Booked a double room for overnight. Advised restaurant was closed ... but sister hotel across the road was open until 10pm. Went across the road at 7pm and found the restaurant closed at 7pm. Walked the streets but no other restaurants in area. No dinner that night.

- Stumpfe Messer im Restaurant
- Viele zu weiche Matratzen
- Duschkopf schimmlig in 2 von 3 Zimmern.
- Parkplatz muss reserviert werden, ansonsten geht man leer aus.
- Bei der Ankunft standen nur 2 Parkplätze zum Auspacken zur Verfügung. Da wir mit 3 Autos angereist sind und einer bereits belegt war, war die Anreise nicht besonders gut und wir mussten die Einfahrt zum Parkhaus blockieren.
- Badekappe ist für das Schwimmbad Pflicht, wäre schön gewesen, wenn so etwas in der Beschreibung gestanden hätte. Vor Ort hat sich aber niemand daran gehalten. Es gab einen Automaten, wo man Badekappen kaufen konnte.
- Wände sehr hellhörig
- Die Lokomotive hat früh sehr zeitig gehupt. Das hört man auch bei geschlossenem Fenster.
- Zu wenig Kaffeeautomaten für die ganzen Hotelgäste. Es waren nur 2 Automaten vorhanden.
- Krankheitsbedingt gehe ich nicht weiter darauf ein. Das Waschbecken war verstopft. Daraufhin sollte der Hausmeister die Leitung freimachen. Wir wurden nur ausgelacht und sollten selber den Fehler beheben.

- Check-in schnell und verschiedene Sprachen sowie freundlich
- Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und man wird satt
- Rezeption ist immer besetzt 24/7 und versucht bis spät in die Nacht Probleme zu klären.
- Duschkopf wurde aufgrund von Schimmel sofort getauscht nach der Ansprache bei der Rezeption
- Spieleparadies für Kinder ist zwar klein, hat aber den Kindern sehr viel Spaß gemacht.

Das Hotel überzeugt durch gutes Frühstück und ein wunderschönes Schwimmbad mit 4 Wirlpools.
Die Zimmer sind groß, leider nur spartanisch eingerichtet. Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Bar bietet gute Getränke und sogar einen Alleinunterhalter.

Hotellet saknar charm. Är rimligt modernt men i stort sett tråkigt. Hade problem få fram min Hotels-reservation. Incheckningen tog därför lång tid. Två saker är ok med hotellet: 1. Priset. 2. Frukosten.

Okay, aber nicht für Familien geeignet.
Das Hotel war ganz okay. Allerdings überhaupt nicht geeignet für Familien mit Kindern. Frühstück erst um 8 Uhr, kein Kinderpool im Schwimmbad, Fenster im 4. OG in der Dachschräge so niedrig, dass Kinder rausfallen könnten, Abendbuffet ausschließlich polnische Hausmannskost. Preis-Leistung insgesamt auch nicht gegeben. Das Zimmer wurde kaum gereinigt, es war immer noch überall Sand nach der Reinigung. Es war okay, aber wir würden es nicht nochmal buchen.

Wir waren bereits mehreren Hotels von Olymp in Kolobrzeg. Das ist kleinster Hotel. Ist alles klein, aber gut genug.
Es wäre natürlich schöner wenn beim Frühstück nicht auf einmal (zwischen 9 und 9:30) alle Gäste zum Essen kommen.
Obwohl wir zu dritt waren, war unser Zimmer groß genug für eine Vierköpfige Familie.

Ein schönes Hotel. Zentral gelegen um die Innenstadt und weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe

Hotel ma bardzo mały i bardzo drogi parking. Przy śniadaniu, po godz. 9 brakowało wypieków. W pokoju pełno kurzu (np. wokół kosza na śmieci. Pyszne gofry i bardzo miła obsługa jadalni. Brak możliwości wcześniejszego zameldowania. Olymp II lata śwojej sietności ma już chyba za sobą.

Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön, modern und sauber. Die Lage ist super, in 2. Reihe und dadurch ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral. Das Personal ist enttäuschend, sehr distanziert, abweisend und desinteressiert, man fühlt sich als Gast überhaupt nicht willkommen, eher als Störfaktor. Explizit ausnehmen davon möchten wir das Personal im Speisesaal, die waren super.

Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Frühstück mit Corona sehr gut umgesetzt, reichlich und gut. Pool und Sauna gut, allerdings fehlen Sitz und Liegemöglichkeiten. Die Zimmer sehr groß und sauber. Leider waren in meinem Zimmer (430, unter dem Dach) die Matratzen ganz schlimm, da ich nur 3 Tage da war, habe ich nichts gesagt, aber in Gesprächen mit anderen Gästen habe ich gehört, dass eigentlich auf alle Wünsche der Gäste eingegangen wird.

Da ich ein Eckzimmer hatte, viel der Balkon kleiner aus, für den ich 20 Sloty/Tag zusätzlich bezahlt habe. Viele Kleinigkeiten, wie z.B. Lichtschalter vom Bett aus zu erreichen oder Kofferablage, darunter Stauraum für Schuhe, darüber Garderobe sind gut durchdacht. Täglich bekam ich 2 kleine Flaschen Wasser kostenlos.

Na plus brdzo dobra lokalizacja hotelu, smaczne i urozmaicone śniadania. Niestety rano musieliśmy czekać 15 minut na wolny stolik. Restauracja hotelowa, przedzielona szklaną kotarą była praktycznie pusta, ale jej nie udostępniono dla czekających gości. Poza tym brudno w pokoju. Nasz roczny synek raczkował po nim 5 minut i miał wręcz czarne nogi! Podłóg chyba nikt nie mył od dawna. Poza tym widać, że hotel oszczędza na oświetleniu, w każdym pomieszczeniu było za ciemno. Łóżeczko turystyczne, ktore nam wstawiono, w ogólne nie miało materaca. Obsługa w recepcji niemiła. Na naszą uwagę, że od kilku dni nie możemy się do nich dodzwonić, usłyszeliśmy, że to nie ich wina skoro dzwoni 150 osób na raz! Kolejny minus to opłata za wypożyczenie szlafroka, który powinien być w standardzie jeśli w hotelu jest basen i spa.

Bis auf das Essen hatten wir nichts auszusetzen. Brötchen nicht frisch, immer nur aufgebacken. Obstangebot war befriedigend. Der Wechselkurs im Hotel erschreckend schlecht.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, die Flure waren edel. Das war es dann aber schon. Unser Zimmer war schon ziemlich `verwohnt`, das merkte man besonders an den Betten. Teile der Duscheinrichtung sind reparaturbedürftig. Das Personal an der Rezeption wirkte gelangweilt, von Freundlichkeit war kaum etwas zu sehen. Die Außenanlagen inkl. Parkplatz hinter dem Haus waren ungepflegt. Das von uns kurzfristig hinzugebuchte Abendessen kostete umgerechnet ca. 12 Euro pro Person, aber das war es leider nicht wert.

Wir waren schon 4 mal, weil es uns dort gefällt. Die Lage ist für uns super, obwohl ins Zentrum oder zum Hafen etwas weit ist. Für uns war es kein Problem, weil wir gerne spazieren gehen. Der Strand ist nah. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe vom Bahnhof, man hört die Züge, aber auch das hat uns nicht gestört. Wir hatten warmes Wetter, leider im Zimmer ist keine Klimaanlage.

Pobyt 14-16.02. Pokoje czyste, Łóżka podwójne rzeczywiście się rozjeżdżają ale mają przy kółeczkach blokadę, więc daliśmy radę :), materace wygodne. W pokoju było trochę chłodno ale podkręciłam kaloryfery na wyższą temperaturę i po powrocie ze spaceru było idealnie. Śniadania- jak to ktoś w komentarzach napisał \"typowo niemieckie\"- gotowane białe kiełbaski, salcesony, kaszanki ale każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Na sali jest Pani która smaży naleśniki, są też twarożki,pasty z tuńczyka, sery żółte, wędliny, płatki na mleku, musli, jajecznica. Ja miałam taki przypadek, że gdy wróciłam po wędlinę która mi zasmakowała to już jej nie było-były inne ...równie smaczne. Było z czego wybierać. Udało mi się także zapisać na masaż z dnia na dzień, poszłam rano i po południu miałam chwilę relaxu- zapewne dlatego, że to nie był sezon. Rzeczywiście jest sporo turystów niemieckich, ale w Kołobrzegu wszędzie ich pełno, w hotelach, na ulicy. Szlafrok 10zł/tydzień, więc nie opłaca się wieźć swojego. Zaskoczył mnie tylko płatny parking 20zł/doba, nie wiem czy tylko ten hotel tak ma, czy większość z nich każe płacić za parking, byłam w hotelu pierwszy raz więc się nie orientuję. W/w informacja o płatnym parkingu była na stronie, więc byłam uświadomiona :) Z basenu nie korzystaliśmy (nie zdążyliśmy :))

Alles in allem ein Top-Hotel vom Service bis zum Zustand. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, äußerst reichhaltiges und abwechslungsreiches Frühstücks-/Abendessenbüfett, gesicherte Parkplätze, schnelle Erreichbarkeit der Strandpromenade und der Altstadt.

Trevligt standardhotell nära hav och gångavstånd till centrala sevärdheter. Stort bufféutbud såväl till frukost som till middag men inget som sticker ut. Bekvämt boende men hotellet har ett begränsat antal parkeringsplatser att erbjuda inom deras inhägnade område, fick därför parkera bilen utanför på gatan i en parkeringsficka. För att kunna använda hotellets inomhuspool krävdes badmössa som man fick köpa vid receptionen för ett antal euro.

Das was ich persönlich eine unverschämt heit fand ist das das Hotel eine Veranstaltung hatte mit eintritt wer dort nicht dann teil nehmen wollte bekam auch nichts von der bar zu trinken. Das geht in meinen Augen nicht da ich ja auch ein zahlender Gast bin .

Ogólnie wszystko bez zarzutu oprócz sprzątania które zaczęło się w sobotę po 8 rano pociągając za sobą straszny hałas. Nadto ściany między pokojami są tak cienkie że cały czas słychać jakieś łomoty.
