Zehn Minuten später kam sie im Hotel an, sagte aber, dass wir nicht im System seien und dass die Bestätigung, die wir hätten, nicht der üblichen entspräche. Und da alles ausgebucht sei, sei kein Zimmer für uns frei.
Daraus muss man lernen: Buchen Sie dieses Hotel niemals über Drittanbieter, sondern nur über die hoteleigene Website.

Datorn levererade en nyckel till ett fyra-bäddsrum. En nyckel till fyra personer när det krävs kort för att komma in längst ner och till rummet tre våningar upp. Det är på tok för lite och jag hade väntat mig åtminstone två om inte tom fyra. Sen fungerade inte lamporna i hallen, så första delen var kolsvart. En av sänglamporna fungerade inte och det visade sig att det inte ”fanns el” i uttaget. I handfatet rann vattnet ner väldigt långsamt. Gnäll, gnäll, gnäll… ja, för det kändes så onödigt när allt det ”stora” var väldigt bra.

Außer das die Zimmer schön groß sind, dafür gibt es einen Punkt, kann ich nichts positives sagen. Die Lüftung im Bad ist so laut das man fast Ohrenschützer benötigte. Duschkopf verkalkt. Duscheabtrennung unsauber. Betten so weich das man morgens mit Rückenschmerzen aufwacht. Keine Rezeption das man mal etwas fragen kann. Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen

Der blev intet nyt fyld op 1/2 time før morgenmad buffer sluttede.
I Spa området oplevedev vi kun 1 dag at dampbadet var tænt og den alm. Sauna var slet ikke tænt. Elevatoren virkede heller ikke. Selve lejligheden lå fantastiske og der var gode store værelser samt senge.

Super Hotel in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Zum entspannen echt toll. Zimmer sind super Sauber. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Nur kleines Manko, vor Ort hat man nicht immer Personal. Der Eintitt in den Zimmer hat tatsächlich nur mit dem Handy und einem Code funktioniert.

Reception bara telefon. Smidigt med elektroniska nycklar men kanske inte så säkert? Inte så fin/modern inredning men mycket fräscht och välstädat stort rum. Byggnaden mer gammal och sliten och många trappor och väldigt liten hiss som inte går upp utan trappor. Dvs inte anpassat för rullstol eller barnvagn. Enkelt att kommunicera med ägaren, flexibel incheckning och helt okej frukost. Nära motorvägen. Lite högljutt med öppna fönster (godståg). All in all nöjd med vistelsen om man inte bokar för en fin semesterupplevelse utan bara för att ha ett ställe att stanna över natt.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are big. The buffet breakfast was very good also and good price. The hotel is located in a industrial area so it is much better if you have a car but if you dont then you woul need to walk a little bit in roder to get the buss.

Als wir am Sonntag ankamen, war die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Wir haben die Dame erst am nächsten Tag zur Bezahlung gesehen. Die Servierkraft morgens fürs Frühstück sprach außen russisch keine andere Sprache. Teile des Hotels sind gesperrt, weil wohl noch Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt werden. Dieses \"Hotel\" wird wohl vorwiegend oder fast ausschliesslich von Arbeitern aus Rumänien und Bulgarien genutzt. Wir buchen das unter \"Erfahrung\" ab, können diese Unterkunft aber keineswegs empfehlen.
