Excellent location to BITEC, also within walking distance to the train station. Good basic facilities and buffet breakfast. Room was as described, had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Lovely staff. Across the road from 7/11 for supplies.

Pros: Cheap and close to the sky train.

Cons: The upkeep of the rooms are unsatisfactory. The bathrooms should really be remodeled. Although the hotel advertises an airport shuttle service, they don’t have one.

We booked a suite there And upon checking in, we noticed there was food left on the table, the previous guest had left clothes in the laundry machine and very Unsanitary bathroom conditions. When we were offered another room, the bathroom conditions were worst than the first one… I’m not talking aesthetics. I mean there were previous guests excrements

One of the worst properties I’ve ever been. The front desk staffs were good. Rooms were old and out dated
AC doesn’t work properly, was refused to be provided with additional towels or water as they have 2 per day policy even though we checked in at 9 pm.
Bed and linens were not comfortable.
Wouldn’t recommend

Nice place

I liked this place, but the placement of aircondition directly towards the bed was not optimal. In the end I ended up turning it off, instead of having the aircon blow directly in my face as I started get a sore throat.

It's okay but Chinese are super noisy sometimes. The air conditioning is a bit loud. But the room is okay. Quite convenience because it closes to the 7-11.

Our stay at Brighton hotel was far from being enjoyable. The hotel charged an exaggerated cost for a shuttle from the airport and to the airport (which was lowered after some negotiation, causing an unpleasant and shady feeling in itself). The made a mistake and called the suttle at 4 am instead of 4 pm as requested and woke us up at 4 am beacause of that. The staff was rude and unhelpful and made us feel mocked and laughed at. The shower in the room overflowed and created a swamp in the room. The hotel was realy in the middle if nowhere and the closest mall was 40 minutes away and due to our experience with the pricing, we didn’t want to take a taxi from the hotel.
The room itself was fine.

The hotel is 5 minutes walk from Bang Na station, so access into the centre is easy. Access to and from the airport is also easy. The breakfast is excellent with a great range of foods. However, the best part is the friendly and very helpful staff.

Ok for the price

The location is close to the bkk airport and the paid shuttle service is very helpful. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is not much to do in the area in terms of activities and the trains station is pretty far; plan on taking a cab. The room was nice but the bathroom could use a refreshing.

It’s considered close to bitec where you can just walk via skywalk to get their. However there is always a lot of cars and dust. It’s close to quite a few convenience store across the road. The aircon worked perfect in the hot humid weather. The room is quite spacious, floors seemed clean. However facilities are quite old and does not look as the photos provided. Well not my room anyways. They only offer half a roll of toilet paper and no spare ones.

It is above the average in general, staffs are friendly, the room is very clean. Unfortunately, the isolation from noise isn't very well, you can hear the traffic, the echo from the swimming pool on the 3rd floor...etc. oh, the wifi signal is terrible even after rebooted.

You get what you pay for

If you like cockroaches then this place is amazing!! if your like me and they gross you out this place is not for you. It may get sprayed or fumigated anytime soon.
I could walk to BITEC which is very close. The facilities were fine, the staff were fine. the room was ok - certainly was big and spacious and really you cant go wrong with the price. The main reason you are looking at this place is location to BITEC and the price right? All i can say is you get what you pay for and take your own cockroach spray otherwise is cheap and cheerful.

It was okay but wasn't the best.

1. It was affordable but location wise it wasn't the best due to it being far from the city center and other attractions.
2. The wifi wasn't working properly and wasn't strong enough.
3. Front desk wasn't sure on how to make attraction reservations (We asked for assistance to book online tickets for a ladyboy show and the front desk agent said she didn't know how to.)
4. When we first arrived, amenities such as (toothpaste and slippers were lacking).
5. The bed sheets weren't changed every day but rather the beds were just made.

Strongly recommend!

It was really a great one! Although we stayed there for a week, we never came cross any difficult experience at all. Very easy access to and from airport due to the location and friendly staff, many local flovour near hotel which is enjoyable!

Had food poisoning after consuming the Tom Yum Kung order from room service. Been vomit and running to the toilet several time till cant tae it and went to the hospital. The hotel reception was kind enough to drive me there and waited an hour for me to be discharge. However I was asked to be admitted. The driver was so kind to leave me his number and asked me to call him once I can be discharge so he could pick me up although I make my way back on my own.

The hotel is quite new but a bit too far to walk to BTS. Not recommended for those who are looking for convenient transportation. However, if those who are looking for quiet stay, may consider here.

Minha experiência foi incrível! Todos os funcionários são muito atenciosos. O café da manhã é maravilhoso. O único porém é a academia, que é muito precária. Possui apenas 2 equipamentos que não funcionam bem e ficam ao ar livre. Sugiro à equipe do hotel atualizar a informação da academia no site, assim ninguém é pego de surpresa. Do restante, ótimo!! Parabéns a todos.

Veldig god service. Hyggelige resepsjonister og ansatte. Rask innsjekk og utsjekk. Gode senger. Ryddig og romslige rom med mulighet for å bestille mat opp til hotellet (Roomservice). Innendørsbasseng er også et pluss. Litt liten balkong, og ikke noen spesiell utsikt (men det kan ha med hvilket rom man blir plassert på?). Alt i alt, super fornøyd med hotellet og servicen.

We have done several hotels in Bangkok throughout our journey there, and this was by far the worst.
Let’s start with check-in where the staff barely understood some of our questions that we had concerning all day, the shuttle that is supposedly available for guests, concerning the services that the hotel is supposed to provide.
The room in itself is spacious, but there are no safeguards at the windows, which could lead to someone falling to their death quite easily. The bathroom has no curtains or door for the shower, which means that every time that someone takes a shower water is everywhere. And let’s not even talk about the shower-head that was broken and never fixed. There is a small space for a kitchenette, that is render completely useless by the lack of microwave or small stove, thankfully there is a fridge. The lighting in the middle of the room is mid at best, So, if you are planning to pack your bag in the middle of the night just before leaving in the morning, you have to do it on the desk.
The room service is in existent after 8 pm, and if you have anything delivered to you, don’t expect them to bring it to your room or even ring you to let you know that it has arrived.
The food for breakfast is there but nothing tasty or out of the ordinary & the options for vegetarian/vegans are very limited.
The air conditioning is terrible in the room as well. All the wind goes to one person in the bed because of how it is situated on the wall.
And the pool was freezing cold!
