Good location and great hotel facilities

Exceptional facilities, easy access to the car parking, gift shop, restaurant, etc. Also all areas were found clean and in very good conditions.
We stayed in the two bedrooms / family apartment for two nights and the room was a good size – perfect for our family of four. The air conditioning didn't work well, feedback was given to the hotel but nothing was done. Breakfast was quite good, lots of choices, however, they didn't refill the buffet food and some of the hot dishes were cold. Overall, comfy and spacious.

I booked a family room with two bedrooms. When we got to the room it was a triple twin room. I went back down to front and asked why I wasn’t in the room I booked. The man was very apologetic and offered a king and two twin room- it is not two bedroom. We entered that room but it did not smell very good so we went back to the triple twin room. I wasn’t very happy as I paid more for the other room I was supposed to be given.
The room itself was a bit tired. No hand soap at sink or body soap in shower.
Breakfast is a nice variety. Parking was included with room and it’s secure underground.

The hotel is very modern and very clean. The staff is courteous and very friendly making check in and out a breeze. The rooms are very well furnished, super clean and quiet. The beds are very comfortable and the A/C units worked flawlessly.

There was no water or coffee pot in room and staff would not give us one. We had to buy water from a machine in lobby. Breakfast was good but cold and restaurant immediately closed. Coffee machine in lobby—that’s it, the only amenity. Closest restaurant was a mile away at least. Not a great place to go in winter.

Clean hotel close to Basilica. Walls and doors isolation could be better to reduce the noise form neighbors but that is a common problem with all hotels in Fatima (I have stayed in many of them over the years and all of them had this issue).

This property is in a perfect location for those visiting the sanctuary as well as being a great base for many other sites in the area (Batalha, Alcobaça, Tomar, etc)
The staff are always polite and helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast option is delicious with many offerings to choose from like fried and scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese, pastries, breads, fruit, yogurt, cereals, etc. We booked three rooms- two double rooms and one triple room. The triple room was two twin beds and one Murphy bed. The triple room had a very spacious bathroom! We have stayed here twice in the past year and it’s always a pleasure.

A great hotel with a caring and helpful staff.

Hotel sited less than 5 minutes walk to the Sanctuar is ideal for the pilgrims. Hotel staff very helpful with directions and information. Waitress in the dining hall on the ground floor was cheerful in serving the guests, and was seen on 14 September morning to be very caring and helpful towards an elderly single lady suffering from early stages of Parkinson's disease, in getting her breakfast which was laid out in buffet style.

Would highly recommend this hotel to all.

Mr. George R... is very nice and accommodating and had freely spent his short time with us. Ricardo, the desk clerk is nice and provided us with valuable information.
