Me and my family have stayed at this resort multiple times over the last decade plus. This recent trip was a little underwhelming when it came to the room cleanliness where the floors were left gritty and sandy and the drinks and snacks were not re-stocked as they usually are. And many weddings were scheduled this week making the normal entertainment venues relocate to sub-optimal locations in the resort. Other than that, all other aspects of the stay were 5 star as usual.

It was a nice resort. Wasn't too crowded. The food and drinks in specialty restaurants was really nice. The drinks near the pool area or other cafes were ok. The beach area was clean and nice, although we could not get into the ocean. The entertainment activities were fun although they were too loud throughout the day. Perhaps they could schedule a quiet time from 1.30-4.00pm to allow the silence and the waves to relax those lying by the pool and enjoying a lazy nap after a heavy brunch. The night activities were fun. We also enjoyed playing pickle ball, TT and the pool. Nice place if you want to just decompress and not do much.

The hotel is at a great location. All the rooms see the ocean. Spacious rooms. A little windy, so make sure to bring some stuff for that both for day and night.

This resort is incredible! From the staff, the manicured gardens, the service, food options and libations, just an incredible resort. There are 2 infinity pools overlooking the ocean and we got to enjoy whale watching from our balcony!

The reason that we are giving a four star review instead of the full five is because we contracted food sickness after visiting the Sake restaurant on our third evening there. The sickness was very powerful, lingering throughout the next three days, affecting our stay and limiting our diet to ginger ale and bananas.
Furthermore, the hotel kitchen for room service delivered more incorrect orders than correct ones. Whether ordered in English or Spanish, there were usually several elements of the order that were missing or forgotten. It seemed that the folks working there were overwhelmed and could use extra help.
Aside from our experience with Sake, the food was all very delicious, the views were incredible, the pool was amazing and the staff very nice. Thank you for the hospitality and be careful around the sushi!

My wife and I, both in our 40s, stayed 4 nights in March and the experience was impeccable from check in to checkout. The resort is the perfect size, big enough to feel luxurious but small enough that you never feel crowded. One thing we loved was not having to wake up early to “reserve” pool chairs, there were always plenty available. The crowd also skewed a bit older which suited us perfectly, no spring break energy here. There is plenty to do, but the overall vibe is upscale, relaxed, and focused on great food and service rather than endless activities.

I stayed here for a friend’s 50th birthday celebration and we had a really great time overall. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous and the setting is beautiful. The amenities were excellent and the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. The food was just okay, which is fairly typical for most all-inclusive resorts, but there were still plenty of options and we always found something to enjoy. One standout was the coffee shop — it was fantastic and became a favorite stop each day. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and beautiful property made it a wonderful trip and a great place to celebrate with friends

We had an excellent experience at Marquis Los Cabos. Our room was clean, staff did a great job with turndown service in the evening. Our snack bar was restocked daily, they even provided candles for our jacuzzi tub. The view of the water was incredible and the food was incredibly delicious. The Italian restaurant had incredible fettucini and the Furay at Sakke was tasty. Evening shows were engaging and fault activities kept things fun. Would recommend to anyone looking for an all inclusive stay that wants to relax but also wants plenty to do.

This was a Babymoon trip and I did not expect anyone to pamper me but my god. I got pampered without even asking! Also, I LOVED my mommy to be massage. My fiancé also got a haircut — lovely.
The location is phenomenal. We only left the resort one day but the other days we relaxed poolside, got some spa time, and caught up on rest. The reception staff even remembered our name and so did the pool staff.
The food was delicious! Most of the time resorts have bland or mediocre food when trying to cater to a larger audience but not here!
This was our favorite vacation spot and I can’t wait to go back! We’re considering having our wedding here.

Service is excellent around the pool. We were a big group and had late reservations to restaurants. We felt rushed and they kept pushing to serve us family style. When we gave in to family style, it seemed liked they were serving us leftovers. Nothing came hot. One of the restaurants has a fish of the day and sea bass on the menu. We asked for one of each and they said ok. They only brought out the sea bass and said the fish of the day is also sea bass. Since we were the last table, I think they just didn’t want to cook the fish of the day. That particular restaurant, all of our food was cold.
Besides the late night restaurant waiters, the rest of the staff was amazing.
I liked the fact that nobody was trying to sell timeshare and we didn’t have to wear silly wristbands.
Spa is very expensive. We’ve been to higher end resorts that had way better spas. Marquis massages were the most expensive I’ve seen at a resort.
Service is excellent around the pool. We were a big group and had late reservations to restaurants. We felt rushed and they kept pushing to serve us family style. When we gave in to family style, it seemed liked they were serving us leftovers. Nothing came hot. One of the restaurants has a fish of the day and sea bass on the menu. We asked for one of each and they said ok. They only brought out the sea bass and said the fish of the day is also sea bass. Since we were the last table, I think they just didn’t want to cook the fish of the day. That particular restaurant, all of our food was cold.
Besides the late night restaurant waiters, the rest of the staff was amazing.
I liked the fact that nobody was trying to sell timeshare and we didn’t have to wear silly wristbands.
Spa is very expensive. We’ve been to higher end resorts that had way better spas. Marquis massages were the most expensive I’ve seen at a resort.

This resort is the textbook definition of “luxurious living.” From the moment I checked-in to the moment I checked-out (which I truly did not want to!), everything was perfect. Zero complaints. My room was gorgeous; there was a bathtub with jets, from which you could see the ocean or enjoy some tv. Insect-free. Comfortable robes and bed. Housekeepers made the place absolutely immaculate. Every dining option was heavenly, and they offer many wonderful mocktails for those who are alcohol-free :).
Last but not least, the cabana experience was to die for - I spent alllll day by the pool, looking at the ocean, walking on the soft sand beach. And my waiter was very attentive. The spa experience was also wonderful - spent 6 hours total! I had a wonderful massage and enjoyed their amenities to the fullest; outdoor pools and hot tub, steam room, and wonderful tea.
Overall, I have never felt so relaxed and refreshed in my entire life. 100% would book again and have recommended to many family members and friends. I’d live here if I could!

Beautiful resort. Staff is excellent and kind. Pools are not heated and there are plenty of chaise lounge chairs for everyone. If you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs as the water pressure is strong and you can hear neighboring toilets flushing and baths being drawn. Food is mediocre at best, unfortunately. Breakfast buffet was the best daily meal. Rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Location is in between Los Cabos San Lucas and San Jose de Los Cabos. Entertainment team is amazing - Monty & Jared (woot woot). I would love to come back to this gorgeous resort in the not too distant future.
