Property was immaculate, staff at reception were helpful, plenty to do and very close to Energylandia, just a 15 minute walk or there are a listed number of dotto train services to and from the park. Breakfast was varied and tasty.

Downside was that we chose the property because it was listed on Expedia as offering a return shuttle service to Krakow airport, at an additional cost of 300PLN. After booking, we were advised by the property that they do not offer this service.

If you are looking to stay at Western Camp, and dont want to drive, Uber was reasonably priced and easy. If you're looking to keep things cheaper, take a short 10 minute walk from the airport to the Hampton by Hilton down the road - we found journeys to and from here are much cheaper than the airport itself.

Amazing place. So so so clean, not just in the morning, all throughout the day. Great breakfast, free transport to Energylandia, outdoor movie theatre and heated swimming pool. Great value for money, don’t bother looking for any other accommodation in the area

Fantastic place to stay for energylandia. Walkable distance to supermarket and park. Great selection at breakfast.
Super helpful road train to and from the park.
Reception staff very helpful at check in. Also booked us a taxi as had trouble with uber.
Tipi was great dont let the weather put you off as had heating. Plus crates to lock your stuff in. Overall would highly recommended.

Enjoyed our stay at Western Camp after a day at Energylandia, a warm welcome at check in, our cabin was spacious and had everything we needed, bed was very comfy and shower was excellent. The camp had a lovely atmosphere and walking round was pleasant, did not use the pools or sauna, had a nice meal at Bonanza in the evening and breakfast was okay.
The only negative was the land train back Energylandia was filled by a school group so other guests had no choice but to walk, I would have thought the school would have other arrangements to get to Energylandia but the walk was fine and took about 20 minutes, overall a very enjoyable stay.

Western Camp is amazing and I would definitely go back. I was impressed by how well-kept the property is. Everything was very clean and organized. We chose a tipi because my little one wanted to \"camp,\" and I was honestly worried about my choice. But the tent is super comfortable. It has air conditioning, which is great. Everything is clean, with quality bedding. The shared bathrooms are also always very clean and close to the tents. There were three of us, and I think four would have been a bit cramped. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I think that, since it's a property geared towards families and children, it could have had a playground with more options and a children's pool for younger children (there are two pools and a jacuzzi, but not suitable for toddlers). I was surprised by the availability of pool towels; I didn't expect one given the type of accommodation. Every night there was an outdoor movie and some children's attractions (face painting, balloons, etc.). Regarding breakfast, I read some less than positive reviews and I disagree. I think it offers a good variety considering the type of accommodation and location. The restaurants are okay. The food is average, not much choice (especially for vegetarians), but it's not bad, and it's not great either. I found it a bit pricey for what it is. Great point: the regular transfer to Energyland. I recommend it and will be back for sure.

Absolutely beautiful, I loved everything about this place, super clean, staff are very very friendly and speak great English. I totally recommend to anyone to take your friend group and go! Only downside is the pool ( very small pool ) but other than that all is great!

Our stay here was ok but lack of bar and gd seating area at night to unwind was a downside and staff were not to helpful to meet your requests and also breakfast was pretty poor with not even having a toaster in breakfast hall.
Wouldn't recommend staying there but would be ok if you only wanted to stay for one night but would choose somewhere else if wanted to stay longer.

The boat house accommodation is amazing but the whole area is great with loads of activities and really friendly and helpful staff. The food in the restaurant is very good and the breakfast is possibly the best we have had anywhere Wish we had been able to stay for longer.

So it’s an isolated community - I assume most potential visitors to this hotel are planning to visit the nearby “Energylandia” amusement park. The theming is perhaps “over the top” for adults but probably quite fun for children.
But my bottom line is, it’s new, very clean, has excellent staff and a great location for the amusement park. It also looks rather “green” with a lot of solar panels and such. Honestly, I was thinking this property may be too much, theming-wise, but “after,” I have no choice but to give them a VERY high rating.

Brilliant Fun!

We enjoyed our stay, the themes Sheriff's cabin was amazing and warm, my daughter's loved the bunk beds. We ate at the restaurant on several occasions and it was very tasty and the service was amazing. The breakfasts are also good with a nice variety of food, it's just a bit weird that some people take food from breakfast for their lunch. The proximity to Energylandia is good and the train that's included makes it the perfect location to visit. We'll be back!

We had an incredible experience! We came upon this place by chance and it exceeded our expectations. We stayed in one of the house boats which just opened this summer and we were impressed! Very up to date and spacious for the three of us. We ate dinner at the Colorado restaurant and breakfast was included the next morning. Great selection and everything was delicious! Energy Landia amusement park is right next store and you can take the train shuttle to go over. We are hoping to make it back our next time in Europe!

What a fantastic resort, beautiful theme, completely spotless, staff are so friendly and helpful. The restaurant had amazing food at really good prices - the pizzas are addictive! The rooms were comfy and had everything you needed for a comfy and enjoyable stay. The pool was lovely and warm.
Even the camping facilities were amazing!
Short walk to energylandia / or land train ride.
You do need to bring your own ‘English tea’ though!
Honestly don’t consider - definitely book!!!!!! We will certainly be back

Wonderfully fun experience! Alot of effort put forth to maintain the campgrounds, bathrooms really clean, as well, the inside of teepees exceptionally clean! Love the provided towels, linen for those of us travelling without these amenities. There is Delicatessen across the road.

The property was well laid out with different sections for cabins, tents and wagons. Reception staff were excellent, big special thank you to Natalia. Pool was nice. Food in restaurant was very good, great breakfasts and good choice on evening menu. Friendly service, thank you Anna. All of the property was well maintained and clean. There were always people out and about cleaning.

If your going to energylandia this is the place to stay the accommodation is amazing I would stay in a sheriff cabin as you get your own bathroom

But even the shared bathroom around the resort are clean and often empty

Amazing Fun Place To Stay

Stayed in a 2 story Sherrif’s Cabin which had a double bed, a bunk bed and 2 single beds in the upstairs loft. The room came with a mini fridge, air conditioning, balcony and private bathroom with awesome shower.
The staff were really friendly and spoke English.
There was free car parking and even charging points for Electric Vehicles.
The shuttle train to Energylandia theme park ran regularly, although it’s only a 10 minute walk. Across the street is a handy supermarket, 5-10min walk to a Netto & McDonalds.
The on-site Bonza restaurant was great for evening meals.

Fab resort but a few minor issues.

We thought the resort was great. The theming towards westerns was fun and staying in Wagons and Teepees is cool. All the accommodations are air conditioned and have electric.
The toilet block facilities for the most part were clean and sanitary but some of the shower cubicles were prone to flooding.

As you are outside unless staying in the sheriff huts you will be subject to bugs. My partner got bitten many times by Mosquitos due to the large lake in the middle of the resort. Bring bug cream or spray.

The restaurant was surprisingly really nice and the pizzas tasty. We had a combination of traditional polish and italian foods that were good quality and cheaply priced.

Now for breakfast.......we went during summer holidays and made the breakfast seriously busy. It took upto 20 mins to get through the buffet and drinks section. The buffet wad manned served by the restaurant team and took ages so plan time for this.

The hotel in the evening does have fire pits for food you could purchase but we didnt use these.

Be aware that due to the nature of the wagons and teepees being outside and very open you will hear others and made the resort very noisy even after midnight. If this will disrupt you then book a sheriffs hut. We found the mattresses on the beds very thin and firm......not comfortable but does the job.
Behind the resort you have a retail centre with supermarket, chemist and a Polish Superdrug for all your medical needs. 10 min walk to Energylandia also.

Fantastic place to stay- wholeheartedly recommend

Really, really loved this resort !
Brilliant for families- loads to do - obviously the brilliant Energylandia is a short walk away!
Western camp is amazingly well looked after- no rubbish anywhere , all areas are well equipped and maintained. We stayed in a sheriff’s cabin and it was perfect! .... but we do fancy coming back and staying in a tipi or a cowboy wagon :)
Such lovely things to do on site like the outdoor cowboy cooking areas and the daily open air cinema - great after a day in Energylandia. There is a lake where you can Also go fishing- equipment to do this is available to hire from reception. There is a restaurant on site which serves really delicious food- very rare in a holiday resort setting! Better than a lot of expensive restaurants. Breakfast was included in the price and was equally delicious.
There was a really lovely happy, relaxed atmosphere here. Reception staff were very accommodating to our requests

Un superbe séjour - l’hôtel est grand deux petites piscines chauffées un cinéma plein air (film en polonais mais généralement des dessins animés que tout le monde connais + sous titres en anglais) nous avons regardé ratatouille super souvenir - bitch volley - plein de corner pour se poser faire de la balançoire - super offre avec Energylandia - petit déjeuner bon - chambre propre salle de bain impeccable - chambre climatisé des magasins à proximité pour faire ses courses - un personnel accueillant - superbe accueil à l’entrée (parti accueil) - nous nous sommes fais de super beaux souvenirs - il y a également une navette comprise dans le tarif qui vous emmène directement au parc avec de mémoire trois départs et trois arrivées - vraiment nous reviendrons rapport qualité/prix/expérience au top ! The resort looks very clean and well cared for. Staff are always working in the park, raking leaves, painting, and trimming bushes. Everything outside is in very good condition.
Breakfast has many choices like pancakes, fruit, yoghurt, salads, and English breakfast. It is more than enough to start the day. Sometimes the bread was stale. The music during breakfast was loud. Light a night club. At 08 in the morning.
The rooms are fine, clean and the beds comfortable. Air conditioning units outside make a lot of noise inside, also from the neighbors’ rooms. There are no blackout curtains, so you wake up as soon as the sun comes up. The lights in the room are very bright, and there is no way to make them softer or to switch on only a few. The WiFi worked sometimes, but not always. Depends on your room I guess.
The pool is only open from 16:00 until 23:00, which makes it hard if you like to swim during the day. Might be a season thing? Not sure. A good point is that people with electric cars can charge nearby. A fast charger is just around the corner in a supermarket parking lot, and in the resort parking lot there are normal outlets.

This place is great

Was here for 5 nights with family.
I am really impressed with this resort.
The staff, especially Oliwier, at the front desk was superhelpful and ready to
Assist in every way.
Amazed how clean it was at the resort. Fun stuff for the kids to do. Two small pools, one jacuzzi, small “shops” on the resort with snacks, candy and beer. Two restaurants. The breakfast didn’t leave anyone disappointed. Many things to choose from.
We will definitely come back to Western Camp.

Hausboot war top, tolle Spielmöglichkeiten und Pools in der Anlage, alles sehr sauber und neu. Frühstück ebenfalls in Ordnung. Auch das Shuttle nach und von Energylandia war prima. Alle sehr freundlich. Was will man mehr für eine Vergnügungspark-Unterkunft!

Eine spitzen Anlage. Thematisch einwandfrei.
Das Frühstücksbuffett wurde immer leicht variiert und war ausgezeichnet. Die Lage zwischen Energylandia(gratis Shutte) und Zatorland -> optimal. Das Personal zum Großteil freundlich und bemüht. Eigentlich ein 5* Aufenthalt. Aber- es wird in der Vorsaison mehr wert darauf gelegt die Auslastung des Camps mit Schulklassen zu optimieren. Es sind Kinder/bzw. Jugendliche die ihren Spass wollen. Da die wunderschöne Holzbauweise jedoch fast jedes Gelsensurren durchlässt, hatten wir einmal sogar erst um 02:00 Ruhe. Am erste tag unterlief mir der Fehler glatt um 21:30 die Security darauf hinzuweisen, dass es laut ist wurde ich belehrty, dass die kinder bis 22:00 so laut sein dürfen wie sie wollen. Für Familien mit jüngeren Kindern echt furchtbar. Das Problem ist nicht erst seit heute bekannt, wenn man die Bewertungen auf diversen Plattformen liest. Die Türen gehen derart laut und wuchtig zu, dass man im Bett sitzt und denkt es gab ein Edbeben. Einfache Lösung - Türschliesser. Nächste Möglichkeit- die Schulgruppen entfernt von den besser zahlenden Privatgästen unterzubringen. Die Security könnte öfters durchgehen, das schreckt schon etwas ab. Leider bleibt am Meisten hängen, dass es keine erholsamen Nächte waren. Was sehr schade ist, da die Anlage wie bereits erwähnt spitze ist. So bleibt - einmal und nie wieder 😑

Séjour de 3 nuits en Tipi. Très original et sympathique, confortable et plutôt calme en cette période. Zone commune extrêmement propre et agréable.
Grand pouce bleu à toute l'équipe jeunes que ce soit la réception, les serveurs.veuses des restaurants, un grand merci a eux pour leur gentillesse et leur sens du service!

Leider sehr hellhörig. Man hört jedes Wort vom Zimmer nebenan und jeden Schritt vom Zimmer oberhalb.
Ausserdem war eines von zwei Restaurants geschlossen. Dadurch war das Restaurant Abends überfüllt und überfordert. Und als es etwas später wieder ausreichend Platz gab wurde uns mitgeteilt das die Küche nichts mehr kocht, nur Suppe hätten wir noch haben können. Das Restaurant hätte noch 30 Minuten offen gehabt.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit einer Menge Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten. Unsere 4 Bett Hütte war traumhaft schön. Thematisch top 💪, sehr sauber und alles beinhaltet was man braucht.
Abendessen und Bar waren sehr lecker. Das Personal war immer freundlich und steht's bemüht einem zu helfen.
