Wouldn’t stay here again

The hotel has a great location. The linens, towels, and bathroom were clean. However, there were quite some ants crawling around even though we didn’t have any food in the room. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and noisy. We could feel the lumps in them and it was impossible to turn without waking the other person up.

Quiet hotel. Free parking. Friendly staff. Room was large-ish and clean. Comfy bed. The room (green) decor does need updating but that's a minor point. Free bottle of water and tea/coffee facilities. No English speaking channels on the TV. Suitable for a few nights stay. There's a Lidl supermarket about 1km from the hotel if you turn right and walk down the road, with further shops and restaurants further into town.

I stayed here for 5 nights with a friend, while I was getting tattooed by the local legend markus lenhard. Everything was great, the only things that could have been better would be faster internet, and a fridge/mini-bar in the room. We bought some cold snacks for the room but always had to buy more each day because of this. Staff were very helpful particularly the barman from Latvia! Very friendly guy. But everyone was great too. Thanks

The hotel in in a good location with the opportunity to explore a very lovely region, yet offering a good train service into Berlin. The hotels facilities are quite basic and certainly not 4 star. No a/c or even a fan in the rooms or public areas and restaurant. No minibar and the bathrooms only have a shower, (but are good). Only local tv and the internet is very poor. Only 4 coat-hangers, no toweling robes and extra pillows had to be requested at reception. The restaurant serves the same choices on the menu every night but the breakfasts are excellent. The hotel is tired and could do with some modernization but the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Not for a Berlin city trip

The hotel isn't too bad although we were a little disappointed by the room cleanliness and comfort. It feels a little bit like a youth hostel. But it really is a very long way out. We arrived in the airport at 9pm and didn't get to the hotel until 1am, and then there is only one train per hour into Berlin and that takes between and hour and 10 and an hour forty five depending on where you're going, and if you miss a connection it could end up being over a 2 hour trip. In the end we had to sort out alternative accommodation. That said, the surroundings are very beautiful, and if you're looking for a national park holiday I think this could work for you.

Extremely secluded, yet not far from Berlin

We stayed here as it is quite close for visiting Sachsenhausen. Very quiet place amongst the forest. Rooms were clean and basic, and service from reception and at the restaurant was very friendly.

Great value for Berlin subburbs

For the price, it is a good value. Staff is friendly. Beware that internet service is good, if your room is not located at the end of the wings of the hotel. Our first stay, the internet service was great, but the second stay we were situated on the end of the wing and had zero internet. My wife had to sit in the hallway to do her emails...and since the hotel was fully booked we could not change rooms. If you like to go for walks, the surrounding neighborhood and area is great!

Excellent hotel, clean and comfortable. The dining room is a bit lack lustre but there are excellent restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was good and plenty of it. Very reasonable rates, you get a lot for your money. Lovely countryside and the reception staff are knowledgeable about the surrounding area. recommended

Das Hotel wirke sehr unpersönlich, keine Dekoration oder Bilder. In den Fluren war es sehr kalt. Abends konnte man sich nirgends gemütlich mit der Familie hinsetzen, z.B. in der Bar. Im Bad waren keine Ablagen für Waschutensilien. In der Dusche musste man das Shampoo und das Duschgel auf den Boden stellen.
Das Hotel war sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es war schön ruhig und die Umgebung war auch schön. Leider wurde unser Zimmer nicht gereinigt und keine neuen Handtücher gebracht. Man hat uns nicht aufgeklärt, dass wir eine Karte raushängen mussten.

Das Haus hat eine wirklich phantastische Lage. Baulich ist es gut. Das Ambiente entspricht für mein Verständnis jedoch nicht einem Vier-Sterne-Haus. Kahle Wände, kein Bild oder ähnliches Accessoire. Doppelbett mit unterschiedlich hohen Matratzen. Spinnweben im Foyer wie schon vor sechs Wochen (vermutlich die selben). Bauarbeiterunterkunft. Vor unserem Fenster am Abend Feierabendtreff. Unmotivierte Kellnerin. Wir wollten zum Frühstück am Fenster sitzen, wurden jedoch recht barsch in eine ungemütliche Ecke verwiesen. Was haben wir falsch gemacht? Wir waren in diesem Haus schon mehrmals. Die Qualität des Aufenthaltes nahm leider stetig ab. Mich würde interessieren, von wann die Zertifizierung ist.

Nette Unterkunft. Gut eingerichtete moderne Zimmer. Klein, aber völlig ausreichend mit modernem Bad.
Abendessen in Buffetform (25,-/Person einschließlich einem Getränk) ausreichend und schmackhaft. Frühstück (15,-/Person) überschaubar, aber für unsere Vorstellungen ebenfalls völlig ausreichend.
Alles in allem was man nach einer Übernachtung sagen kann, empfehlenswert.

Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich gut. Es liegt sehr gut zwischen Natur und Autobahn und die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Die Führung lässt offenbar zu wünschen übrig. Das Personal ist freundlich, es kann aber durchaus passieren, dass man sich an Couter oder auch beim Frühstück gedulden muss. Die Sauberkeit ist nicht Spitzenklasse. Bei diesem Aufenthalt tauschten wir das Zimmer, weil das erste unangenehm roch und zu dem auch nicht ordentlich gereinigt war. Krümel lagen im Schrank, Spinnweben waren in der Ecke, ein Nachttisch war schmierig und am Fön hing ein langes Haar.
Das Zimmer wurde anstandslos getauscht, der Hinweis mit dem Geruch wurde morgens jedoch lapidar mit \"Da haben Hunde übernachtet\" begründet, da hätte ich mir mindestens mehr Verständnis oder sogar ein kleines Entgegenkommen gewünscht.
Wir würden uns zudem freuen, wenn man das Zimmer in den einschlägigen Portalen mit Frühstück buchen könnte. Das musste man in unseren Fällen stets vor Ort separat tun.
Zusätzlich würde ich mir eine Lademöglixhkeit für E-Autos wünschen. Alles Gute an das Team.

Leider im Hotel sind keine geregelte Raucherplätze oder Vorschriften. Hotelgäste rauchen auf Balkon, somit der im 3 Stock Zimmer erhalten hatte - wie wir auch - , bekammt von den Zigeretten Rauch viel ab, stadt die gute Waldluft zu geniessen oder im Warmen Sommernächten bei geschlossenen Fenster zu schlafen. Früstück Auswahlt war reichlich, und Zufriedenstellend.

Das Familienzimmer für 3 Personen war super!
Es war sehr großzügig geschnitten, hatte ein gemütliches Doppel- und ein Einzelbett. 2 Zugänge zum Balkon mit riesiger Fensterfront. Optisch alles neu und gepflegt. Badezimmer nicht so groß, aber sauber und absolut ausreichend.

Das ist leider kein 4 Sterne Hotel, maximal 3 Sterne. Zum Frühstück lange anstehen, könnte man anders organisieren, man kann nicht alles auf Corona schieben. Das Frühstück war nicht besonders, Obst war kaum da, der Kaffee schmeckte widerlich.
Ich war mit meiner Tochter und Enkelin da, wir würden nicht wieder dort hin fahren.
Es wäre an der Zeit, das neue Toilettenbürsten angeschafft werden, die auch in den Behälter passen, widerlich 👎
