I stayed for a mid-week for DMEA 2026 in the Messe, my dog accompanied me. The room on the 6th floor was somewhat \"petite\" but functional with a working kitchenette (microwave/grill only, no stove, and a fridge with no freezer compartment but otherwise okay). The room had a lot of daylight, which was nice. The area around Charlottenburg is wonderful. The Nextbike rental bike solution was brilliant. All in all, great value for money, I'd come back here.

The staff were very helpful and kind. The entry system with key fob was well explained. The room as clean enough but the bathroom in particular needed more work. Our shower drain was very very slow, something which should have been picked up when it was being cleaned so it makes you wonder. Staff was good at repairing it the same day. The elevator was not working which was a disappointment. The smell of marijuana being smoked did not create the best atmosphere either.
All this aside it was basically adequate for the purposes. Beds were clean, heating worked and it was the perfect location for our need. It is a hostel like format afterall, we did not expect too much more.

Fairly priced. Located in an excellent area with good public transport nearby. Kitchen was adequately stocked, but fridge had no freezer section. Beds & Linen were clean and comfortable.

Could be a tad cleaner, but some might be just the slightly dated interior.

we liked that there was a kitchenette and a grocery store half a block away. there was a nice park across the street and it was a walk to the train station which took us everywhere we wanted to go at the price of a 48 hr berlin pass.

Not worth the low rate.

This place is a joke. You get what you pay for.

It's an apartment building, where a large majority of the apartments are clearly let out to people from the middle east. Not that it's a problem for me, but it seems to be for the owners. An elderly gentleman, his somewhat younger wife, and a secretary at about the same age, as the wife. I committed the error, of using my knowledge of German. The couple clearly can not handle foreigners speaking German, and handle them there after. Very condescending. Use English.

Be aware, that the secretary, can be very condescending about you, even though you are right in front of her, and she doesn't really care about the wife telling her not to.

Don't expect any service at all, if you arrive after 20 / 8pm.

Very small rooms. Small bathroom/shower/toilet, and not that clean. Don't use the shower. Hot water is an on/off relationship.

As I said to start with. You get what you pay for, but this is too cheap.

Go some where else!

Great for the Price

The hotel operators were mostly friendly even when the language barrier got in the way a little bit. The hotel was once an apartment building and uses the old apartments as hotel rooms. We stayed two nights in one room and were able to book a different room for a third night after we decided to stay longer. The staff was very helpful in that regard. There was some confusion during the switch over, but it worked out well. We paid 10 Euro per day for their gated parking which was WELL worth the price. We were within walking distance of Schloss Charlottenburg and many different restaurants (there was a grocery store right on the corner less than a block away). The rooms were interesting. Both had refrigerators, a sink, and dishes enough to accommodate the amount of guests meant to be in the room. There was also a microwave and an electric coffee/tea maker. The first was a one bedroom apartment made to fit four people. There was a bed in the \"kitchen/living\" area. It was a little crowded, but not uncomfortable. The second room had one double bed with a stowaway bed right next to it, and a roll-away bed in the hallway. Although cramped, it was still comfortable. Our only discomforts were the hard mattresses.

The room was hot. The street was very noisy. We asked for a no smoking room, but got one on smoking floor. Smoke from the floor below billowed into our room. The shower was terrible. The refrigerator didn't hardly cool. The kitchen dishes were mismatched and several were missing. Bed linens were old, stiff and had holes.

Perfect for families: clean, comfortable, excellent position for both private and public transport, not expensive. Everything worked and the small kitchen allowed us to have breakfast and dinner by our own. We would go there again.

Llegue tarde cuando ya estaba cerrada la recepción, te dejan la llave sin ningun problema pero para calentar agua no servía, control de la televisión no servía, no dejan escrito en ningún lado la clave del wifi, no encontraba dónde dejar la llave a mi salida.

They have a great location near U sophie Charlotte platz just 5 minutes walk at the main st, the building was old but the room is clean and spacious, the 2 problem is the WC hole that is terribly disgusting and the reception that never in station, so there is no one to ask for information, you need to call the emergency line.

The apartment is old and there are a lot of stains and damages on the floor and furnitures, and you may also notice some smell there. The linen provided is not clean and I feel uncomfortable sleeping on it. The room is not air-conditioned and it is hot and humid in the summer time.

There is no single wall socket near the bed and there is only one left open to use near the TV. Not to mention there is no free Wifi provided and no instruction on how to pay and use it. In short, it is not a space you may use it as a home office.

The check-in and check-out is fine because no one at the counter and all you need is a password to open the key box when arrive and return the key at the drop-in box to check out. However, it also means the staff there do not have any communication with their customer.

The only good thing on staying there is a fully functional mini kitchen with utensils, water boiler and a microwave oven.

In a summary, I would not recommend this accommodation except you are staying only for a night or two and looking for economy option for a private room.

Sauber, freundlich, hilfsbereit. Natürlich stellt Corona so Einiges auf den Kopf. ( Es wäre sehr sinnvoll, wenn noch ein weiteres Formular bezüglich Grund der Übernachtung hinzugenommen würde. Manchmal gibt es auch private triftige Gründe, wie z. B. juristische Termine, weshalb eine Reise/Übernachtung nötig ist. Es gibt auch im privaten Bereich wichtige Gründe, die eben nicht geschäftlich begründet sind. Dieses Formular könnte dann dem entsprechend je nach Termin, der Rechtsanwalt, Richter oder ein Arzt, abstempeln oder unterzeichnen.) Ansonsten alles Gut. Dankeschön

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber. Staub unter den Betten auch das Geschirr nicht sauber. Es gab im Zimmer nicht einmal einen Besen, wir wollten selber zusammenkehren, ging aber nicht.
Das einzige, was wirklich gut war, waren die Matrazen. Wir haben gut geschlafen.

Anbefaldes overhovdet ikke. Vi troede at vi fik et dobbelt værelse, men vi blev mødt af en stue med tre senge og en gang med den sidste seng. Det var fortolkningen af et dobbelt værelse. Renligheden og kvaliteten af værelser var ringe. Den lille elvandvarmer i badeværelset fungerede ikke, det gjorte at vi ikke kunne tage et bad, da vandtemperaturen svingede kraftigt.
Normal siger man, at man får det man betaler for, men det her var værre end forventet.

Zeer goed gelegen (stap afstand) van centraal busstation.
Goed onderhouden appartement: geeft je mogelijkheid om zelf je eten te koken met producten uit de supermarkt. Die ook maar enkele straten verder gelegen is. Een U bahn in de buurt brengt je rechtstreeks naar centrum Berlijn.

El hotel esta bien pero el personal no

El hotels esta dificil de encontrar, dice que tiene estacionamiento y wifi gratis y te cobrar 1 € por el eifi al dia y 10 € estacionamiento la noche. El personal de recepcion es amargafo brusco y nada amable, dice qur tiene cocina pero no hay donde cocinar. De resto esta bien, limpio las camas bien tendidas y comodas

Günstig und gutes Konzept

Wenn später kommt, kann man mit Code den Schlüsse zum Appartement bekommen. Es geht reibungslos. Für kurze oder längere Aufenthalt ist zu empfehlen. Man braucht kein Luxus zu erwarten. Aber ein Zimmer für Familie oder Gruppe von Freunden ist das Apartment gut. Mir hat es gefallen.

gute Lage, aber Sauberkeit ungenügend

Lage des Hotels ideal für einen Berlin Aufenthalt.
Jedoch die Sauberkeit unseres Appartment war ungenügend.
zerissene Bettwäsche, ins Bad konnte man nur mit Augen zu gehen,dreckiger Duschvorhang, Schimmel im Wasserkocher. Ich könnte noch mehr Mängel aufführen.
3 Nächte 208 Euro - einfach zu teuer für so eine Unterkunft.
