The area was surrounded by Bars so weekend it is noisy and as a woman traveling alone it was unsafe. Also the bathroom shower with the lights on at night can be seen from the adjacent windows from the Bedroom. Keep your curtains closed. or bedroom shut while showering and the hot water works but you need to run it for 10-15 mins to get it hot. pillow/bed was comfortable inside was clean breakfast was not the best for the price but Average

Functional and extremely well located.
Quiet and bice breakfast.
Somewhat disorganised - had to get our door key reprogrammed after each use!
Shower produced scalding water unexpectedly, curtains did bit cover the windows fully, two single beds as one bot possible as slid around the floor too much and the room only cleaned once in 3 night stay.

Everything was as we expected. Cleanliness was good, staff were friendly and there was an option to get breakfast added on if you wanted.

Photos are deceiving. Property is run down, somewhat dirty and in a seedy part of Charlottenburg. Lots of people coming and going from the reception (without masks) who are not guests or staff was also a bit off-putting and just plain wierd. Bedding was atrocious.

Convenient location but noisy, borderline ’hood

Alright, I admit I was staying there 3 nights over New Years, but even on the night of the 2nd there were very inconsiderate tenants of the flats behind my window that were setting off concussion-type fireworks at 3am, purposely waking people up out of spite. 3 nights in a row. Plus, the neighborhood seems to be a pocket of low-rent, homeless, and Betting/bookies in an otherwise upbeat overall area. There was constant middle-east music blaring at all hours well into the wee morning hours in addition to the sporadic cannon fire, which makes me think this is not just a New Years (new+2, new +2) phenomenon. The hotel was very compact, but perfectly functional. I would also have called it clean, but as I got up after 11am every morning, the housekeeping never came, even after I hung the “please clean” placard, therefore I had 3 days of same sheets, same single towel, and my trash can overflowing. On the plus side, its less than a block away from a major transportation facility that can get you anywhere. A block in the other direction puts you in the middle of a hundred shops and restaurants.

Don't waste your time or money.

Terrible hotel. Dirty room with all electronics not plugged in. TV didn't work. Wi-Fi barely worked. Bathroom was not clean. Neighboring buildings had screaming and yelling. Would never, ever stay here.

Very disappointed with a polish man at the reception,very rude,arrogant and disrespectful to me.
I booked for 4 adults and a 16 years old boy to get 3 singles and a double I got only 4 singles when I wanted to speak to him, He said go complaint about Expedia to him I showed him the confirmation but he was not interested and talk to other customers in polish about us which I speak fluently. He really spoiled our day and night as one of my children slept on the floor.

The hotel is ok for the price, it does not have shampoo or soap bars or other amenities, but for the price is what you expect, anyhow, the neighborhood is not that good, in the hotel beside there is always some people with kids making lots of noice, at night there is several young people veru talkative, there is also 3 bars near by, so there is some days where you can find some drunk people, on the other hand, everything is close, basically you can move to any place in the city from there as the train station is 3 minutes walk, the bus station is in front of the hotel, there is a store beside the hotel, and also in the street across, you can find nice restaurants and places to buy for example local sim cards to have internet available on your phone during your stay for 7 EUR, so the hotel is ok depending what you are looking for and the budget you have. By the way, the breakfast is really good, I loved the meatballs and the cheese options. Also if you arrive to the Togel airport terminal or by train, you can basically arrive to the hotel by bus or train and do not have to pay taxi, that is very comfortable for cheap traveling.

Good hotel and location with problems

The hotel is situated in a good central position in Berlin 1 minute from the train station plenty of great bars around and resturtants.

The hotel itself had a average size clean room with good basic facility's and was extremely good for the price of booking.
The free included breakfast was very good with lots of choices of different things eg hams, cereals, bacon, sasuge, eggs and lots of drink choices.

The only downsides were the wifi charges of 3euros a day, which should be included and what was the biggest issue for me as a light sleeper, the bedroom was very hot to sleep in meaning we had to leave the window open and there's lots of street noise to sleep through.

Basically if your not a light sleeper and want a good location cheap hotel this is the one.

The hotel is good in terms of its condition cleanness and room size. Its location is great and it is very close to SBahn station.Breakfast was OK but it is the same staff every day. I stayed there for 6 nights
The reception staff are very tough and have no flexibility and do not know how to say no to their customers in a polite way. Wifi is not free and you have to pay for the whole duration even if you need it for one night. over an above it is very slow and disconnects frequently.

Good location really bad service.

The only thing we liked about the hotel was its location. It is walking distance from the metro and bus stop, making it easy to navigate around the city and to the airport. The problems we had were with the reception desk staff. They were extremely rude and unwilling to help. The night we arrived, we asked them for extra towels and an extra blanket, we were told they didn't have any. Then the night shift guy at the front desk yelled at us saying it was bad planning on our part to not arrive earlier and ask the morning staff for the extra items. We also had issues trying to have soccer game tickets delivered there. The front desk refused to sign for them, saying they didn't have any guests with our name staying at the hotel. We tried to have the carrier deliver them again a day after we had checked in but they refused to sign for them again, even after we had told them we were waiting for them. We lost our tickets after the reception desk personnel refused to sign for them a second time. When we asked why they didn't sign for them, one of the guys started yelling at us saying he was \"tired of hearing about these soccer tickets and it wasn't his responsibility to accept anything for any of the guests staying there.\" We didn't appreciate the treatment we received. Definitely won't return to this hotel.

Big room for 3 people. This is the only positive.
No AC, had to keep windows open. Our room faced Main Street with cars, police sirens and drunk people screening smd breaking bottles for the whole night.
Rooms are old, shower old and not too pleasant to get in, sink was cracked.
Internet costs extra and did not work too well, router had to be rebooted every time we needed to use Internet.
Many people at the hotel were scary looking.

Decent budget hotel.

This hotel is nothing flash from the outside and does not have a welcoming feel about it at first, particularly having to pass through the numerous locals who seem to be loitering around the bars in the surrounding area. However it does provide a comfortable and affordable stay in an area that is conveniently located just a few stops away from most of Berlin's major attractions. The train station is only 1 minute walk away and there are numerous places to eat and drink nearby. A five minute walk either way from the hotel and you are either in a nice leafy part of Berlin with lots of cafes and restaurants, whilst 5 minutes the other way you can be walking down a busy shopping mall.
Although the rooms were rather old, they were spacious, the staff were helpful and the breakfast was good.

Recent 4 night stay in Berlin

The Hotel is situated within a very short walk to both an S-bahn and U-bahn station, which gets very quick and very reasonably priced access into the Cityy Centre. The cooked and continental breakfast was very good, the reception was very accomodating and the hotel makes a small locked room available to store suitcases prior to checking in or after checking out free of charge. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis and our room was ideal for 3 person use and had a nice sized well equipped bathroom with shower.

The hotel was exactly what it said it was, a three star hotel. The room was the right size, The furniture was not damaged in any way. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. The TV could have done with a better choice of channels for the English but it is in Germany. The room staff left it very clean and tidy every day.
The breakfast was very good, the hot food was good and the scrambled eggs were not overdone. Bacon and sausages as well. A big choice of breads cheeses and meats. Orange juice, tea and coffee and a variety of tinned fruit.
Yes the rooms could be noisy but this hotel is at the junction of two main roads and only the emergency vehicle sirens disturbed you.
The hotel staff were very helpful and spoke very good English. They had a good local knowledge were eager to help. The costs were very reasonable and breakfast was included.
The only down side was the towels, not the best, take your own.
I would use this hotel again without hesitation.

I had a good stay here. It was located in a busy but not too rowdy street, so there was not a problem in terms of safety and loudness. The wifi is 3 euros per day, which isn't bad when you think of the 4.95 euro Telekom wifi. The walls of the room seemed a bit dated, but it wasn't problematic or anything. The pillow is extremely low, so I had to sleep with the extra pillow on top ot the other.

Das Hotel ist eine Katastrophe, sehr lautes Geschrei im Innenhof, die ganze Nacht, Zimmer total verdreckt und ein komischer Geruch vom Teppich, im Badezimmer viele schimmelige Stellen, in die Dusche kann man nur mit Badeschlappen gehen, Heizkörper total verdreckt, somit man kein Handtuch darüber hängen kann. Der Frühstücksraum befindet sich in einem muffigen Keller, alles sehr herunter gekommen und im Zucker krabbelten Tiere. Das Personal auch sehr unfreundlich. Die Fotos sind schon ziemlich veraltet, bitte sich davon nicht verleiten lassen. Jedes Naturfreundehaus oder Jugenherberge wird sauberer sein, wie dieses Hotel.

Das Hotel hat im Vergleich zu anderen Häusern direkt in der Umgebung mehr Sterne, aber einen deutlich schlechteren Zustand: neue Bodenfliesen im Bad ohne Fugenmasse, die wackeln als Beispiel. Vor dem Haus jeden Morgen / Abend Gruppen von 15-20 Männern mit entsprechender Lautstärke. Das erste Zimmer das ich bekam war völlig verqualmt (das habe ich lange nicht erlebt), wurde aber nach Reklamation anstandslos getauscht. Also insgesamt eine weniger erfreuliche Erfahrung.

Cheap hotel but good service

This hotel works for a night stay, we had a family room with 3 kids and it is difficult to have 5 bed room in Berlin. So for us it worked well. The area is not the safest but we had our car parked inside, was worth the 12€ extra. The breakfast was not included so we didn’t try it. Wifi included. We had good service by the staff so no complaints about that. As we had 5 beds the room was not that spacious but worked just for sleep

Das Hotel lag in direkter Nähe zum Ku‘damm und zum S-Bahnhof. Es war sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück wurde aufgrund von Corona nicht im Büfettserviert, aber jeder Gast bekam vorbereitet Teller, sodass es einem an nichts mangelte. Wir würden wieder dieses Hotel buchen, wenn es das nächste mal nach Berlin geht.

Very good location, especially if you want to get around quickly in Berlin. There is an S-Bahn station directly opposite the hotel, a bus station directly in front of the hotel and the subway is a 5 minutes walk away. The hotel itself is absolutely fine for the price, but above all I felt very safe here despite the current situation. The rooms and the hotel in general are very clean and well-kept and are regularly disinfected and there is a no-touch disinfectant dispenser at the reception, for disinfecting hands. The breakfast was good, everything was fresh. Everything was perfectly clean here, too - clean tables, clean cutlery. The food is distributed by the staff so that guests cannot touch the food at the counter. The staff was always friendly and helpful, spoke several languages and the reception was manned even during the night.

Wir haben uns als 5 köpfige Familie eingebucht. Das Zimmer ist max. für 3 Pers. war richtig eng. Bettlaken und Handtücher waren pfleckig und sauberkeit generell ein Thema.
Sonst ist das Hotel relativ Zentral und vergleichbar Preiswert, freundliches Personal und auch offen für Kritik.
Jedoch würde ich bein nächsten Berlin Besuch nicht wieder buchen.

Das Hotel liegt fussläufig zu einem S-Bahnhof welches ich als sehr angenehm empfand! Das Zimmer war ein Standard Einzelzimmer und wirkte ein wenig abgenutzt. Ich blieb über ein Wochenende und war froh dass ich das Zimmer zum Hinterhof hatte denn es war recht laut Samstagnacht! Hier und da könnte man kleine Renovierungsarbeiten zur Auffrischung tätigen. Auch im Badezimmer. Vielleicht könnten auch die alten Federmatratzen ausgewechselt werden, die eh viel zu weich und durchgelegen sind. Der Service an der Rezeption war sehr gut. Ich hatte kein Frühstück somit fällt diese Rezension weg.
Alles in allem kann man es für einige Nächte gut aushalten.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, ob man was zu Fuß erreichen will oder mit S- und U-Bahn, direkt nebenan. Lokalitäten und kleine Shops die Straße hoch und runter. Frühstück vor Ort im Hotel dazu buchen lohnt sich auf jeden Fall, es war sehr gut und reichlich sehr schöne Auswahl.

Super godt hotel til prisen - børneegnet

Hotel Atrium i Charlottenburg oversteg mine forventninger til et 3-stjernet hotel centralt i Berlin.
Især vil jeg fremhæve et stort og rummeligt værelse med et pænt badeværelse, gode senge og en virkelig god morgenmad.
Både beliggenhed og komfort er meget velegnet til børnefamilier (vi rejste med børn på 2 og 5 år)

Personalen var trevliga och hjälpsamma. Frukosten var bra.
Rummet var slitet och inte så stort. Fanns ingen vattenkokare, te/kaffe och minibar på rummet. Säkerhetsboxen funkade endast med nyckel som man fick från receptionen mot en deposition. Lyhört och en stökig innergård med högljudda grannar. Sängen va ok men kudden var för platt.

シャルロッテンブルク駅から徒歩2分の駅近で、シャルロッテンブルク駅からベルリン中央駅まで電車Sバーンで10分ほどなのでアクセスは良好でした。
駅にはパン屋さんや売店等があるので食べ物は何とかなると思います。

周辺の治安については、女性1人旅で利用しましたが、特別怖い雰囲気はありませんでした。朝5時、まだ日が昇っていない真っ暗な中をホテルから駅まで移動しましたが特に問題ありませんでした。

部屋の清潔さは普通です。お湯はしっかり出ます。
ただ、窓が隣の建物に面しており、そこの住人がとてもうるさいです。平日休日関係なく、夜遅くまで子供も大人も遊んでおり音楽もガンガン鳴らしています。窓を閉めれば気になりませんが、部屋にエアコン、扇風機はないので、暑い日は辛いと思います。

総じてはとても良いホテルでした。騒音についてだけ、耳栓をする、真夏は避ける等の対策が必要だと思います。

Receptionisten försökte ta ut högre pris på p-platsen än ursprungsinfo. Vårt rum låg mot gatusidan på första våningen, då vi ville vädra så kom det in os från korvkiosken mittemot, och vi blev störda av folksamling utanför.

Das einzig Positive war , dass man super WLAN hatte...für Konzerte im Olympiastadion der Beste Ausgangspunkt zwecks S- Bahn
Die Inneneinrichtung sowas von abgewohnt ..Uralt..die Betten extrem unbequem da alte Matratzen, dann waren in der Bettwäsche lauter Löcher, staubig...Sanitäre Einrichtung schmutzig und sehr veraltet...sehr laut durch das im Hinterhof angrenzente Haus...alles abgegriffen...gehört komplett renoviert

4-Bett-Zimmer für 4 Erwachsene gut geeignet. Matratzen arg weich, für eine Nacht okay. Frühstück gut, mit Lachs, Eiern, Kuchen... Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber.
S-Bahnhof (Richtung Olympiastadion) und Bushaltestelle (Richtung Tegel) vor der Hautür. Straßenlärm stört nach einem Konzert nicht mehr. ;) Späti und Kneipen im Nachbarhaus, es muss keiner verhungern oder verdursten.

Das Zimmer war soweit ok, vollkommen ausreichend für ein Städte Trip. Die Fenster gingen in einen Hinterhof, es war teils bis in die Nacht Halli galli los, sehr laut. Frühstück gut, abwechslungsreich, Personal stets freundlich.

Es ist ein liebevoll geführtes Hotel, man hat immer einen Ansprechpartner. Das Frühstücksbüfett ist sehr gut, reichhaltig und vielseitig. Das Service Personal ist stets am räumen, säubern und auffüllen. Wir haben selten so engagierte und freundliche Menschen erlebt.
Ein Makel war leider der Lärm aus den umliegenden Häusern, der leider erst gegen morgen etwas abebbte.
Das Zimmer hat eine normale, gepflegte Ausstattung. Das Bad war ebenfalls in Ordnung, bis auf einen kleinen Wasserschaden an der Decke, was wir nicht als schlimm empfunden haben. Wer Berlin kennen lernen möchte, es ist nur zu empfehlen. Ringsherum sind nette Restaurants.

90er-Jahre-Charme bei der Einrichtung, aber ansonsten alles super. Ganz nah zur S-Bahn Charlottenburg, 5 Haltestellen (9 min) bis Waldbühne/Olympiastadion. Zimmer ordentlich sauber. Nette Bar um die Ecke mit tollen Cocktails (Alberts).

Zimmer ok, Frühstück auch. Günstig gelegen bis zur nächsten S-Bahnstation. Das Nachbarhaus bestand aus Ausländern, die bis spät in der Nacht mit ihren kompletten Großfamilien im Innenhof gefeiert haben.

Das Hotel ist sauber, ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Der Empfang war freundlich. Das Doppelzimmer war etwas beengt, da statt 2 Betten 4 darin standen. Das hat uns für eine Nacht nicht gestört. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Alle waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist sehr laut und teilweise heruntergekommen. Leider gab es keinen Kühlschrank für Medikamente im Zimmer sondern nur auf dem Flur. Durch diesen Umstand ist es passiert, dass ich meine Medikamente vergessen habe. Das war nicht ganz so schlimm, da ich zu Hause noch genug habe. Leider weiß ich nicht, ob Expedia das mit dem Kühlschrank Wunsch nicht weitergegeben hat oder ob es dort generell keinen auf den Zimmern gibt. Das Zimmer war klein aber sauber und gemütlich. Sollte ich erneut in Messe Nähe unterkommen müssen würde ich jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel buchen. Direkte Nähe zur S Bahn war gegeben.

W zasadzie bez uwag. Pokój otrzymaliśmy przed dobą hotelową. Pokój trochę za mały, miał być 3 os.był 4os. Okna na podwórko,w zasadzie cicho poza głośnymi dziećmi lokalsów. Brak lodówki.TV bez programów PL. Śniadania monotonne ale można coś dla siebie wybrać. Na 2-3 noce góra można wytrzymać, na dłużej nie polecam.
Komunikacyjnie bardzo dobrze położony. Bezpośredni autobus 109 na lotnisko tuż pod hotelem. Tuż obok S-Bahn i metro U7

Hotelli valittiin yhteyksien, ilmaisen aamiaisen ja perhehuoneen hinnan perusteella.
Tegelin lentokenttäbussi kulkee aivan hotellin edestä. Charlottenburgin paikallisjuna-asema on käytännössä vieressä. Ympäristössä on ruokapaikkoja kebabista ranskalaisiin ravintoloihin.
Huone oli riittävän tilava viidelle ja siisti. Ilmalla tosin leijui tunkkainen haju. Kylppäri oli hyvä ja suihkussa ei ollut valittamista. Häiritsevää melua ei kuulunut. Aamiainen oli riittävä ja kahvi hyvää. Kerran aamiaisella lämmin ruoka ja mehut loppuivat kesken, eikä niitä täydennetty vartin sisällä.
Hotellin ainoa heikkous on epäystävällinen henkilökunta, jollainen Suomessa saisi palveluammatissa kenkää.

Economy hotel near TXK airport - good value

Economy hotel near TXL (old) airport. This hotel is good for the budget price, and the excellent location for communication to TXL airport, and city center. Near Kurfurstendamm, and shopping nearby. However, not a luxury hotel, with several minor objections. Like very extremely slow WiFi, that connects, disconnects, reconnects - I used my mobile internet. Service is from ok to great, depending on staff. Very recommended if you get a good price, and want to be close to the TXL (old) airport. Definetly not luxury, not exciting. Rooms to the main street might be noisy. But for me it was very good value for money.

Der er plads til forbedringer

Hotellet blev booket gennem Hotels.com. Prisen skulle have været inklusive alle skatter og afgifter - alligevel blev vi opkrævet turistskat på €8,20, da vi tjekkede ud. Og det skulle betales kontant - ikke på kort.
Hotellet havde skrevet, at de havde selvstændig parkering, hvilket var ėn af grundene til, at vi havde valgt det til. Men igen en pengemaskine - der skulle betales €20 (igen kontant), da vi ankom for parkering i deres baggård.
Værelset var fint og lå ud mod baggården. Ingen larm eller støj.
Badeværelset var nusset, og holderen til brusehovedet virkede ikke. Derudover havde vi en familie af sølvfisk, der boede på badeværelset.
Hotellet praler af gratis WiFi. Dette er en joke. Ja, der er en kode til et WiFi-netværk, men der er intet internet på netværket.
Morgenmadsbuffetten var typisk tysk - kedelig og trist. Jeg tænker, deres kok skal en tur til Danmark for at lære, hvordan man steger bacon, så det bliver sprødt.
Rengøringspersonalet er glade og smilende.
Beliggenheden var perfekt for ture ind til Berlin. Og hotellet kunne så nemt have trukket flere stjerner. Desværre lider hotellet under personale i skranken, der end ikke hilser eller smiler, når man kommer ind af døren, samt en morgenmad, der savner inspiration.

Unser Zimmer war sehr klein und wenn man zur Straße nur schläft ist es recht laut.Frühstück und Sauberkeit ist in Ordnung. Da die S-Bahnstation nur 200m entfernt ist kommt man sehr schnell in die zu den vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Dårlig betjening

Ufattelig sur receptionist. Vi spurgte til, hvordan vi kom ind i gården, hvor vi blev mødt af en ung fyr i Receptionenen, som kun var interesseret i at gøre opmærksom på hvad prisen var. Han tallte meget lavmeldt og vi spurgte høflig, om han ville tale lidt højere, der rulllede han med øjnene af os, dybt uhøfligt.
Når vi kom hjem fra ture, sad haan altid med øjnene i en bærbar computer, ingen hilsen og der er på intet tidspunkt spurgt, om vi var tilfredse med opholdet. Rengøringen var super og de var meget venlige.
Vi vender ikke tilbage, der er simpelthen for dårlig betjening

En reception der havde en meget negativ attitude. Spurgte man om noget på tysk! Nationalsprogetvar de så afvisende og fuldstændig ligeglade. I betragtning af, at vi som to personer betalte Euro 578 for 5 dage kan jeg absolut Ikke anbefale hotellet.

Bra läge, bra frukost

Hotellet ligger väldigt bra till. 1 min promenad från Charlottenberg station som har direkt tåg till flygplatsen. Det tar ca. 40 minuter. Hotellet är ganska gammalt och något slitet. Ett normalt ***
Bra för priset man betalar. Får du ett rum över gatan kan trafiken höras. Bra frukost. Frukostlokalen är i källaren. Bra Internet i rummet. Om priset är bättre jämfört med andra hotell i närheten kan jag tänka mig bo där igen.
