I really loved this hotel. The staff were great, the room was modern and cozy, the spa was just right, and the bar/cafe was a nice way to start and end the day. The location was ideal with a short walk to the Marais, several great restaurants/cafes, and many major tourist attractions. Several subway lines were within steps and there was plenty of access to the bike network. The staff went our of their way to assist us and the room was made up each day with fresh water along with the usual services. Will recommend to any friend traveling to Paris.

The smallest place you can ever stay. I think I paid close to 300 quid per night for a place that is a shoe box. Very old building. Great location but the hotel itself is extremely overpriced. Would not recommend. They take advantage of the location but is a bit of a rip off for what you see are paying for.

Le Petit Beaumarchais is in an excellent location. Less than 100 steps from the Bastille metro stop. The metro lines can get you anywhere so this is perfect. The hotel is close to the Place de Vosges and Le Marais. My room was very cute and equipped with everything I might need. Modern shower and toilet. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a good assortment of baked goods, cheeses and meats, yogurt etc. The bar, which opens at 5pm, is great for a drink after walking all day and has a light menu. I would definitely stay here again.

I love the location of this boutique hotel! As a first-time visitor to Paris, it's like a second home away from home. I celebrated my 29th birthday in Paris, and I have no regrets booking my accommodation here. My room was clean, and the hotel has a cozy, inviting vibe that makes me want to go back. The staff at the desk and at the breakfast bar were hospitable and always ready to help. All bathroom and regular table amenities were provided. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Not sure if we just got lucky but A/C in the room was very handy. You should probably confirm with the hotel on when they switch to cooling (staff mentioned something about cooling being just turned on the week we got there) - Paris was warm by our standards and having the A/C was very helpful after long days of walking in the heat.

I was in Paris traveling solo, and while I have been here many time, this was my first time staying near Bastille. The staff were all kind and helpful. The hotel is well situated near the Bastille metro, which is served by several useful lines around the city.

My room was clean and quiet but *really*small, and it would have been useful to have been told that you must insert your key card into a slot near the door in order to turn on any lights!

My one complaint was that there was one afternoon/evening when the only elevator was broken and I had to walk up six long and winding flights of stairs. Fortunately I am not elderly, have mobility issues, or wrestling with luggage at that time, as it would have been impossible to get to my room! In addition, there always seemed to be work being done, with alarm testing and construction. They were great about calling each guest to warn them about the alarm testing, but I had to squeeze around ladders, etc.

We absolutely loved our stay at this warm and welcoming hotel. The family room was perfect for our family of 4. The staff created a warm and welcoming atmosphere every step of the way!the area is brilliant, with a 10 second walk to bastille metro which links you to the Louvre and other incredible sights. The Le Marais area is gorgeous with so many choices of bakeries and patisseries and not overrun with tourists. We had some incredible baguettes and croissants from Boulangerie 28, which is just on the next corner and a lovely French bistro experience, which catered for kids at Bistro Camille. Highly recommend this amazing place!

Such a perfect hotel for my solo stay in Paris. Steps from the Bastille metro station, only a couple of minutes on foot to Place de Vosges and Le Marais beyond — I couldn’t have dreamed of a more perfect location. My single room (with views across the rooftops to the Eiffel Tower) was really very spacious, light and airy — perfect for one (and probably a couple too since it’s bigger than some double rooms I’ve stayed in elsewhere in Paris, though I think it’s single occupancy). It was always a pleasure to return to the hotel through the friendly reception area (staffed 24/7), and there’s an elevator so luggage is easy. The room was clean and charming, with a robe, a tub, space to hang clothes, plenty of power points, a proper closing door on the toilet (rare these days?) — all exceptionally well thought out. I’d stay at Le Petit Beaumarchais again in a heartbeat and am already planning my next visit!

It was wonderful located near Le Marais and one private spa is covered for your stay. I really appreciated the hospitality from the staff. Only issue I found was that the single room was too small to even have some of my luggages stored and no refrigerator. Considering it is very hard to get free ice from the hotel, it was not so great traveling in summer.

The hotel is well located in Paris, close to all major attractions l, either by walking for the enthusiasts or by metro. The Bastilles metro station gives you direct access to the louvre cathedral and any major tourist location. This hotel was a fantastic place to stay for our first trip to Paris. Very walkable area and lots of delicious restaurants and cafes nearby. There’s shopping right outside your door and a metro entrance a few steps away.

The hotel is very compact (normal for Paris) and had great air conditioning and a small elevator. Staff were friendly and made suggestions when asked for dinner options. We would stay here again.
We were a group that including young adults all the way up to senior citizens. We used four rooms for our stay.

The Petit Beaumarchais is one of my favourite hotels anywhere. It is perfect. The rooms are beautifully designed and furnished. They are comfortable and faultless in detail. Everything is modern, but has an old world or vintage charm. When you stay here you feel special.
The staff are amazing. You always feel welcomed and welcome. This is true hospitality.
The hotel is in an excellent location in Le Marais. It is steps away from Bastille metro station, from which you can traverse the city and pretty much get to everywhere. It is also minutes on foot to Place des Vosges, museums, award winning bakeries, restaurants, cafes, cinemas, markets, and the concept store Merci, and my favourite lunch spot, Maison Plisson. And there are little supermarkets just over the road.
It also has a spa, which I am very keen to try on my next visit.
This was my second stay and I genuinely can't imagine staying anywhere else in Paris. It is exceptional.

The room had a clever set up to accommodate a family of four which made me wonder why more hotels don't do the same. Two single beds against a wall, facing each other, with little wall lamps and small shelves, that could be separated from the queen bed / TV / etc with curtains at bed time. Location was steps from Metro, very convenient.

We had a quiet and very comfortable four-night stay. We found the location to be ideal--close to the Marais and also to the less touristy but excellent 11th and 12th quarters. And the Metro is just outside. There were four of us in the 'family room'. It was tight quarters but all more than sufficient. The beds were very comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again.

An interesting boutique hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was tiny (but with a spacious and excellent shower). As a business traveler, I found the minuscule desk difficult for working. The elevator is similarly tiny. If you’re a road warrior with few bags, it is adequate. If you have a rental care, there is no convenient parking anywhere nearby. Having a car in Paris is a huge mistake.

Absolutely excellent boutique hotel, steps away from Bastille metro station. Transport is excellent and there are some very good shops, restsurants and cinemas in the area.
I stayed in a single room which was beautiful. It had William Morris Wallpaper, a very comfortable bed and a great shower. Some of the rooms have views of the eiffel tower!
Rooms also have tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer, as well as bottled water. I also received a welcome note and some delicious cocoa covered nuts in my room on arrival. What a treat!
The public areas were equally well appointed, and we had delicious snacks in the bar on our final night.
By far the most exceptional thing - and the hotel really is excellent - about this hotel were the staff. They were endlessly helpful, charming and welcoming. Absolutely faultless!
The hotel has a pool and spa, and I hope to use these facilities when I return.
Highly recommrnded; I can't wait to come back. Without question, the best place I have ever stayed in Paris.

Great in terms of access to metros, cinemas, restaurants but street was pretty noisy. Thankfully, the hotel had done what it could to mitigate noise with good soundproofing in windows.

Bathroom was small and some maintenance was needed in bathroom (toilet seat cover should have been replaced, a little mold in shower) but staff was great as was breakfast.
