I was in Paris traveling solo, and while I have been here many time, this was my first time staying near Bastille. The staff were all kind and helpful. The hotel is well situated near the Bastille metro, which is served by several useful lines around the city.
My room was clean and quiet but *really*small, and it would have been useful to have been told that you must insert your key card into a slot near the door in order to turn on any lights!
My one complaint was that there was one afternoon/evening when the only elevator was broken and I had to walk up six long and winding flights of stairs. Fortunately I am not elderly, have mobility issues, or wrestling with luggage at that time, as it would have been impossible to get to my room! In addition, there always seemed to be work being done, with alarm testing and construction. They were great about calling each guest to warn them about the alarm testing, but I had to squeeze around ladders, etc.

We absolutely loved our stay at this warm and welcoming hotel. The family room was perfect for our family of 4. The staff created a warm and welcoming atmosphere every step of the way!the area is brilliant, with a 10 second walk to bastille metro which links you to the Louvre and other incredible sights. The Le Marais area is gorgeous with so many choices of bakeries and patisseries and not overrun with tourists. We had some incredible baguettes and croissants from Boulangerie 28, which is just on the next corner and a lovely French bistro experience, which catered for kids at Bistro Camille. Highly recommend this amazing place!

Such a perfect hotel for my solo stay in Paris. Steps from the Bastille metro station, only a couple of minutes on foot to Place de Vosges and Le Marais beyond — I couldn’t have dreamed of a more perfect location. My single room (with views across the rooftops to the Eiffel Tower) was really very spacious, light and airy — perfect for one (and probably a couple too since it’s bigger than some double rooms I’ve stayed in elsewhere in Paris, though I think it’s single occupancy). It was always a pleasure to return to the hotel through the friendly reception area (staffed 24/7), and there’s an elevator so luggage is easy. The room was clean and charming, with a robe, a tub, space to hang clothes, plenty of power points, a proper closing door on the toilet (rare these days?) — all exceptionally well thought out. I’d stay at Le Petit Beaumarchais again in a heartbeat and am already planning my next visit!

It was wonderful located near Le Marais and one private spa is covered for your stay. I really appreciated the hospitality from the staff. Only issue I found was that the single room was too small to even have some of my luggages stored and no refrigerator. Considering it is very hard to get free ice from the hotel, it was not so great traveling in summer.

The hotel is well located in Paris, close to all major attractions l, either by walking for the enthusiasts or by metro. The Bastilles metro station gives you direct access to the louvre cathedral and any major tourist location. The hotel staff were very helpful and the facilities were well maintained, clean and very comfortable.

The Petit Beaumarchais is one of my favourite hotels anywhere. It is perfect. The rooms are beautifully designed and furnished. They are comfortable and faultless in detail. Everything is modern, but has an old world or vintage charm. When you stay here you feel special.

Very Handy for Family of 4
The room had a clever set up to accommodate a family of four which made me wonder why more hotels don't do the same. Two single beds against a wall, facing each other, with little wall lamps and small shelves, that could be separated from the queen bed / TV / etc with curtains at bed time. Location was steps from Metro, very convenient.

We had a quiet and very comfortable four-night stay. We found the location to be ideal--close to the Marais and also to the less touristy but excellent 11th and 12th quarters. And the Metro is just outside. There were four of us in the 'family room'. It was tight quarters but all more than sufficient. The beds were very comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again.

An interesting boutique hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was tiny (but with a spacious and excellent shower). As a business traveler, I found the minuscule desk difficult for working. The elevator is similarly tiny. If you’re a road warrior with few bags, it is adequate. If you have a rental care, there is no convenient parking anywhere nearby. Having a car in Paris is a huge mistake.

Rooms also have tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer, as well as bottled water. I also received a welcome note and some delicious cocoa covered nuts in my room on arrival. What a treat!
The public areas were equally well appointed, and we had delicious snacks in the bar on our final night.

Great in terms of access to metros, cinemas, restaurants but street was pretty noisy. Thankfully, the hotel had done what it could to mitigate noise with good soundproofing in windows.
Bathroom was small and some maintenance was needed in bathroom (toilet seat cover should have been replaced, a little mold in shower) but staff was great as was breakfast.

The front desk service was incredible. They organized a nanny service for my family the day we arrived. They called us a car to the train station. The property was a little under construction during our stay and a few elements in the room felt like they were worn out. Overall, it was a great stay.

This quiet, charming, boutique hotel is beautifully situated near the Place des Vosges. My room—a single— was small but thoughtfully designed with plenty of spots to store luggage. The lovely wallpaper and the carefully chosen amenities (slippers!) made everything feel upscale. The staff was fantastic and I was even greeted by name (even though I only stayed one night). I didn’t take advantage of the pool or spa.

What a beautiful little gem in the heart of Paris. Access to the salt heated pool and sauna was an absolute surprise and delight! After a long day of walking it was the perfect late afternoon rejuvenation before dinner.

Love this place. FANTASTIC staff. Such a great spot to explore Paris from. Lovely breakfast each morning, and amazingly quiet, tranquil environment despite being right in the middle of everything. Oh and the spa is such a nice added bonus. Kevin at the bar was great too with some lovely whisky tastings and local recommendations. Super.

Surprise view of the Eiffel Tower
Great location in the Bastille neighborhood. Small boutique-style hotel with staff that learns who you are very quickly. Prompt service with any questions or concerns. Bonus tip-- if you can request a single room, I highly recommend room 602 for a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower! also, beware that the building doesn't have air conditioning until approx June 1 (for the summer)
