Service was not great. We tried getting Room Service but it never happened. Perhaps it was because of the time, but we were never told until somebody came to the room and explained it when we were ready to check out for the price. I was expecting better customer care but overall the experience was very nice.

This property is Beautiful, but the service is not great. The breakfast that is included is enormous in scope, it doesn’t run well. You have to ask for coffee for example, which can take 20 minutes or three minutes. Our room was never cleaned consistently in the same way. Every day, they forgot some thing Bottles of water or towels or tissues

Beautiful 5* resort hotel. Lovely polite staff, great pool area, wonderful breakfast, room excellent. Would only say that the resort is a short taxi away from local attractions rather than an easy walk. There is a complimentary shuttle. Would recommend :)

Dan Caesarea was exceptional, we loved our room so much that we wish had enough time to extend our stay. If we knew we were going to be this pleasantly surprised we would’ve also booked to stay at the Dan in Tel Aviv as well. They have a car in the property that can take you and pick you up from near by locations. The breakfast has any and everything that you could possibly want.

a really really really good hotel :)

Unequivocally the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff are extremely service minded, and it is evident that my satisfaction as a guest is very important. There is a feeling that this is a workplace that treats employees very well, and this is reflected back to the guest. The room was cozy and spacious and tastefully decorated. Bed was comfortable, we had a cute little balcony, the toilet and shower maintained to the highest standard.

Lovely property. I especially like that they have a keep drive you to the national park.

The staff who checked me in didn’t explain the amenities and I missed out on some things like fresh coffee beans in my room and knowing more about breakfast and transportation. They kindly called me a taxi but it took a very long time.

Fantastic time. Beautiful property with great amenities. Everything is very well-maintained and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great place to go to rest and relax. Easy parking and access. Also, the Aqueduct Beach and the old port/archaeological area are terrific. Had some very good dinners at sunset at the park. So often in Israel you pay a fortune for a hotel and it doesn't top-notch. You pay a fortune here but, at least, it is pretty darn nice. Only one complaint: The music played in the pool area is too loud and with too much of a beat, like a disco or something. When I suggested that they should play something more relaxing and mellow, the staff member at the front desk understood completely. He said that they did that in the rest of the public areas (true) but around the pool they thought they should create more of a party mood. I said \"no,\" they should create a relaxing, restful mood. Those who want more of a party can use headsets.

The best hotel experience we had in Israel

We had a great experience at the hotel, beyond our expectations.
The hotel is beautifully decorated, clean, and even though we took the less expensive room it was very spacious, and the view to the city was nice.
There are many fun games available in the hotel- Beatles themed pinball machine, skiball, pong, old-time video games, mini golf and more.
The breakfast was excellent - served to the table, many choices and tastes good.
But the most important thing about the hotel is the amazing service - everyone was super helpful, nice, and it is evident the staff care about your experience.

A unique resort in Caesarea

This is a different type of hotel, similar to the grand establishments of the 60's and 70's, with tons of public space and truly unique lawns and a pool area. Recently (and very tastefully) renovated with a hint to African Culture, it offers a true getaway from the daily hustle and bustle. Location in Caesarea is rare gem, being in the middle of Israel but still away from it all

We had a great vacation in Dan Ceaserea. The resort offers many attractions for the family: Spacious swimming pool, Children's Club, Spa and more. The rooms are clean, and every request is answered quickly and professionally by the staff.

Great stay at Dan Caesarea Resort

Great location, 5 minutes drive from Caesarea port and 15 minutes from Zichron Yaakov.
The room is spacious and comes with beanz coffee machine that grinds the coffee beans on the moment.
The hotel complex is decorated very beautifully and has retro games for free, the garden is large and well maintained.
We ate a really tasty food, gluten free, even in the pool restaurant.
The kids have many things to do and the pool is just the right temperature to enjoy it from the morning when it opens until evening when it closes
All the staff is nice and welcoming,
and, COVID-19 times, they are always with face masks, reminding people to wear their masks or offering to give them one if they forgot. Also, in many places there are alcoholic gel for hands hygiene and the entrance to the dining room is reserved by the hours to limit the number of people.
So from every aspect it was a great stay and I highly recommend it

Extraordinary friendly and helpful staff. Very very good service. Nice hotel, nice rooms and wonderful garden area. We had a great time and can fully recommend it - except for the following: The only minus: the hotel charged us VAT although not applicable. They pretend that this is practice. This is not the case (experience with many other hotels in Israel and checked again today with other hotels here) and this is also not correct (if you are not subject to a law, you are not. No matter what your internal regulation says). In that respect we were very disappointed and we were astonished about the lack of understanding. We will now have to fight this, which hampers our remembering on this vacation and which prevents us for a full recommendation to foreign citizens.

L'hôtel est très agréable. Les prestations sont de qualités. Le service est en revanche déplorable: presque jamais personne à l'accueil, mauvais renseignements, on vous fait patienter à votre arrivée sans même prendre la peine de vous offrir une collation... J'ai mis quand même 2 étoiles pour remercier le personnel de la piscine qui pour sa part a été très attentionné avec l'ensemble de la clientèle, les petits comme les grands

rigtig godt hotel , ny renoveret. Folkene i receptionen var super søde og hjælpsomme.
rengøringen var lidt mangelfuld og bl.a. havde tæppet der lå i værelset i hvert fald ikke været støvsuget i et stykke tid. nogle dag manglede toilet papir og andre dage håndklæder men bortset fra rengøringen var alt super godt
