The whole experience is exceptional. The variety of food and drink is amazing. The staff look after everything and you're never waiting too long for service.
The hotel itself is stunning and the rooms are luxurious. We had the Junior Suite with a panoramic view which had an incredible view.
We'd be back again in a heartbeat.

The resort was lovely but not enough buggy’s to help people like myself who struggles with arthritis or for others who may have disabilities and can’t walk up the steep hills . Also the staff on the majority were lovely but there were a few who could not be bothered. And the hotel is lovely but attention to details like dead orchids in the common areas let the 5 * rating down
With all of the above said I would still recommend the resort because me and my family had a lovely time

Dissatisfied & dissapointed.

We booked two one-bedroom bungalows with private pools (rooms 500 and 503) for a family celebration. Sadly, room 500 was a huge disappointment — the pool was so small it was unusable, and it was filthy on arrival. Within the first hour of check-in I was chasing reception, calling maintenance (who left muddy footprints in the room), and writing emails instead of relaxing. We never once used the pool, despite paying a premium for it.

Communication from the front office was poor, with no follow-up from the manager despite repeated complaints. While a few gestures were eventually offered (dinner, massage, transfer), they did not make up for the fact that we paid for a service we couldn’t use.

That said, some staff were outstanding: Niki at Kuzina (breakfast), Mo at the main pool, Ionna at Guest Relations, Mark at the water park, and Alexander, who finally helped resolve part of the issue. Their excellent service was the highlight of our stay.

Overall, it’s a real shame, great staff in some areas, but a very disappointing experience with the accommodation and management response.

A fantastic family holiday. The staff and management were outstanding — always professional, kind, and attentive, which really made the experience special.

Food was a highlight: the open buffet was impressive despite the crowds, and the à la carte restaurants added variety and quality. The sea is nice (though we’ve seen even better in the Aegean), but the service more than makes up for it.

This is very much a family place rather than for couples seeking a romantic escape. For us, it was perfect, and we would happily return.

The hotel complex is built into a hill overlooking the sea so there are beautiful views from almost everywhere.

All people working at the hotel are friendly, polite and extremely helpful. All facilities are well looked after and very clean. We loved our sunset cruise one evening and the water sports and air conditioned gym. All in all,
it was great stay.

MarBella is a high quality hotel, with extensive facilities, all-inclusive board and a range of dining options. Staff were all both professional as well as warm and friendly helping make the stay even more enjoyable. A choice of pool or beach for lazy days and a range of restaurants make for a nice choice of meals. Since I last visited, the hotel has migrated to an all-inclusive offer, which contained a wide range of drink options to select from. On this visit, there was a very high proportion of families with pre-school children (which made some meals noisy), but overall an excellent hotel and I would love to return in future.

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon. Absolutely Stunning property, and great staff. However, any other than top tier rooms look, feel and configured like motel 8 ( and we booked their premium room with sea view). Showers and sinks don’t drain and it feels like the rooms have not been updated since 1975. Also, if you don’t want to feel like you’re on a cruise ship with 0182736637373 small screaming children and water slides, do NOT book the hotel. Also, the bed is made from two twin beds and I was sleeping in the crack.

There were numerous issues with the resort in addition to that.

Staff seemed to be trying their best however we’re all discombobulated and had no idea where to even order a coffee for us at breakfast.
There was tons of food splattered all over the furniture at breakfast as well, like beyond anything I’ve seen (I’m assuming the resort is short staffed and the staff that they have are barely keeping their heads above water).
Upon our request to get a better room, we were offered an upgrade for the last two nights of our week long stay, which would mean we’d have to crouch in the noise box of an outdated minuscule room for several nights while attempting to sleep in a crack between two beds pushed together.
False advertising doesn’t begin to cover it, I can’t even express how dissatisfied and disappointed we are, wasting two days trying to get a different room at this hotel and just trying to give them a shot. The photos of the property are not all true.

My wife and I stayed at Mar-Bella Corfu as part of our honeymoon. From the first moment we arrived and up until after we checked out and were on our way to the airport, the staff here have made us feel welcome, relaxed, and at home. Our stay has been delightful, from the excellent facilities, activities that were provided (we spent many a morning and afternoon lounging at the private beach, enjoying the pristine and crystal clear waters), outstanding service, and delicious food.

Our only regret is having to leave, we can say with certainty that we will return again in the future, and can highly recommend a stay here. Magnificent.

Overall the hotel is nice, surrounded by mountains with spectacular sea view. It’s newly refurbished, especially the rooms were beautifully designed.
Pros:
Access to restaurant dining, the food was delicious in most places
Additional perks if you have booked superior stay (e.g. boat trip, small treatment in their SPA, beach bag, little presents for kids etc.)
Kids aqua park (water in the pool could have been wormer though)

Cons
As the hotel recently opened after winter, we felt that the hotel was understaffed and some of the amenities were not available (yoga sessions, wine testing, restaurants closed etc.)
Kids club was at a very poor standards, little choice of kids activities, lack of organisation and late events, staff not trained. Also it was surprising that there was no outdoor playground for kids

The hotel and general experience was great, however they sell it as coming with activities for children which basically there isn't, the childrens activities weren't there when they said they would be so if you plan a day staying in the hotel because there is an activity that sounds good there is a good chance it isn't actually on when you get there; staff kept saying well it's an external contractor who does it for us so we don't know anything about it. Would have been fine if they just said no it's not something we do but they advertise it pretty strongly so they get a poor review for not really trying. If i had know I may well have decided it wasn't quite worth what they were charging in the first place, ho hum.

The hotel was in a beautiful location, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and the pools really lovely (could do with being a bit warmer though). The hotel is however badly let down by having too many guests, terrible lighting in the communal areas where evening entertainment takes place (please dim the lights!!). Most importantly however was the absolutely revolting food! It was the worst I have experienced in a hotel in years! Cheap, mass produced and tasteless. Please consider making less food of a higher quality. It is so sad seeing waiters clearing away platefuls of uneaten food on every table at each meal. Thankfully we found some fabulous restaurants in Corfu Town, however it involved a 30 minute drive each way. If the food was sorted out and there were less guests, I would have given it 5 stars!!

The hotel has lovely views (both lush mountains and the sea). The staff are lovely. We went in late October and there were still plenty of staff. You can also order drinks & food via their app from around the pool, which was handy. The room was very spacious, clean and cool. The food in the main restaurant was delicious and varied by day. Breakfast was the same selection each day but there was a wide range of options so varied enough for a weeks stay. Couldn't of asked for a better stay.

Overall great hotel. Be prepared to walk as this hotel is located in the hill and spans multiple levels.
Broken lifts made it difficult getting around.

A very big hotel, the decor indoors and outdoors is beautiful. The food was very good with buffet and a la carte restaurants, the drinks and cocktails included were also very good as well. My husband has a problem with one of his legs and they were very kind to provide transport to the beach. Service was excellent. Swimming in the sea is amazing.
The only problem is the entretaining in the evening. There is no lively music, so if you are travelling with teenagers or young adults you only have the option of playing cards and drinking cocktails to a jazzy not very well known background music. Make it a bit more lively !!

Beautiful property and stunning views however the food and service is not in line with the prices they charge. 5 star property 3 star service and food also they sell partial sea view rooms as sea view so be on the lookout for that

The staff and service generally were excellent- special mention to the cleaning and housekeeping team who were out in force early in the morning making sure common areas were spotless!
Food was good especially the Mediterranean buffet (Kuzina) lunch and breakfast area.
Pool and beach club areas great and generally easy to find a lounger and clean towels.
Good service from the water sports team also.

All in all a relaxing and pleasant stay with no complaints

Excellent but average food

Lovely stay at the best all inclusive I’ve been to. The drinks, hotel, staff and facilities are 5 star…however the food was not to the same standard and room service very slow/average for the price. There was always bed/table service by the pool, beach and at the various bars.

I would return, but given limited daily food variety I would not stay longer than 6-7 nights. People we spoke to mentioned the quality and dining options had changed since their previous stays in 2023.

As a young couple without children we had a great time.

‏breakfast and lunch are only available in the buffet. we were given 4 vouchers for dinners in the hotel's a la carte restaurants. The food at the buffet was very simple, not very tasty, and repeated itself every day. It didn't feel like 5 star hotel food, And it was very crowded and noisy. On the other hand, the food in the a la carte restaurants was very tasty and the atmosphere is pleasant and more suitable for a 5-star hotel, it's a shame that you could only eat there a limited number of times and only in the evening. Instead we used 1 of the vouchers to a tavern near the hotel- NOT recommended at all! The food was terrible and there were wasps everywhere.

‏The service was mostly good, except around the pool-where the waiters didn't walk around, but stood by the bar the whole time and you had to go to them to order drinks.

‏The water park is nice for children, but apart from it there are no other places for young kids to play - there is no playground or playroom, and no kids shallow water pool.

‏As a gold status in Expedia, we were entitled to a room upgrade.
The upgrade offered was to the same room type only with a view of the sea instead of the garden, but the room was located in a remote and uncomfortable place, and there was no view of the sea at all but of a road and trees, and between the trees you could see a little of the sea, so we gave up The \"upgrade”.
‏I don’t recommend the hotel for people without kids.

The all inclusive option is a huge plus with a good selection of nice bars and restaurants.
We spent most of our time on the beach as the pools were too busy and noisy with very young children.
Food and drink were all really good with the exception of breakfast in the main restaurant. We were a party of 3 adults and the volume and number of very young children made it an experience to be over and done with quickly.
Our room (standard with sea view) was clean, comfortable and a good size.
I wouldn't recommend this for an all adult stay. We were overwhelmed by the number of young children and the consequent volume. The beach area was better than the pool for this as were late dining tables in the a la carte restaurants. The meal at a local taverna included in the all inclusive was a huge disappointment and we would rather have eaten in another of the very good hotel restaurants.
All in all a good holiday and great for families with young children but we wouldn't go back as adults only.

The hotel was nice and the facilities, badly let down by the food.

The beach area was gorgeous and the kids loved the waterpark.

We stayed for a week with our daughter, the hotel has been recently renovated and is kept in a very clean condition. There are colourful flowers and trees everywhere outside that encourages lots of birds and butterflies to fly around, something our daughter loved to see. The choice of pools and slides, kids club, unlimited ice cream is great for kids.

The food options are varied across the different restaurants, with themed buffet dinners. We mostly enjoyed the food, there were only a couple of times where some of the food we picked was slightly disappointing at the buffet.

Staff were friendly, the reception staff were helpful and answered every question we had. There were a couple of instances where our drinks orders were forgotten, each at busy times.

The room was a decent size for 2 adults and young child, the bathroom design is a bit strange, with a largely transparent door separating the toilet and shower from the sink, this doesn’t allow for any privacy, which can be awkward. Housekeeping are there every day to clean and didn’t miss anything. The minibar kept everything cold and we had water restocked free of charge.


Overall, we had a great time at Marbella and would return in the future based on this visit.

This was our second visit having also stayed in June 2023. The hotel is very well kept and beautifully presented. Immaculately clean (and I’m very particular!). We stayed in a junior suite which was very spacious and functional and had a beautiful terrace with sunbeds overlooking the sea. Unfortunately the rooms were not well sound proofed and you can every toilet flush and tap run from neighbours. The signature life programme didn’t feel as luxurious this time round as the complementary beach bag and child’s gift was missing and turn down service was non existent. Small little things but they did make it feel more special last time. The drinks service in the buffet restaurant and all bars was still a little slow but towards the end of the week there did appear to be more waiting staff present. The snack bar at the pool was excellent quality and food at the buffet restaurant was good. Staff were friendly, in particular Jim at the pool bar and Manos at the M Bar who went above and beyond. The head chef in the buffet restaurant was excellent and catered well for my requirements as I have coeliac disease. He also deserves recognition for going above and beyond as nothing was too much trouble. The hotel has become very family friendly and I would not recommend this as a relaxing holiday for couples or honeymooners. The hotel is perfect for families with young children.

There was a lot of choice of food, we were very impressed with the selection at the buffet and the gyros from the beach canteen were great! We were also given a free room upgrade which was a lovely treat, the room was newly renovated, spacious and comfy.

I love staying with the Mar-Bella Collection. The staff are always so nice and helpful and the property is in such great condition. We’ve stayed in the Bungalow pool rooms for the last few years and absolutely love it (though the room pools aren’t heated). The food is also really nice and great choices for kids and fussy eaters.

Highly recommended for families - 5 star!!

Amazing hotel with fantastic facilities. Probably the best all inclusive we’ve stayed in with the family. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Premium drinks and cocktails all included as well as water sports. The restaurants had plentiful food with different options. The whole family had a great time. Only issue we experienced, which I’m not sure is a tactic by the hotel but the service for drinks was very slow, you have to order via the waiters and they are so busy it takes a lifetime to get to you which in turn reduces the amount of drinks you consume. It didn’t ruin the holiday at all as we had a great time but it was a nuisance at times. The hotel maybe should consider separate areas in the dining room for adults without kids, I felt a little sorry for them being surrounded by noisy kids. We travelled with kids so it was no issue for us. But if you’re a couple looking for some tranquility, I’d avoid.

On the whole hotel is clean. Lobby and bar areas are nice and the beach deck has plenty of loungers with lovely sea views. Aside from that…our check in experience wasn’t great. Left sat in the lobby for a long period of time before anyone came to talk to us. Didn’t really tell us much about the hotel or amenities. Just gave us a map and told us to let them know when we wanted the room key. Why would we not want the room key immediately? Rooms were pleasant. Spacious and bright but the bathroom configuration is odd. I.e. no door separating the bathroom from the bedroom and the toilet cubical just has a panel of frosted glass. The shower is over the bath but awkwardly placed and as there is no door to the bathroom, if someone was to open the main bedroom door you’d be seen by anyone walking past the room due to a poorly placed full length mirror. Really slow service around the hotel, and not particularly helpful staff. Often waiting a long time to be served and if you tried to flag someone down after 10mins of waiting for a drink, you’d get “I’ll be with you in 2mins” and then they’d walk off and not come back. Very heavily geared towards children and families. Not a lot to do in the evenings. Food quality was poor even in the a la carte restaurants. Beach and pool food was basic. This is not a 5 star experience.

A beautiful hotel with wonderful food and friendly staff. The room, grounds, public areas and restaurants were always immaculately clean. The restaurant provided excellent gluten free options and always offered to make fresh food to avoid cross contamination due to being coeliac. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and has lots of steps and steep hills so wouldn’t be good for anyone with mobility issues. There is also nothing around close by for those who enjoy venturing out, but everything you need is available within the grounds. The food was great quality both at the pool and in the restaurant. The drinks were branded and the cocktail list extensive. The water park was an excellent addition. Both the main pools were 1.4m deep all round which was a slight issue with younger children but there was a shallower kids pool at the water park. The only grumble was that the hotel shop was selling inflatables for around 11 euros. We discovered only after purchasing them that they were not allowed in the pools and therefore couldn’t understand why they were selling them! Overall a wonderful, tranquil hotel highly recommended for a peaceful break where you will be treated like royalty.

This is the second year we’ve stayed at a MarBella property and again we had an absolutely wonderful time. The staff are all so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food options are all delicious.
We had a bungalow with private pool and would definitely choose this option again.
It’s an easy transfer from the airport and I look forward to booking again for next year.

Huge variety and quality of food at the buffet breakfast and dinner - the dinner menu varied each day during our seven-day stay.
Exceptional staff - attentive, friendly and plenty of them around.
Easy access to the beach front with two excellent eating/drinking venues.
A good range of activities available - including an interesting trek up into the hills, which is worthwhile doing.
The hotel is clearly designed for families and peak times it might be busy. However early October meant it was quieter, which we really appreciated.
We would happily return there and would recommended it.
Only one downside - the rooms need mugs and not just cups - its a pet peeve.

We had a 5 night family break with bigger teens over half term. Very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel having stayed in many 5 star hotels before.
We were in a standard sea view room and although small they were perfectly formed with wonderful view.
The beach and boardwalk area were stunning with a lovely restaurant and bar. The sea is so clear that fish and octopus watching were very easy from the deck.
Restaurants were good, buffet plentiful, staff friendly .
The water park was fun for an hour, the tennis court needed revamping.
Gardens immaculate.
Lots of steps as built into hillside but all appeared accessible.
We look forward to visiting again .
