is always courteous and helpful; in fact, they will tell the cab drivers where you want to go and any difficulties for them getting there.

This is my second trip to Ulsan and Lotte Hotel. Hotel located in central area and you will get more than what you paid for the service and amenities. They do not provide the adaptor in the room but can easily ask from reception.

This is the best business hotel in Ulsan, and as such you would expect the best. It delivers on all levels. The staff could not do more, the food is great and the building/rooms are very clean. Internet access (pay for 24hrs) is very fast, and I never lost my VPN connection to the UK office.
It is in and ideal location, and the streets outside are safe to walk around. Numerous coffee shops and the Lotte department store is great to look around, allthough not that easy to spend money.
Would stay here again if I have the oppertunity to revisit Ulsan.
