The air conditioning was a life saver. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable but could use a couple extra pillows.
The breakfast has a good selection of items for any taste and everything is fresh. The location is great as bus, train and subway are 3 minutes from the Hotel entrance.

I was in the area to go to the Spandau Brauhaus pub and restaurant down the street. My friend stayed at the pub but I wanted to have elevators and aircon so I walked 10 mins down the street and it was well worth it. It's nothing fancy, just a nice budget hotel.

Very easy to get to. Right by the S-U bahn station. Lots of eateries and shops on the doorstep. Staff all spoke english and were pleasant. Room had working air conditioning. Daily housekeeping. Room was very quiet considering its in a high traffic area. The only thing that could have made it better would have been to have a kettle in the room (i was aware there wouldnt be one).

Room stank of feet, towels frayed they’re so old, pillows an inch thick, rude staff, just run down and dingy, def not an 8.0 on Hotels not even remotely close. Only book if you’re getting off a train really late and you need a 50M walk to a nearby hotel and skip out the next am.

- No washcloths or hand towels
- Only 2 towels for 2 travelers, and when I got an extra one from the maid’s cart, it was gone the next day
- Small pillows, and only one of them on each bed
- No electric outlet in the bathroom

I arrived late in the evening at around 10.30pm after flying into Berlin Tegal. It was easy to reach by public transport from the airport.
Check in was quick and easy and the room was clean and comfortable when i arrived. It had been one of the hottest days of the year in Berlin at 38 degrees and my room was nice and cool when I entered.
I had a comfortable nights sleep and a good breakfast the next morning.

Hotel was well located, next to a mall which was very convinient, the metro stration was right there, so it was very convinient to move around, only 10 minutes to messe berlin which was the purpose of the trip. the hotel was very basic, rooms smalls, but clean and comfortable. the staff was really good, except for one lobby girl that was not at the level of expectations, sorry i miss her name, actually that was the one thing i did not like about the hotel. after that location was really good, a lot restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacy, a mall, etc. I would definitely take if i ever go back to the messe berlin.

We stayed over a long weekend mainly for a concert near the Olympic Stadium but there is very good access to Berlin centre and Schoenfeld airport. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the station.

Room was clean and modern but a bit small for the price. Great convenience for public transportation, shopping and restaurant options. 9th floor room was surprisingly quiet for how busy the area is with main roads and trains nearby. Hotel staff was constantly distracted and needed more help.

Der Fussboden (Teppich) im Zimmer war voller großer Flecken (im Eingangsbereich und vom Bad bis zum Bett). Es ist offensichtlich versucht worden hier intensiv zu reinigen, aber das Ergebnis war bescheiden. Ich fühlte mich unwohl, habe aber erst zur Abreise auf den Mangel hingewiesen.Das Zimmer selbst war sauber und der Service angemessen.

Das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem Bahnhof was die Anreise sehr leicht macht. Check In war schnell, freundlich und ohne Probleme da ich bereits vorher online alle Angaben gemacht hatte. Zimmer und Bad sauber und komfortabel. Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt. Aufgrund der Lage uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Trotz der Nähe zum Bahnhof und zur Hauptstraße ist von diesen kaum etwas zu hören. Das Hotel ist gepflegt und sauber. Die Verkehrsanbindung mit dem ÖPNV ist sehr gut, das Auto kann man im Parkhaus nebenan für nur 6 Euro Tagestarif abstellen.

Mein Aufenthalt im ibis Berlin Spandau
Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer guten Lage. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind gut erreichbar, und ein Einkaufszentrum ist direkt in der Nähe. In der Umgebung gibt es mehrere Restaurants und Cafés – also alles, was man im Alltag benötigt.
Ein Minuspunkt war jedoch die Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Besonders gestört haben mich die Handtücher, die nicht frisch gerochen haben. Auch die Teppichböden könnten eine gründliche Reinigung vertragen. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig, wodurch es im Zimmer stickig und warm war – gerade im Sommer ein wichtiger Aspekt.
Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Preislich könnte die Unterkunft etwas günstiger sein – vor allem in Anbetracht der genannten Mängel.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war gut.
Es könnte besser schallisoliert sein, was sich aber vermutlich nicht nachträglich ändern lässt.
In den Zimmern die zur Hauptstraße ausgerichtet sind, fahren nachts häufig Rettungswagen mit eingeschalteter Sirene direkt vorbei, was leider sehr laut ist und einen nicht gut schlafen lässt. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts, trübt aber den ansonsten angenehmen Aufenthalt doch schon. Ansonsten ist es von der Ausstattung her eher mittelmäßig. Insgesamt kann ich 7/10 Punkte geben.
Es könnte besser schallisoliert sein, was sich aber vermutlich nicht nachträglich ändern lässt.
In den Zimmern die zur Hauptstraße ausgerichtet sind, fahren nachts häufig Rettungswagen mit eingeschalteter Sirene direkt vorbei, was leider sehr laut ist und einen nicht gut schlafen lässt. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts, trübt aber den ansonsten angenehmen Aufenthalt doch schon. Ansonsten ist es von der Ausstattung her eher mittelmäßig. Insgesamt kann ich 7/10 Punkte geben.

Perfekte Lage in Spandau!
Wir haben eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, modern und bieten alles, was man braucht. Auch für Gepäck und Kleidung ist genug Platz. Das Bad ist sauber und die Dusche ist wunderbar. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und würden bei unserem nächsten Spandau-Trip wieder hier übernachten.
