Leider hat sich die Anreise aufgrund von Unfallbedingten Stau verzögert so das wir erst um 19:30 angereist sind, dies haben wir telefonisch angekündigt und es hieß es wird Abendessen im Rahmen der HP zurück gehalten. Was wir bekommen haben 1 Scheibe Käse 1 Scheibe Wurst 2 Scheiben Brot etwas Gurke Paprika. Es wurde nichts warmes angeboten und das für den HP Preis einfach traurig.
Das Restaurant schließt um 18 Uhr was ich einfach viel zu früh finde .

Es wird kein Deutsch gesprochen. Und bei Deutschen Gästen versuchen die Damen an der Rezeption prinzipiell mehr zu berechnen. Bei uns war es der Parkplatz, er sollte plötzlich 30 statt 20 zloty laut ihrer eigenen Internetseite kosten.

Die Marmeladengläser werden seit vielen Wochen nur aufgefüllt und nicht ausgetauscht.Die Deckel sind schon bisschen ekelig. Keiner der Serviceleute hat die Leitung. Konzeptionsloses Tun im Schonschritt.

Po przeczytaniu innych komentarzy byłam trochę przerażona , jednak pobyt był przyjemny . Miła obsługa w recepcji , szybkie załatwienie spraw meldunkowych . Śniadanie super , bardzo duży wybór , dobra kawka i rogaliki na deser . Pokój duży , wysprzątany , pościel czysta 😀👍basen i sauna tez ok .Widok z okna średni , ale poza tym pobyt bardzo przyjemny 😉

Dobry hotel, spokój i komfort w sezonie jesiennym.
Hotel położony blisko szerokiej plaży ( 10 min. ) i parku. Sprawia dobre wrażenie już od wejścia. Obsługa miła , uprzejma i sprawna. Pokój przestronny, pokryty wykładziną, duża łazienka. Duże stołówki, swobodny dostęp do stolików - bez kolejek. Smaczne i urozmaicone potrawy na śniadania i obiadokolacje. Strefa SPA z dwoma basenami i szerokim wachlarzem zabiegów.

Wenn das Personal etwas netter und zuvorkommender wäre, könnte man über manche Sachen hinwegsehen. Es gab nur zwei junge Mädchen im Speisesaal die sehr nett waren aber weder Englisch noch Deutsch sprachen, an einer Sprachbarriere kann es wohl nicht gelegen haben.

Minusy brak szlafroków, trzeba sobie dokupić przez co zejście na basen musi odbywać się w ubraniu. Na basenie szafki nie zamykane. Na obiadokolację udaliśmy się po 18 i nas rozczarowała. Syn trochę niejadek musiał zadowolić się chlebem z żółtym serem. Poza tym w pojemnikach na ciepły posiłek pustki i zasadniczo nikt nie kwapił się aby dołożyć. Za to śniadanie już lepsze. Wybór standardowy jak w wielu hotelach. Brak kosmetyków w łazience poza mydłem do rąk. Brak ręcznika do wychodzenia spod prysznica. Brak zestawy do kawy i herbaty w pokoju. Zasadniczo były tylko 3 szklanki nawet wody nie dali. Na plus trzeba zaliczyc podgrzewana podloge w łazience. Jak na pierwszy mój pobyt w tym hotelu to wydaje mi się że więcej z własnej woli wiecej tam nie pojade. Cena też stosunkowo wysoka jak na takie warunki.

Trochę opryskliwa pani w recepcji. Hotel ogólnie czysty ale zaniedbany pod względem technicznym. Oszczędności na każdym kroku, począwszy od ohydnej kawy w restauracji a skończywszy na słabym oświetleniu w pokoju i w łazience. Po za tym wszystko w porządku, jedzenie dobre.

Frühstück eintönig jeden Tag das gleiche Angebot. Kalte zähe Brötchen,immer die selben Wurst und Käsesorten. Der Pool super groß ein Wirpool mehr Bluberbad,Saunalandschaft sehr spartanisch. Masagenangebot super. Das Personal im gesamten Hotel spricht zu sagen mal zu 95% kein deutsch besser russisch,französisch, englisch ambesten natürlich politisch. Parkplatz eine Katastrophe. Also mit 3,5 Sterne gibt es bessere und vor allem preiswertere Hotels.

Das Personal war freundlich. Bis zum Strand waren es ca. 500m. Die Zimmer sind sauber aber das Bad ist etwas renovierungsbedürftig( loser Putz über der Dusche und lose Kabel ohne Funktion). Wir haben das Hotel für ein Kurztripp gebucht.

Byliśmy w pokoju Lux. Bardzo przyjemnie spędziliśmy czas w hotelu, korzystaliśmy z fajnego basenu, wieczorem z baru. Smakowało nam jedzenie. Obsługa w recepcji średnia, nie odczuwa się dużego zainteresowania gośćmi oczekującymi na obsługę.

Ein Schock, hohe Kosten, schwacher Komfort. Umfeld des ganzen Hauses schreit um Hilfe zum Himmel,vor allem die Infrastruktur der Grünflächen: rostiger Müll, brüchige Bänke, gefährliche Bodenlöcher, durch die man das Auto balancieren musste, um auf den Parkplatz zu gelangen, der sich wiederum auf dem Rasen und den grünen Flächen befand anstatt der Erholung zu dienen, schäbige Buden neben dem Rasen, Eingangshalle mit verwelkten Topfblumen. Doris SPA & Wellness hegt hohe Ambitionen, aber das gesamte Umfeld verdient nicht die Bezeichnung SPA & Wellness überhaupt. SPA ist Synonym für Luxus, mit einer raffinierten Umgebung, perfekten Dienstleistungen und vor allem mit einer Atmosphäre zur Ruhefindung und Entspannung ist. Laut schreiende und spielende Kinder störten im Speisesaal.Geschrei auch im Pool. Dieses Objekt eignet sich gut für Familienferien, aber nicht für Kurgäste, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen. Für uns Drei war der Aufenthalt ein Alptraum.

Umständliche Ankunft (stundenlang keine Handtücher und Zustellbett). Service zu wünschen übrig, Essen langweilig ohne Obst,Nutella, Marmelade einfach lieblos. Dreckige Aschenbecher auf der Cafeterasse und gleichgültige Bedienung (Bestellung schwierig, da Service versteckt sich hinter dem Tresen ) Hotelparkplatz unzumutbar, dafür das Zimmer war schön,

Sam hotel robi bardzo dobre wrażenie, pokoje deluxe bardzo ładne, przestronne i komfortowe. Kompleks basenów rewelacyjny. Okolica spokojna, do plaży niedaleko. Tuż przy hotelu przystanki autobusowe dojeżdżające m.in. na dworzec pkp.
Nie wiem jak obiadokolacje, ale śniadania były pyszne. Dla każdego znalazło się coś dobrego. Wiele dań na ciepło( m.in. jajecznica, naleśniki, parówki, kiełbasa z cebulką) spory wybór dobrych wędlin, serów, kawa, herbata, kakao, soki, woda.
Szkoda, że bar w tygodniu otwarty jest tylko do 21, bo barman serwuje pyszne drinki

Hotelzimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Leider war während unseres Aufenthalts die Hotelbar immer geschlossen.
Um am Abend etwas zu trinken gab es ein Kaffee wohin sich aber nur wenig Leute verirrten.
Das Hotel ist wohl eher was für Urlauber im Rentenalter. Pool und Spabereich sind sehr gepflegt.

neuer Hotelanbau an bestehendes Hotel
Nach dem Check in bekamen wir zuerst ein nicht gebuchtes 2 Bett-Zimmer im alten Teil des Hotels...! das Zimmer war nur mit Linoleum ausgelegt und auch sonst eher im schlechten Zustand. Meine frau wollte sofort wieder nach Hause fahren...! Nach der Reklamation und der Entschuldigung am empfang erhielten wir dann unser gebuchtes Zimmer im neuen Anbau des Hotels mit Fahrstuhl, sehr hochwertigen Teppichen und großem LED-TV incl. Sat-Empfang mit 4 dt. Sendern( RTL, RTL2, Super RTL und Vox). Das Bad war sehr gut gefließt und auch eine schöne Duschanlage war drin. Fön, Waschutensilien und täglich neue Handtücher auch! Des weiteren hatte das Zimmer einen schönen Balkon mit Gartensicht sowie einen Kühlschrank. Es fehlte also nichts zu einem schönen Urlaub...!

Rezeption war nicht immer besetzt und MA waren zum Teil nicht fähig, aber immer freundlich, mussten zum Beispiel 2 Tage auf ein Zustellbett warten, obwohl 3 Personen für das Zimmer gebucht waren.
Zimmer wurde an keinem Tag gereinigt, lediglich Toilettenpapier wurde 2x gebracht und neue Müllbeutel, und einmal 2 zusätzliche Handtücher

Rengjøring av hotellrom
Hotellerommet ble ikke rengjort under dette oppholdet. Vi hadde jo selfølgelig regnet med rengjøring på et opphold på 14 dager. Dette var veldig dårlig og skuffende. Vi måtte selv hente håndkler og toalettpapir for dette fikk vi ikke uten at vi spurte om dette. De sa at det skulle være rengjøring hver dag og bytte av håndkler, men dette skjedde altså aldri.
