I really just came here because I needed to stop while doing a long drive. That said, the hosts were hospitable, friendly and sociable. The lodging was very reasonable, though I wouldn't call it luxurious or fancy. It's homey and therefore slightly dated, but not unkept. Very relaxing place if you need to stay in the area for a few days and have a safe base if operations.

Dennis and Judy were a delight to be with at breakfast. Judy made wonderful scones and egg pastries. Their house is beautiful and our room was so comfortable. We felt at home. Dennis gave us great recommendations for a drive through Guenella Pass which was breathtaking!! Rooms very comfortable. Breakfast was great. We had to leave at 5 AM to catch a flight and Judy packed us scones and fruit. 5 star recommendation! Will definitely return when we come back to Red Rocks!!
