Stayed at this hotel for 18 days. Great customer service. Hotel restaurant had a variety of healthy and fresh food. The chef took the time to prepare special dishes for us every time we dined there. Overall, great hotel, beautiful location, and friendly service. Definitely will come back.

30-40 minutes from Belo Horizonte
Alphaville is a great community to stay around. There are great restaurants and bars a short walk away from the hotel. The bus comes every hour to drive into Belo Horizonte. The rooms are very comfortable and the view of the lake, Lagoa dos Ingleses made the stay memorable.

Ao pedir uma cerveja as 22:10h, o garçom com nome FERNANDO disse que não poderia pegar porque o restaurante fechava as 22:30h e eu não conseguiria tomar ela até a uora de fechar. Surpreso com a resposta, mesmo assim, eu pedi para ele trazer. Quando ele chegou com a cerveja, me disse que eu tonha 15 minutos para tomá-la porque ele tinha que fechar o restaurante as 22:30 em ponto porque o ônibus dele passava as 22:45h.

Check in: A funcionária da recepção estava com uma má vontade incrível, provavelmente por estar próximo às 19h (troca de turno). Cordialidade mínima e ainda esqueceu de habilitar os cartões-chave para abrir o quarto, fazendo eu ter que retornar à recepção. Outro ponto negativo do hotel é ter um aviso de que não se responsabilizam pelos pertences deixados no carro no estacionamento próprio deles. Coisa de 1980, que a gente sabe que não tem efeitos jurídicos. Um hotel da categoria do transamérica não deveria adotar essa postura.
No mais, todo o restante é bom, piscina, quarto, teve recreação gratuita para as crianças e isso é muito bom.

A tv não estava funcionando ao chegarmos no quarto, solicitamos a manutenção e o funcionário da mesma verificou os canais e não conseguiu resolver o problema e nos informou que não havia quartos disponíveis da mesma categoria do nosso portanto não poderiam nos trocar de acomodação. Penso ser este um problema do hotel e não do hospede se vc paga uma diária de 400,00 vc precisa ter seu problema resolvido.

Ótimo hotel, com pequenas falhas. Quarto grande, cama boa, bastante iluminado e uma bela vista da lagoa dos ingleses. De negativo só aponto a televisão que estava com a qualidade bem ruim e a internet não era boa (talvez pelo hotel estar lotado, ter sobrecarregado). E o café da manhã poderia ter mais variedade. No mais, é um bom hotel naquela área e voltaria a me hospedar.

O problema foi a piscina suja e gelada, eu arrependi, pois minha filha ama piscina e a psicina cheia de sujeira não é aquecida a gerente disse que vão fazer uma reforma no hotel e na piscina. Mas sem reforma não pretendo voltar, nem de graça. O que tenho a elogiar é a educação dos funcionários. Achei também o cardapio do restaurante com poucas opções.

Bom hotel com alguns quartos com vista para a Lagoa dos Ingleses. A suite é ampla com cama confortável e amenidades de boa qualidade. A limpeza também é muito satisfatória. Café da manhã compatível com a proposta do hotel. O único porém foi a demora para liberação do quarto: cerca de 1 hora de espera!
