It's very close by the main street and surrounded by lots of food which is amazing but the room's sound insulation effect could be better, we keep hearing staff are laughing and yelling, we can understand it's a good work environment, but it's hard to fall asleep.

The staff were really nice and friendly. My room had 3 double deckers for 6 people and had a bathroom. It was nice. Value for money. The free breakfast is at a stall which serves Tainan local food but just be aware that not everyone will like the taste of the food. I particularly liked the common area/kitchen. It was huge and nice.

整體環境大致不錯，需要加強改善的有:1.晚上攤販會將桌椅置放在1樓外圍，伴隨著聊天聲音連二樓都聽得到 2.周遭無機車停車格，停車都停在一樓外面，但到晚上時因為攤販的客人機車也停那，造成無法停機車，需要自己再去周遭外面找....3.棉被真的很薄，因為房間開冷氣有些冷，若棉被要加厚還又要多收$100，所以只好穿外套蓋棉被睡覺

旅店本身蠻乾淨的，雖然外面正在施工，但不會有灰塵很重的感覺，距離火車站開車大約十分鐘左右，正好在海安路上，晚上整條街都蠻熱鬧的，若是想吃消夜樓下隔壁有一攤滷味攤平價好吃，或者樓下有提供沖泡式咖啡、巧克力、茶可以喝。
服務人員親切而且笑容滿面，櫃台可以借充電線及轉接插頭，不過旅店房間內的插座都是萬用的，就算沒帶轉換插頭也可以使用，而且插座有很多個，不用擔心不夠插座來充手機、行動電源、相機電池甚至筆電等等。

我在下午兩點45分左右到達,當時櫃檯服務人員正在用餐,裡面的燈沒有開,我向櫃檯人員詢問能否提前入住？但櫃檯人員說三點才可以辦入住,不過可以先寄放行李,但另一位坐在櫃檯的服務小姐面露難色...於是我說,沒關係我在外面等到三點在進來辦入住就好!反正再15分鐘就三點了...(不過,第一印象已經大扣分！！如果說櫃檯人員可以讓我在裡面等到3點的話就更好...因為外面很熱)
