First impression it is a scam. The place is run-down. The area surrounded are all deserted. It's 3 star resorts ,but advertise as 4 star. Most things are old and broken down main lobbies, roof, jacuzzi, pagoda, pond... Mosquito is another big issue. The cottage design in traditional way without bug net. Everyone got at least 10 bite marks.

If you don’t like too many people around you, you can consider this place since it is away from the city and not many people are on the beach.. but you will need a car to be able to drive to the city to eat food, the city is a 30 minute drive. Food in the hotel is average.. Except a few staff, in general the staff doesn’t understand English and is not well trained.. for example on the first night, the manager suggested us to take the BBQ in our villa.. the staff that came to set up the table left the doors of the villa open and in a few minutes the entire villa was full of night insects (that come after the rain) and it too a while for me to explain to the reception what had happened, actually after the intervention of an expat manager of the hotel. Second day, the air conditioner in one of the room wasn’t working well and it had to be fixed twice before it was bearable.. for the breakfast and the crockery if the hotel talks a lot about the quality of the hotel.. in case of full moon, both were below average.. I don’t think I would like to repeat this resort.

This 4 star rated hotel should be in fact a 2.5 stars.

They put me in a delapidated looking villa. I went back up to the reception and asked if they had another villa available.

Of course they did but it would take a manager to approve it who of course was not available until the morning.

Nice resort, but far from city.

I stayed 2 nights, it is very quite place to stay. But problem is too far to go to city, not to eat at same restaurant all day. About 30 minute drive to most restaurants and shopping area.

Lovely hotel - very peaceful, clean and safe.

Stayed Jul 17. Lovely hotel/villas, great pool and beach. Had a superb few days. Food could be a little better - but still good - and the exterior wall to our villa (No 10) wasn't finished on the inside which took the edge off the experience. But would stay again!

In the Middle of Nowhere

Yes I read it was in the middle of no where but I didn't think it was THIS in the middle of no where. It's 25 minutes from the center of Mui Ne or a $10 cab ride. It's so desolate there and the place isn't even on the beach. Yes the villa was pretty but as I said before it's not even on the beach. There are no cabs around there, and the you are obligated to eat there, since there's nowhere to walk to. Now let's talk about the food, boy was that a disappointment. I consider myself a foodie and I love to eat. Generally I love eating everywhere in Vietnam, just because Vietnamese food is quite delicious, but here I was disappointed. The food was below par and definitely the worst I've eaten in Vietnam.

A tranquil retreat

This complex is a tranquil retreat, I am so glad that I booked it.
The staff are lovely and all work very hard to make your stay a pleasant one. The villa makes you feel at home. My stay here was very relaxing and I would definitely return.
The swimming pool is a good size and all water sports are free.

Great place for relaxing!

The villa was well kept with beautiful private garden and jacuzzi, good air conditioner and kitchen area. Fresh fruit and water was delivered each day and the whole exerience of attentive staff, private garden and big pool just outside was very relaxing. Restaurant was by the sea and offered beautiful view as well as refreshing breeze. Overall experience was really good!

great for relaxing beach town

Paid for a one bedroom villa but was upgraded to a two bedroom for free, the villas are spacious with a jacuzzi and it even had a stove for cooking. Location is about a 25mins drive to the main streets which would be bad for eating and drinking but the resort has a shuttle service to and from 5 times a day. I also use the shuttle to the hotel from the train station, simply catch taxi to co op supermarket, then walk across the street to the bus stop on the other side. Last shuttle is quite early though. Can rent scooters or go kite surfing via the hotel. Food at restaurant is delicious but a little expensive. Biggest downside though heaps of ants in kitchen and heaps of mosquitos which you can't prevent as the walls have decorative holes

perfect for relaxing and splashing in the ocean.

If you are looking to relax you cannot go wrong with this hotel, big villas with own Jacuzzi, garden...ect.
comfy beds with good aircon throughout the villa.
Great pool.
White soft sandy quite beach.
you have a range of water sports to choose from for free right on the beach and the owner is very helpful and friendly, the sea was quite rough both days we were there, I get the impression this is normal so Suring was a little tricky but Kayak was fun.
Only down side like other have mentioned its quite far from the main centre, around 20-30 mins so you wouldn't want to do this trip every night, I don't rate many hotels 5 stars but this one deserves it.

Understood it was a very remote location - and it sure is! Bring plenty of supplies. Loud noise all one evening from nearby resort.

The 'air-conditioned' 2 bedroom villa we booked only had A/C in the bedrooms (i.e. only abut 30% of the villa) - in August A/C is vital. They kindly upgraded us to a larger, fully A/C'd unit, but only available due to off season.

Otherwise friendly, nice, remote place.

Really great place to stay, but VERY far away

This hotels grounds, rooms and facilities are really lovely and the staff is attentive as well. The plus and minus to this place is that it is really far from restaurants and night life. Going into town twice can cost more in taxi fees than your room. You also have to wait about 20 minutes for a taxi to even get to the hotel. There is a shuttle bus but it's very infrequent and inconvenient times. If you want to just veg out in a single place and eat at there restaurant, then this place is really great. But if you like live music, or cocktails and people watching, not so much.

Fabulous time at Full Moon Village

We absolutely loved our stay here..The staff and manager were excellent and any issues,( poor wifi connection initially and one ac unit broke) were dealt with immediately. Our children loved the free use of boogie boards, surf boards, stand up paddle boards, kayaks etc and the beach boys were eternally patient and very friendly. The pool area is beautiful and well maintained and the beach is unspoiled for miles each way. Two things to be aware of is that there is only ac in the 2 bedrooms on the 2 bed bungalows, so the rest of the living areas are very very hot, with just two fans in the sitting room/ kitchen area. Also as we extended our stay from 5 to 9 nights we did spend a lot of money (20 to 30 USD ) each way on taxis into or out of town as the hotel shuttle service times are limited in the evenings...In at 5.10 out at 9.30 The out of town position was perfect for us but may not suit everyone as there are no shops , restaurants etc near Full Moon. Overall a fantastic stay in an incredibly beautiful resort.

Full Moon - a place to relax

Full Moon Village is a great place to stay, a great place to relax. Three women shared our huge villa; at least three more could have slept there. The decor was beautiful, the beach clean and we spent a lot of time at the pool. We enjoyed the food and found the staff very helpful although the Dutch manager was a bit overbearing. While we were there only a wedding party shared the resort which is disappointing for such a lovely spot with such good service and good value for money.

Quiet stay during low season

Very secluded with a decent beach, unlike the rest of Mui Ne/Ham Tien. They have a free shuttle bus to their branch in the busy part of the strip but one night we were trapped at the strip since the bus wasn't making its run, so the hotel staff offered us a taxi back at half the price (150,000 instead of 300,000 dong).

Bear in mind that in the shared villa, you will have to share the toilet/bathroom (the shower area has no door and the overall bathroom area doesn't lock), so that means less than perfect privacy unless you were as lucky as we were to get the whole villa to ourselves. In other words, this arrangement would probably be better for a large family or a pair of (pretty close) friends.

Lovely grounds, landscaping, flowers. Great pool. Nice traditional villa. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good but coffee average at best. Dinner menu uninspiring, needs more Vietnamese choices. Beach in front of hotel is nice. Nearshore waters covered in nets making windsurfing through the \"opening\" left, with the current and onshore winds, challenging. Away from the manicured beach is typical trash. Bus to the town reliable but long. Mui Ne is very Russian. Good seafood along the beach. Joes has good live music. It was so quite and relaxing we extended our stay for 2 additional days.

A fabulous resort...

I booked this resort as a last minute decision...when I arrived I thought they'd made a mistake with the booking - the villas are huge with a private garden - very luxurious, the pool area is beautiful - it has a private beach - also beautiful. The food is lovely and the staff are so friendly and helpful.
It's a wee bit out of Mui Ne but the local bus is fab and cheap and the resort has a shuttle bus.
I'd thoroughly recommend it and will definitely go back.

The hotel is very nice and the villas are beautiful! However, the hotel is a little far from the main town of MuiNe and the bus/train ride from Ho Chi Minh City all the way to MuiNe is not pleasant. The food was ok but nothing spectacular. The service was exceptional. Remember to bring mosquito repellant. You will need it :-)

Villa outside Mui Ne

We are a family with two children and stayed here in April. Friendly staff and fantastic villa accommodation and beautiful pool. Peaceful and quiet location some distance from the town, an hour from the train station. Condition of the surrounding location was disappointing - building work and the sea and beach were full of rubbish which was a shame for a water sports location particularly as this was the main reason for our stay here.

Very good hotel with excellent sporting facilities

We were looking for a quiet hotel after a long trip to Cambodia and Laos and we found it. We were given a large villa to ourselves with our own wonderful garden, private jacuzzi and even a huge kitchen. The swimming pool was large and very well maintained and there were enough loungers of everyone. The staff has obviously received training and were delightful.
As with a lot of beaches in Vietnam, the surrounding beach (not near our hotel) was covered in rubbish washed up from the sea although it is obvious that the area surrounding our hotel is cleaned every day. We also discovered enormous dead jelly fish washed on the beach so care must be taken when swimming. Ideal for windsurfing and all water sports.

Fabulous getaway

Full Moon Village is far away from the hustle and bustle of Ham Tien, though you can still get there easily by the resort's complimentary shuttle bus ride, or taking the public bus, or a taxi (around 350,000 VND one way). The beach has a shallow slope which is nice for young children. The oceanfront dining room and terrace along with free kayaks, boogie boards, and surfboards made it a beach lover's paradise. The manager, Silvian is extremely helpful and professional, and extremely dedicated to making your stay in Mui Ne your most relaxed vacation ever. Highly recommend.

One of my favourite hotels I have ever stayed in. Simply outstanding from start to finish. Sylvian and his team are just fantastic and the hotel itself is stunning. Beautiful private villas with gardens and a fantastic attached beach house for beautiful sunrises. A simply wonderful place to relax whilst still a short (ish) taxi ride into Mui Ne. They do also run a regular shuttle bus in and out of town. It is a truly fantastic hotel.

Stunning resort paradise

The service we were provided at full moon village just doesn't get any better - our every need was looked after with a smile, even often before we asked. Amazing facilities which include, pool, restaurant, windsurfing equipment ect, on a wonderful stretch of beach. The village is a few Km from the main areas of Mui Ne but this is actually a good thing. The hotel offers regular shuttle bus transfers plus there is a local bus that goes every 15 minutes or so from only 20 meters from the front of the village - you can also hire motorcycles which we did which is easy and convenient (the traffic was very sparse along the highway so driving was relatively safe). Recommend this place highly.

Amazing peacefull resort

This resort was faultless for what we were looking for and the highlight of our holiday in Vietnam. It is quite out of the way from Mui Ne (they put on a free bus if you want to go into town but we didn't even bother) an is very relaxed with its own private beach. Service is perfect and there is plenty to do through the resort should you want to do more than lie on the resort private beach (Kite surf, motorbike, kayak, bicylce etc..).

강아지와 같이 지낼 수 있는 빌라여서 좋았지만 거실은 모기가 많고 자쿠지는 고장나서 사용할 수 없었고 레스토랑 점심식사는 정말 형편없었다. 피자는 절대 주문하지 마세요. 바닷가 쓰레기들좀 치워주면 좋겄어요.

Poolen var fin och fräsch. Engelskakunskapen mycket dålig. Stranden fruktansvärt nerskräpad. Maten var generellt mycket låg nivå på och dyr. Finns inga andra matmöjligheter om man inte tar taxi.

Autentisk villa, virkelig meget plads. Alle villaer var afskærmet med mur omkring. Dejlig stort poolområde, dog skulle man være lidt forsigtig i poolen, da bunden kunne give rifter af de fliserne som var brugt i bunden. Dejlig strand, og fedt at man kunne låne buggy og subboard. Der var mange myg, hotellet var dog søde til at komme og sprøjte.
Der er ikke andre spisemuligheder i nærheden, det kræver en taxi/bil, hvis man ikke vil spise på hotellet. Det valgte vi, og det var god mad.
Der er små minimarkeder i nærheden.

풀문빌리지는 우리여행의 최적의 장소였습니다. 독립된 빌라를 통째로 쓸수 있는 장점이 있으며, 조용하고 휴양하기 딱 좋은 곳이였습니다. 그러나 인근 편의시설과 좀 떨어져 있어서 교통편이 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 그래도 셔틀버스도 운행하고 있으니 시간만 잘 맞추면 그렇게 불편하진 않을것 같습니다.

잘 가꾸워진 정원과 넓은 거실
그리고 레몬그라스향의 아름다운 침실
이곳에 있는 자체만으로 행복해졌다.
투명한 수영장과 고운 모래사장 그리고 싶지 않고 적당한 파도 덕분에 하루 종일 지루할 틈이 없었다.
꼭 다시 가족들과 함께 오고 싶은 곳이다.
시내에서 거리가 있어서 다소 불편함 점도 있지만 셔틀버스를 잘 이용해서 크게 문제가 되지 않았다.
거리의 문제점을 커버 할 만큼 친절한 직원들 덕분에 충분히 만족스러웠다.
단 한가지 조식이 좀 부실한 것 같다.

아주 조용한 휴가에 적당합니다

만족한 숙박이 되기 위해 직원들이 친절하고 노력한다는 느낌은 있었으나 미처 고치지 못했다는 방의 도어록이 부서져 있었고 와이파이 문제 역시 몇 차례 전화해 하루 뒤에 해결되었어요 .
액티비티 서비스 좋았고 리조트의 조식은 썩 만족할 정도는 아니었어요. 그러나 수영장 관리 잘 되어있고 전반적으로 만족합니다 장소 이동없이 조용하게 휴식을 원하는 사람에게 적당합니다.

풀문빌리지 만족햇어요 8인 3베드룸!

8명 (3부부 + 아이2명) 이서 가서 3베드룸 사용했어요.
방마다 화장실이 있어서 편했고, 주방에 가스렌지 식기류 등 있는줄알았으면 짐을 더 잘 챙겨갔을거같아요.
화장실 변기가 좀 더러웠던거같아요. 직원들이 너무 친절해서 좋았구요!!
조식은 기대안하고가면 먹을만 합니다 ^^
주변이 멀긴한데, 리셉션에서는 택시를 잘 불러주고, 보케거리쪽 시내는 택시가 많이다녀서 다니기 불편한거는 없었습니당

풀문빌리지는 리빙룸이 아주 커서 가족이나, 단체여행객들이 아주 만족스러워 할 것 같아요.
빌리지 들어가는 길목은 예쁜 정원을 지나는것 같고요..
또 대문을 열고 들어가면, 미니 정원이 있어요
뜰안에는 작은 연못처럼 생긴 탕이 있어서, 발을 물담그고 놀기 좋았어요
저희는 방 두개짜리 였는데, 방안에...
반갑게 초대하는 메모도 걸려있어서 기분이 더 좋았네요

스텝분들 너무 친절하세요.
거리가 시내와 많이 떨어져 있지만 택시타고 다녀서 불편함은 없었습니다.
위치는 정말 조용하고 한적함.
레드샌드와 화이트샌드 중간.
보케거리까지 택시비 20만
레드샌드까지 택시비 10만 정도.
나오는거 같네요.
그래도 다음에 또 방문할게요. :).

Große Villen (immer zur Alleinbenutzung) in großem, privatem Garten.
Gepflegte Anlage, herrlicher Pool, einzigartige Ruhe!
Weit außerhalb von Mui Ne (mit dem Bus 30 min. / Bus Nr. 1 fährt alle 20 min für 50 Cent ).
Der schönste und längste noch erhaltene Strand der Mui Ne Region - leider viel Müll am oberen Uferrand.
Personal durchgehend sehr freundlich, nur die Zimmermädchen arbeiten etwas schlampig.
Strandrestaurant & Bar etwas teurer als ortstüblich aber herrlich gelegen mit großem Angebot.
Wer sich entspannen möchte und dabei von lieben Menschen umsorgt werden möchte, der ist hier genau richtig!

Tolle, ruhige Anlage zum Entspannen

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit einem tollen Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, ca. dreißig Autominuten vom quirligen Zentrum Mui Nes entfernt. Geräumige, gut ausgestattete Villen mit eigenem großen Garten. Es gibt einen eigenen Strandabschnitt, der - im Gegensatz zu vielen freien Strandabschnitten der Umgebung - sauber und gepflegt ist. Eigenes Wassersportangebot (Windsurfen, SUP). Zudem gehört ein schöner, sehr gepflegter Pool zur Anlage.
Die Qualität des Essens ist gut, sodass man guten Gewissens auch mal einen Abend in der Anlage verbringen kann.
Zum Zentrum Mui Nes mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants gelangt man in ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Taxi. Außerdem verkehrt ein hoteleigener Shuttle-Bus mehrmals täglich auf dieser Strecke (letzte Heimfahrt ab Mui Ne um 21:30 Uhr).
Der Service und die Freundlichkeit des Personals lassen keine Wünsche offen. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Fleckchen, an dem man wirklich zur Ruhe kommen kann.

Petit paradis

Un havre de tranquillité très bien arboré. Des villas pleines de charmes avec un personnel discret mais très gentil! Très bon petit déjeuner et joli piscine dans laquelle il est vraiment possible de nager. Navette gratuite à disposition pour faire des balades en ville.

Very friendly and helpful staff / quiet place

very quiet place close to the beach / big and beautiful garden / spacious Villa
we have 3 children ( 6 / 13/ 15 years old) and they enjoyed their vacation at the full moon village
nice Swimming pool too.

Trés bel endroit/ Magnifique Villa/ le jaccuzzi privatif est aussi trés agréable. Le personnel est très gentil et souriant.
le Restaurant ets aussi trés bon et les prix ne sont pas excessifs. Fruits dans la chambre tous les jours.

Einsames Paradies zur Erholung

Wir haben einen Ort zur Erholung gesucht und wurden mit diesem Hotel voll zufrieden gestellt. Das Haus, unserer eigener Garten und der idyllische Poolbereich sind für Paare und Familien perfekt. Auch der Strand lässt kaum Wünsche offen - man kann schwimmen, surfen oder einfach nur spazieren gehen. Das Hotel bietet Massage und Ausflüge an; wer aber den Trubel sucht, liegt hier falsch. Der Service ist gut, die Zimmerreinigung etwas nachlässig. Für uns Erholung suchende ein (fast) perfekter Urlaub.

넓고 아름다운 숙소

호텔 자체가 아름 다운 동화 마을처럼 잘 가꾸어져 있고 바닷가에 위치해 있습니다. 숙소가 넓은 마당과 넓은 거실, 침실이어서 쾌적하고 매우 좋았습니다 스탭이 매우 친절하고 다음날 일찍 출발할 택시나 신투어에서 하는 투어도 확인해 주고 세심하게 신경써 주어서 매우 만족하였습니다. 맛사지도 직접 와서 해주고 생알로에로 해주는 맛사지인데도 매우 싸고 비가 오는데도 음식을 숙소까지 배달해 주어서 매우 만족스럽게 잘 쉬다 왔습니다.그 곳 자체가 아름다워서 사진을 매우 많이 찍으며 즐거운 시간을 가졌습니다.
