This hotel has one of the larger rooms we have ever stayed in while in Taiwan. Very spacious and clean, add in the free breakfast and you have a great stay. I love the Cartoon Network theme throughout and the proximity to the mall. The lower levels of the building have a fairly strong sewer smell but I realize that cannot be helped.

Amazing stay for my family- the kids had so much fun! By extension, we did too. We loved the cartoon network themed floors and rooms. Appreciate the free take home goodies as well. Breakfast spread was amazing. The kids’ playgrounds are too cute. Cannot wait to come back to Tainan!

Perfect location! Close to nice Tainan nice restaurants . Convenient to get everything. Suitable for kids and family. Food is very delicious and impressive! However, too many guests use just 2 elevators going from parking lot to rooms. It was a shame that guests spent so much time waiting for elevator.

I had a wonderful stay at Cozzi Hotel in Tainan. The room was big, spacious, and very comfortable. I had the best and most restful sleep here compared to the other hotels I stayed at during the same trip. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a mall, making it easy to shop and find food. There are also plenty of local eateries and places of interest nearby, which made exploring Tainan really enjoyable.
The only downsides were that the hotel is a bit far from Tainan Train Station. You’ll need to take a bus or other transport to get there, and there were quite a lot of people smoking right at the entrance on Level 1. The smoke made it quite unpleasant when entering the building to take the lift up to the lobby.
That said, overall it was a great stay, and I would still recommend the hotel for its comfort, location, and quality rest.
The only downsides were that the hotel is a bit far from Tainan Train Station. You’ll need to take a bus or other transport to get there, and there were quite a lot of people smoking right at the entrance on Level 1. The smoke made it quite unpleasant when entering the building to take the lift up to the lobby.

Terrible Elevator Capacity
The elevator capacity in this hotel is vastly insufficient for the volume of guests. On checkout day around noon, we waited nearly 30 minutes to get onto an elevator to the parking garage. If you do choose to stay here be sure to get a top floor room and do NOT park in the building’s parking garage—if you do you may never get out.

We stayed at Cozzi Hotel during the lunar new year holidays, which is one of the busiest time of the year. Our stay was very smooth despite the big number of people, demonstrating that the hotel is very well run. We are a family of three, traveling with a toddler, and would recommend this hotel to families traveling with kids up to perhaps 10 years old. Our child thoroughly enjoys the outdoor car ride and the indoor playground facilities. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve ever had at any hotel. There is certainly something for everyone.

Our group had 4 young kids and 2 seniors and unfortunately we didn’t enjoy our 2-night stay. Challenges we had (our room had a 15-month old child):
1. Water temperature inconsistent in the shower: this is a big problem for us when showering our 15-month old. We constantly worried about the water becoming too hot suddenly.
2. The whole bathroom area gets extremely wet after taking a shower and it was a trip hazard.
3. The bathroom is enclosed with glass instead of a solid wall. This imposed two big problems for us: noise and light. Our 1-year old needs to sleep in complete darkness and using the bathroom while she was sleeping was impossible, given how bright the whole hotel room would become once bathroom lights were on. We ended up showering and using the bathroom in darkness with our phone flash light on. Little toddlers / babies sleep early so this was a big inconvenience for us. Then there was the noise issue, due to the glass enclosure not being very sound proof, we had to be really careful while using the bathroom to ensure we didn’t wake our little one.
4. Inconsistent room temperature: too cold at night too hot and stuffy during the day.
Great location, very walkable and convenient. And the children’s indoor play areas were very nice, coin laundry was also a good perk. However, given the challenges we had staying there with our little one, we cannot recommend this hotel to other families traveling with young toddlers and babies.

This hotel is catered for family guests with small children. Not for business travelers. A good part of its values are for young children. Breakfast quality is fair at best. Only 4star hotel that I stayed in TW all these years that dont even supply you with tooth brush/shaving kits.

This property is a must if you have younger kids. They have an outdoor play area with ride on battery cars the kids can drive, along with a miniature bullet train the kids can ride on. Additionally, they have an indoor play area for kids to play pretend and a ball pit. Location wise it was convenient located with easy access to a shopping center that had food options. The rooms we stayed had 2 queen beds in addition to a sitting area and the bathroom had a full-size bathtub which was great to bath the little ones and a separate shower. Hotel was also clean and our stay included breakfast buffet which was pretty good. It had both Taiwanese and some western offerings.

Love the room size and the view of the hotel. Very close to a mall, walking distance. The hotel is comfortable and staff from the front desk & housekeeping are friendly! The room needs some reno work as the furniture is quite used and wore out.

We stayed at COZZI for two nights at the lounge level. The lounge is so convenient especially when travelling with two young children! The room is specious and very stylish. We love the outdoor playing area the most! My 4yr old son can't stop driving the cars there. Although there is no dinner served at the restaurant, we can still bring our own food and eating at the dining area, which is brilliant with young children! Overall we enjoy our stay at COZZI very much! Look forward to revisit again.

Overall it was a unpleasant stay. Other than receptionists and spaciousness of the guest room, areas require improvements are:
1) Strange odor of bed linen
2) Noisy fans even at the low mode
3) timeworn furniture shows wears

Perfect for families.
Room was standard but it was the little touches which made the difference, the Child's toiletries and toothbrush were a nice touch which we haven't had at other hotels.
Breakfast was very good, good selection for both adults and children.
The outdoor play area is fantastic for kids, the train and the free rental cars are perfect for keeping little ones busy.
The on-site indoor playrooms as well as DIY classes offered are also something you won't get at other hotels.

Convenient hotel that younger kids will love! Kids amenities include a small indoor door pit & play area. The outdoor play area includes inflatable slides, a toy train that young & old can ride, as well as, electric cars for kids to ride.
The indoor play area (e.g. ball pit) shows some wear and tear from all the use. However, we were impressed with the patience of the staff (esp. for the DIY activities) and in the outdoor play area. I can't imagine how tired they must be from interacting with all the children for hours on end, yet they were extremely patient and kind.
The water play fountain/play area was closed due to drought restrictions. All in all, I'd recommend this hotel for families with young children!

Amazing stay for families with kids. They have plenty of activities to keep them busy for hours. Next to a shopping mall. If you don't have kids, I'd suggest look elsewhere if you want peace and tranquility

Hotel was a bit hard to find as the front door is located half a block inside a large mall complex. It’s located next to a very big, nice fancy mall, with lots of eateries and shopping. Very kid friendly hotel. We had Cartoon Network themed room and it was great. The staff is friendly and helpful.

However, when I and my girlfriend get home, we found red rash all over our legs and they are really itchy.
