Great Sea View Room on 13th Floor. Comfortable bed but had to pay for expresso coffee available in the room. Good Selection of Breakfast with outdoor seating available. Was disappointing that the gym was just a treadmill at extra cost as well as spa at extra cost. Bar also close at 9.30pm which was a disappointment.

The parking situation was horrible. We ended up paying up to 100 Euros for parking across the street. The site states they have parking. No they don’t! The staff was extremely rude and clueless on how to help with the situation. Don’t waste your money. Not worth it!

Great location, very nice staff. The room was clean. We took the executive suite and had heavenly view. However, the elevator only reaches the 12th floor and the suite is on the 14th, meaning it's not accessible.
Also, we shared a bathroom wall with the other suite and could hear them as if they were in the room. A bit disturbing as the lady likes to sing in the shower...

Nice location, difficult parking

Staff were nice, but not very helpful (especially not when it comes to parking even though it said so in their pamphlet). The room was very big, but also very old / not the best condition. The room has a great view, but I couldn't see it as the windows were some of the dirtiest I've seen for a very long time. Overall still a good stay.

Views in the suite they upgraded us to were FANTASTIC. liked it so much we stayed three days. Beds were tantamount to hide-a-beds but with views like these certain accommodations can be made. Friendly, helpful staff and reasonable breakfast. Safe, secure, and great. Did I mention the views from the suites?

Brilliant awsome, but .......

This is a very interesting if not slightly eccentric hotel. The rooms are just amazing. The stalk are helpful but don’t seem to appreciate that they have something special and worth being proud of (the exception being the cleaning teams - they are 100% on their game).
The views are amazing.
The breakfast could be better. - service and choices.
The reception design and space could be better.
But please remember- this is a great place to stay.

The hotel give few service like the tranfert from or to the airport and the gym which are the main reasons why I booked it...
They told me that if I want the transfer service I have to pay €220 and no access to the gym with no reason ... well located but the customer service wasn’t good at all.

Hotel bem localizado, mas serviço precário!

No ato do check-in não te passam muitas informações. Você tem que perguntar por tudo. O café da manhã é somente até as 9:30h. A cama do quarto era redonda e pequena, não cabe uma pessoa maior que 1,70m, tive que dormir atravessado na cama se quisesse caber dentro da mesma. O chuveiro do banheiro não tinha água quente, informei a recepção e nada foi resolvido.

Die Suite war gross und wir hatten eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf ganz Gallipoli. Der Whirpool im Zimmer war noch ein zusätzliches Highlight.

Jedoch war das Frühstück eine Katastrophe und die Fenster müssten auch wiedermal gereinigt werden. Das Gym und die Parkplätze die bei der Buchung angegeben werden, sind leider nicht wie beschrieben vorhanden.

Hotel che si presenta bene all'esterno e gode di una vista spettacolare ma poi entrando ti accorgi che sono rimasti indietro di 50 anni..
Arredamento vecchio ma alla fine ci passi sopra.. ma quello che non condivido e' l'assenza del bidè in bagno e Soprattutto la colazione e' veramente penosa!
Non ci tornerei se dovessi tornare da quelle parti..

Le vieux Gallipoli est une très belle ville !! L’hôtel Est juste à côté et nous en avons une vue de haut spectaculaire !! Très bon service en français ! Déjeuner dans une salle vitrée qui donne sur le port !

Chambre très spacieuse avec une superbe vue.
Petit déjeuner moyen (jus de fruit à base de poudre...).
Service de navette appréciable vers la plage de l'hôtel le sirene.
Attention toutefois au déjeuner servi au sirene : tentative de facturation du repas (rien d'extraordinaire) à 35€ / personne (y compris enfants), il a fallu négocier...

Hotellet var stort. Byggnaden oerhört ful. Utsikt från rummet rakt in i en cistern. Personalen dålig på engelska och gav felaktiga uppgifter beträffande parkering. Visste dessutom inte att man fick köra bil till gamla stan.

La camera assegnata era piccola ed era collocata vicino alla scala di emergenza (separata dal resto dell'hotel da un piccolo corridoio e due porte). Inoltre la camera era separata dalla camera accanto da una porta, debitamente chiusa a chiave ma che lasciava trapassare ogni minimo rumore.

Pessimo, un vero e proprio raggiro

Arrivati a Gallipoli dopo una giornata passata a camminare, alla reception ci danno la netta impressione di non aspettarsi il nostro arrivo. Dopo una breve attesa ci assegnano la stanza 311, in un'altra ala rispetto a quella dove ci trovavamo. Una volta entrati ho pensato che chi aveva scritto le altre recensioni era stato in un hotel diverso:stanza buia, macchie di umidità e crepe alla parete, una porta di comunicazione con locale di servizio da cui sono provenuti rumori per tutta la notte, non parliamo della vista su tubi davanti alle finestre, materasso sfondato, bagno minuscolo e cieco, senza bagno e senza aspiratore, letto rifatto alla meglio e un asciugamano sicuramente usato. Alle nostre proteste rispondono dandoci un kit di biancheria pulito,che ovviamente abbiamo sistemato noi. La sensazione è di essere stati sistemati in un locale di servizio (come quello adiacente), e lo trovo vergognoso per il prezzo pagato e per il livello di questa catena di hotel, altrove eccellente.

Very nicel hotel, good location and friendly service Minded staff. Rooms spacious and bed comfortable.
Unfortunately, the information on hotels.com clearly stated free airport shuttle, which was one of the reasons I booked this. However this was not the case and I had to pay eur 110.

Hotel in TOP-Lage, der Rest ist mittelmäßig

Das Hotel war im allgemeinen gepflegt und ordentlich, jedoch kann von \"Komfort\" nicht wirklich die Rede sein, da es etwas veraltet scheint. Bestechen tut das Hotel im Wesentlichen durch seine ausgezeichnete Lage und das freundliche Personal. Fazit: für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist es zu empfehlen, wer länger wirklich Urlaub machen will, sollte sich ein komfortableres Hotel wählen.

Location for Hotel Bellavista was great, just a step from the historical centro and close to everything.
Room was spacious and big, very silent and great view. Staff was friendly and very helpful! Breakfast had wide selection!
- there was no pool as it was advertised on hotels.com, but then again, when so close to amazing beaches, who uses it....
I recommend a stay at Bellavista!
