We had a great stay at Seven Suites!! Very walkable and convenient location!! When we arrived we were greeted with a list of nearby recommendations which were delicious and appreciated!!! The restaurant downstairs was very cute and delicious, we enjoyed the included breakfast available each day there. We got locked out of our room once and were communicated with immediately as well. Cute neighborhood vibe and close enough to get to the main sites. Definitely recommend!

Unusual find - great stay
An unusual hotel with 7 suites taking up one floor of an apartment building. Clean, modern and comfortable- staff is nice too. The neighborhood is great as it isn’t just another tourist trap - fun to walk around and conveniently located near two train stations. The testavere area is full of trattorias and shops and be sure to walk up the hill to nice city views. The bakery on the ground floor is A+.

Lovely place in a great area of Rome. A bit away from the action, but highly recommended, close to the bus and also metro lines. The area is safe and there is a little supermarket and an AMAZING cafe in the same building.

The location is 2-3 metro stops away from many tourist destinations making the neighborhood an ideal home base for exploring the city while staying a bit off the beaten path. Really enjoyed our stay at Seven Suites! Room was comfortable and very clean. Loved the balcony. We wanted to be in the Testaccio area, and this was in a perfect location! And we appreciated how the staff arranged our private transfer to the airport on our last day.

We loved staying at Seven Suites. Beautifully renovated and quiet. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the hop on off bus route. The only thing I would suggest is a light up makeup mirror in our suite. The green walls and down lights make it difficult to do makeup in and I am a makeup artist. Staff were super nice and the bed was so comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Worst experience staying in any hotels so far.
Our stay was below our expectations. There was no reception service, except for 3-4 hours in the morning. It means we had no direction on what to do in case of emergency. This is not a hotel, rather an Air BnB. Towels and pillows were inferior quality. There were no toiletries provided that you normally expect from any hotel. Surroundings were not as shown in the photos on Hotels.com. Safe Deposit did not work so we ended up carrying valuable documents with us for sightseeing that increased risk of pickpocketing.

Seven Suites is located in a residential building and in a residential neighborhood (Testaccio), right amongst the locals. We walked throughout the area and enjoyed an evening at a nearby park. The area is quiet and safe (day and night). Our room had a balcony overlooking a church, which is directly across the street from this building. The bakery downstairs is great (well worth it).

This B & B was great! Only a short 10-15 minute bus ride to the sites. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was coffee, orange juice, croissants and pizza. Delicious! We were able to leave our bags after checking out, and pick them up later for our flight. Highly recommend!

What a gem. The most comfortable beds I've ever had at a hotel. So quiet for sleeping, a lovely Italian Cafe below much frequented by the locals because of the quality of their pastries. A useful cornershop nearby, lots of resturants and either walkable to the main areas, or you can take one of the easily accessible buses or trams! We loved it!

I loved the neighborhood vibe away from the congested tourists areas, with easy access to the metro. Resturants,Cafe, park and a corner market right there. And the wonderful Testaccio market with street food,meats,breads, produce and soo much more only a few blocks away! The only improvement on the suite would be to add a microwave 😀 The suite did have a mini frige full of drinks and snacks at very reasonable prices!

Seven Suites was tucked just far enough away from the bustling heart of Rome to be relatively calm while still being convenient to a host of great restaurants nearby. Tourist sites and transit were still accessible by foot (or a very short cab ride). The staff was friendly and the room was clean and quiet. The bundled breakfast was a particular highlight, including a selection of beverages and super tasty pastries from the Linari pasticceria downstairs (the food was so good that we actually ended up visiting almost daily for dessert or snacks on our own). Would definitely stay again!

We only stayed at this hotel for a night but we really liked it! We had a little difficulty checking in because since we are foreigners we didn’t have service to access our email WHICH IS VITAL because they send you a code in order to get into the hotel since there isn’t service there all day. The hotel room was very clean and very nice. The bed was incredibly comfortable! And there is a cafe next door with plenty of restaurants nearby. We walked to the Colosseum and it didn’t take us long at all. Although we did take a few taxis and to get to the heart of Rome was about 13-15€ for reference

All the rooms and Seven Suites floor were super clean and updated. The showers were a bit small and didn't have much space. The building itself looks really old and dirty, but as soon as you walk into the Seven Suites it is completely different and modern. The staff was great and always available to help. We had to check out earlier when nobody was there but we were able to make payment via email and they were very accomodating.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Room was spacious and nice. The receptionist was extremely friendly and knowledgable about day to day life in Rome. He shared public transportation tips, which app to get to call a taxi, and had great food recommendations for the neighborhood. He was such a delight!

This is the sweetest place I have had the pleasure of staying in. Besides the awesome service and staff, there is an amazing pastry shop just below the hotel which is fantastic for daily breakfast. It is located just a few hundred meters from the nearest metro station, which is a small price to pay for the authentic local Italian experience you gain!

This B&B is an amazing little Gem! The rooms are modern and stylish, very clean and comfortable. The staff there are very welcoming and care that you have a good stay. They are full of information and advice on where to go, when to go and how to get there..best advice! It is located in a great place as you are away from all the hustle and bustle of the city centre yet you can be in the middle of it all within 30 minutes whether you walk to the Colesseum or jump on the underground to all the beautiful sites for only 1.50 euros each way (Just ask at reception and they will map it all out for you)! I even spent an evening in the room just chilling and it was as relaxed as being at home (apart from the italian tv chanels, but also an experience of its own). I would definitely recommend and will be returning to Seven Suites.

Such a nice property close to everything about 12.00 euro taxi to all the top sites food is everywhere from 30 second walk to 10 minutes. 3 min walk to small grocery on the corner nice park across the street too. Room was fantastic.

This is a lovely little bed and breakfast place, a great find. Overall we had a great stay here but couple of points to note ;.breakfast is included but it is to be taken downstairs in an independent cafe. This is a bustling cafe, overall choices a limited to tea, coffee or juice and croissant or pastry. It would be better if breakfast was provided in house and with more choices available. Also, the rooms have a balcony but this is very carmpes with poor street views or other tall buildings obstructing the views. Not much to look at out of the window. Shame really, as it would've been nice to sit out on the balconyand relax after a busy day sight seeing

Fantastic stay in this hotel. Other reviews comment on the building that houses the hotel, being slightly off putting but we found it part of the charm- authentic Italian living. On our arrival Marco was very friendly and a true gent and introduced us to our room. The room was lovely, with a comfortable bed and of a very high standard . We very quickly learnt it was also ideally situated for exploring Rome, but away enough from the city centre to be able to relax at the end of the day.
Breakfast was in the cafe on the ground floor of the apartment block and again, excellent authentic Italian.

Lovely suites
The hotel was lovely and very updated, just like the photos. If you arrive after 6 or 8 you do an electronic check in that can be little tricky, but worked okay for us. The area near the train metro did not feel safe, but the closer we got to the hotel, the area seemed to approved. We tried to stay a 2nd night, but it was full. The service and communication was great and we were able to store our luggage. The sign for the hotel was small in a mixed used building so it was a little difficult to find at first.

A hidden gem!
This hotel doesn't look much from the outside but once your in its beautiful! Lovely pastry shop next door for breakfast which I think is the most popular pastry shop in Rome and you will see why when you visit it. The hotel staff are lovely, I ask them to leave a little note in our room for our arrival to wish my partner Happy Birthday, not only did they do this but they also put a banner and balloons with a small bottle of champagne in our room! It was perfect, Thank you Micol. The hotel is perfectly located you can walk to everything from here.

Best Kept Secret in Rome
Previously, not the biggest fan of Rome- until my stay here. This amazing hotel is situated in the most perfect area of Rome. Accessible from public transit, close enough to tourist attractions but so far removed from the city. Walking along the river, eating amazing local food and staying in this area is a unique experience to the traditional \"Rome\". Amazing cafe right below for authentic Italian breakfast. Black out shades were a huge plus for traveling. Would not change one thing.
