This hotel is incredibly clean. The breakfast is fabulous, with plenty of variety. The closest I can come to saying anything bad is that the WiFi wasn’t robust. That didn’t really matter, because the cellular data was great.

Good and smooth check in, nice young lady. Parking out back but not enough parking spaces, I needed to park in the super market's spots. Good elevator to the room, Breakfast was great. A/C was not the best and could have been colder. The Wi-fi was horrible. It didn't work in my room at all. I was in the last room in the top floor. It worked directly outside my door but not in the room. I needed to go out in the hallway to do anything. At check out, I told the woman, and she really could care less that I had no wi-fi. Never even said, I will write it up and have someone check on it, The price I felt was a little high for being in the middle of nowhere. Had to drive to everything (but I kinda knew that at booking)

Ich kann hier wirklich wenig kritisieren. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und hell. Das Personal war insgesamt total freundlich und zuvorkommend, einen engagierteren Frühstücksservice habe ich selten erlebt. Vielen Dank! Auch die Fahrradgarage ist ein großes Plus. Das Frühstücksbüffet bietet viel Auswahl und ist qualitativ echt in Ordnung. Die Betten sind bequem und das Zimmer war vielleicht nicht super modern, aber gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Klimaanlage haben wir nicht getestet und ja, es ist schade, dass es abends keine Bar gibt, insgesamt aber alles wirklich in Ordnung. Die Standardrate ist minimal zu hoch, ansonsten hatten wir nix zu meckern. Können wir für einen Aufenthalt in Oranienburg durchaus empfehlen.

Das Hotel ist wirklich gut, sauber und die Mitarbeiter sind nett. Man darf mit Haustieren anreisen, diese dürfen aber nicht mit ins Restaurant. Alternativ muss man dann halt draußen oder auf dem Zimmer essen. Die Matratzen waren eine Katastrophe, viel zu weich und teilweise durchgelegen.

Sauberes, gepflegtes und geräumiges Hotel. Die Lage ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zum Schloss, wie auch zum Wasser. Während der Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption ist einer sichere Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder zugänglich. Ich hatte ein geräumiges Doppelzimmer zur Einzelnutzung und habe dort sehr gut geschlafen.

Das Zimmer war ok. Nach hinten Richtung Parkplatz war bei offenen Fenster ein lautes nerviges brummen fast durchgehend, vermute von der Firma gegenüber. Das Zimmer war aber voll in Ordnung. Nur bei dem Frühstück war es nicht schön, dass das Personal sehr verwirrt wirkte. Sie kümmerten sich um alles, aber zu wenig um uns und das Buffet. Speisen wurden nicht oder zu selten nachgefüllt und man hat sich vergessen gefühlt. Die Speisen an sich waren ok.

Waren zum Familientreffen ( Schmachtenhagen ) in Oranienburg, suchten also ein schönes Hotel fürs Wochenende. Das Stadthotel Oranienburg ist , aus meiner Sicht, uneingeschränkte weiter zu empfehlen. Saubere Zimmer, gute Betten und ein wirklich gutes Frühstück! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn ich überhaupt was zu bemängeln hatte ist es die Frühstückszeit, also bis 11.00 Uhr wäre schön.

Wir haben das Hotel wegen seiner Nähe zum \"Turmcity\" gebucht. Wir sind morgens nach dem Frühstück (genügend Auswahl, leckerer Kaffee) zu einem Saunatag aufgebrochen. Abends mussten wir ca. 500m entfernt Essen gehen, da das Hotel Fr bis So keine Mahlzeiten anbietet.
Falls man Lebensmittel benötigt, ist gegenüber ein LIDL, dort haben wir uns auch einen Nachmittagskaffee organisiert, wir wissen nicht, ob so etwas im Hotel erhältlich war. Einen Kaffeebereiter oder Wasserkocher gab es nicht, für zwei Übernachtungen haben wir auch nicht danach gefragt.
Das Wlan ließ zu wünschen übrig, wir wollten am 1.Nachmittag eine Videokonferenz durchführen, was nicht möglich war.

Das Hotel war für das Preisniveau außerordentlich gut ausgestattet. Wo man in der aktuellen Zeit etwas Angst hat, dass an einen gespart werden könnte. War hier wirklich alles, wie man es sich wünscht. Von Nagelfeile über Duschhaube bis hin zu den Gummibärchen auf dem Kopfkissen. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war freundlich und kompetent das Frühstück ausreichend und für eine Nacht vielfältig. Ich habe nichts zu meckern.

Hotelrezeption ist nur bis 21Uhr besetzt. Frühstück ist eher dürftig ausgestattet aber Satt wird man auf jeden Fall. Das Personal im Frühstückstraum ist freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Leider ist es nicht möglich sich für den nächsten Tag das Frühstück etwas früher zu bestellen oder ein Lunchpaket stattdessen zu bestellen. Die Bar ist nur bis 20 Uhr besetzt. Das Restaurant wird nur von Montag bis Donnerstag bewirtet.
