The room was very unclean, the floor was sticky, the tub had hair in it, the air conditioner unit did not work properly, the curtain was coming off, the exterior door was not secure and our door key card did not work properly. They over charged for the pet fee. We left before our stay was over. Will not stay at a Super 8 again.

Our experience tonight was so horrible we left and received a full refund from Expedia. The hotel listing said they offered a full breakfast. Upon checkin we were told due to ‘an inspection’ they currently were not able to offer breakfast. Fine, whatever we just wanted to go to sleep. Got our keys, went outside to the entrance near our room. A gentleman at the back of the parking lot was hollering and watching our every move from the car to the door. The “security” panel that you put your key on to unlock the entrance was literally hanging by one cord. Got into the room - no window locks. On the first floor the window could just slide open. There was a two inch gap between the wall and the air conditioner unit and you could see outside. Toilet did not flush. 100% did not feel safe so we turned around and walked out. Thankfully the gentleman at the front desk approved a full refund but until this property undergoes some major renovation, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

The room was clean but worn. The hallways were really worn and not well lit. Sometimes the back exterior door would not lock. The breakfast room was bleak and the tv didn't work. The staff didn't step in when one couple on our floor had a screaming fight that lasted until 3 a.m. At least 5 different guests reported the problem, but nothing was done. Not a good night.

It was a horrible experience. The room was not completely cleaned. The bathroom (tub, toilet, sink was still dirty. There was trash left in the corner of the bedroom. There were shady people wandering around vehicles smoking weed and being loud, they kept walking towards the back of the motel into a trailer park. I tried to call the front desk to let him know of my findings in the room and how I felt uncomfortable of the people, but the phone was not working, so I went to the front desk, and all he told me was that he couldn’t do anything about it because I was in the room for an hour, which was untrue. we were there for about 15 minutes the most. When I was explaining this to him, he didn’t acknowledge my concern. He rolled his eyes and played on his cellphone. My daughter and I just cleaned up after the maid and made the most of it.

I said on their checkout

I guess my first clue should have been that there was no “registration “ credit card and go. Marrow stairs for a 70 year old man to carry 4 trips of luggage and valuables to third floor.
There was no ice in machine”maintenance to look at sign”
Electricity went on and off on tv wall numerous times.
Hallway noise till late.
Slept with tv on.
Chairs blocking stairs on each floor landings.
Awoke and shower and towel had butt wipe stains from previously used.
Breakfast was bad at best. Mushy eggs and tater tots. Waffle iron not working. Stale muffins but my piece of toast was ok.
As I left I noticed hangers propped in first floor windows for security. This was a place you could tell us used for prostitution and possible other illegal things.
I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy.

Hotel being refurbished. Unfortunately the people working were running noisey saws and other tools at 2:00 AM for about an hour. I cannot belive the hotel staff allowed that but then in the AM there was NO COFFEE in the breakfast room but the hotel clerk stepped away from his desk for over an HOUR and there were NO replies or answers on the phone numbers left at the front desk if you \"needed help\" I will NEVER AGAIN STAY THERE.

Filthy motel. I wasnt expecting much but..first room had food on the floor and hair on the nightstand and the bathroom was straight out of a dump.
Moved to second room. Not much better. Ended up going to Walmart for cleaning supplies so I could feel better about being there. Got ready for bed, pulled covers back only to find it had been slept in already without being changed out. Other bed was better, but this place is way too run down.

Good part was it was cheap. Guess you get what you pay for but even then pretty poor value at this hotel.

The hotel is a perfectly fine example of a Super 8, as long as your expectations understand that. Many aspects of the rooms have been renovated and are fine, I would stay again. However I would not look forward to the included breakfast, it is not well cared for. Despite the sketchy looking parking lot, inside the hotel felt safe.

This hotel was in poor condition and was not clean. In one room, a bed had broken springs, the sink was broken, the shower was broken, and there was no phone. Our other room had a toilet that kept clogging and the room smelled terrible when we checked in. Another room had no cups, shampoo, or soap. All the rooms only had 2 towels despite having 4 people staying in them. The floors were dirty. The walls had been recently painted but it was clearly a poorly done job. The breakfast had no bread or milk both days (but had cereal and a toaster) and when asked if they were going to provide those the employees said no. The rest of the breakfast was terrible. It would be better to not offer breakfast than to set people up for an expectation and serve that. The parking lot was scary and had garbage and broken chairs, plus several people hanging out all evening and late into the night that did not make me feel safe. The fire doors were propped open (with a sign that said to keep closed) and chairs were in the stairway (fire escape). Do NOT stay here.

When we arrived, our room wasn’t ready. They quickly assigned us another room, and when we walked in, the conditions were terrible. There was mold along the wall above the shower. The smoke detector was ripped out out of the ceiling with wires hanging from the ceiling. The window on the first floor would not lock so anybody could open it from the outside.

The room floors were sticky and the shower cold water knob was very tight to turn on, my wife could not turn it. The air conditioner lower temperature button was missing, the entry door stuck on a raised area in the floor, the parking lot dirty, abandoned car there. Not very professional check in! Expedia should not have them on your list. It gives you a bad mark!! Don’t stay here!!

The building and surround was in very poor condition - old discarded chair, card entrance device broken at back door. Bathroom had very old worn out fixtures, big hole in the ceiling, dirty worn floor. Furnishing were more typical of a Super 8. I counted on the same standard I have experience with Super 8 motels and this was way below the standard.
