The hotel is walkable to the sanctuary that we visited which is the highlight of our visit! Our room is okay but the elevator is so small that could only fit two people with no luggage at all! The breakfast was terrible that they always run out of foods because of so many people!

Although there is no air conditioner in the room I stayed in, it wasn’t an issue as I arrived in October. I think it might be quite hot in summer. Also, there is no rear entrance from the car parking area, so I had to wheel my bags all the way to the front door area across cobbled stoned paths. Not ideal !

The property is better than expected, staff - excellent. Super minor issue - when we checked in, we told them we don’t need room service during our 2-night stay. The person who checked us in said they don’t provide room service. The next day, as we were getting ready to head out, the cleaning staff came to clean our room to which we said we didn’t need. The following day, we returned from our outing to a cleaned room. We then wondered if she thought we meant in-room food service? Overall, we had an excellent experience.

Welcome to hell - the worse stay in Fatima, avoid!

Welcome to hell - the worse stay in Fatima of my life.
I was given room 313, where the noise from the employees was constant and it was impossible to rest. Expect continuous noise, from 6am to 11pm - not a moment of silence.
I made several complaints, all not answered with the excuse of management not being available. inexcusable, considering the price I paid. Will avoid this place like the plague in the future. Consider this a warning to all other guests thinking of staying here.

Amazing staff. Elena was amazing. Helped us check in and told us about the interesting tips happening in and around Fatima.Breakfast was great with lot of options. Very nice and polite staff. Walking distance to the Fatima sanctuary, shops, dining, transportation. Great location. Not a brand name hotel, but is clean, comfortable, reasonably priced and has everything you and family needs to stay near Our Lady of Fatina sanctuary . We could just walk in and out of the hotel to the Fatima sanctuary. Definitely recommend.

The staff was really excellent and friendly, the room was as described exactly in the pictures, the checking was easy and fast, the A/C worked well, security was great. The only issue that I had in my first night was due to ants in the bathroom, I reported in the morning and the receptionist changed me to another room
which was good, no issues in my next 2 nights in this hotel.
The breakfast was buffet and it was ok, the hospitality of the staff was great and tables were clean when arrived for breakfast. This time
my trip was for me only but next time I will go back with my family without hesitation .

My 60 year old parents stayed 2 nights and the first night they didn't have heating or hot water and they did not communicate that to them or offered an alternative to transfer to another hotel and they had to sleep at 8C and shower the next day with cold water. Unhuman.

Convenient hotel

The hotel is clean and staff are courteous and helpful. The breakfast is good . We have 2 twin rooms close to each other , which is good. Highly recommend for visitors as it’s a 10 minute walk from the Basilica of the Holy Trinity. Good location for elderly and those with children.

Day trip to Fatima

The location of hotel was excellent. The room was supposed to have view of sanctuary but there were so many trees that nothing could be seen. A room above 3rd floor had view. Our room was 331. Breakfast was OK too. The furniture was old and need to be upgraded.

Very nice and helpful staff. Hotel location is excellent, facing the Basilica of the Most Holy Trinity. The hotel has been there for years, the building is bright and clean but the key card system is old, still using actual metal key, not keycard. They can only provide 1 key. The WIFI coverage is spotty. I could get WIFI in my room when I sat at the desk, I needed to sit closer to the hallway.. Everything else is very good.

The staff are accomodating, easy to talk to when we have complaints and we were given take away breakfast when we told them that we are leaving early in the morning .
Thank you staff!
The carpet need replacing, it might be clean under those stains.
We were offered new room because the air-conditioner was leaking water, but we opted to stay.

Great little hotel near the Sanctuary

We went to Fatima to visit the Basilica. It was perfect for that, clean next door to the Sanctuary and there was parking for 5 euros a day. We loved our stay at this hotel. The beds were Donny and the staff were really nice.

LOCATION
The Crisol Três Pastorinhos overlooks the Santuário de Fátima (is across the road from it), and is a 2-min walk from it. The moment one steps out of the hotel, one sees the cross over the Basilíca de Nossa Senhora do Rosário.

What more could one seek in a hotel in Fátima when one's prime reason for visiting is the Santuário and the Basilíca?

The Via Sacra is about a 20-min walk from the hotel, or about a 10-min ride on the Italian toy train that goes round Fátima - and does the journey between Fátima and Aljustrel - all day.

TRAVEL
The Crisol Três Pastorinhos is a 5- to 6-min walk from the coach station/Terminal Rodoviária (allow yourself 8 to 10 mins if you have luggage, or prefer to walk slowly for comfort). The hotel and the Terminal Rodoviária are both on the north side of the Santuário.

DINING OPTIONS
The hotel is a 2-min walk from the main parade of restaurants and shops on the north side of the Santuário.

STAFF
The staff are warm, friendly, helpful. After I had walked the Via Sacra, I returned to the hotel with bloodied feet. The receptionist immediately plied me with plasters.

BREAKFAST
PLENTY of excellent fresh fruit, yoghurt, a selection of cold meats/cured meats and cheese, a selection of hot food items (bacon, scrambled eggs, roast tomatoes), and the most scrumptious cakes.

SAFETY
Being across the road from the Santuário de Fátima, the Crisol Três Pastorinhos is in the safest of places in Fátima.

The Tres Pastorinhos is a very nice hotel, very close to The Sanctuary; great environment and location.

Overall a decent hotel. The rooms are dated but you pay peanuts to stay there.

For the price, there is no better place to stay for 1-2 nights. I've stayed at this hotel 3 times in the past 10 years and would go back for a cheap room.

Plus! Is the location very near the sanctuary and well lighted street. Otherwise, staff are not welcoming, rooms are dark and bathrooms awful. It's ok for the night.

Gostei do hotel, mas fui surpreendida por uma excursão de 130 pessoas de putro país que beberam muito tequila e gin e batiam nos quartos de madrugada, deixando panos coloridos ( rosa) nas portas .
Não consegui dormir a noite inteira e, na recepção nao havia ninguém para atender nem por telefone e nem pessoalmente.
Soube depois que só havia uma pessoa ( muito atenciosa) que passou a noite cuidando de tudo, inclusive de troca de 11 lâmpadas nos quartos.
Na noite seguinte foi bem mais tranquilo e o hotel ficou sem barulho absurdo, mesmo tendo uma excursão com bastante gente de outro país, bem como a outra excursão barulhenta ter ido embora .
Voltarei ao hotel.
