The hotel was absolutely disgusting. There were holes in the wall blood on the wall in the bathrooms spit all over the back of the bathroom door burn holes in the bedsheets paint peeling off the walls window so dirty you couldn’t even see out. This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever give a thought of absolutely deplorable unsanitary unsafe I don’t even know how it has an occupancy permit from the Board of Health, the building should be burned to the ground. It’s absolutely disgusting.

THE PLACE IS FILTHY, EVERYTHING BROKEN, THE SHEETS ARE STAINED, THE BEDSPREAD HAS CIGARETTE BURNS, THE TOILET IS SITTING ON ITS OWN WITH DIRT OOZING OUT THE SIDES. IT SMELL TERRIBLE. WIFI AND TV DOESN'T WORK, THE COFFEMAKER IS EMPTY, NO COFFEE, AND THE ENTRANCE DOOR IS BROKEN AND DOESN'T CLOSE PROPERLY. WHEN WE ENTERED THE ROOM WE WANTED TO LEAVE BUT THEY WOULDN'T CANCEL OUR RESERVATION. I PAYED IN ADVANCE. IT WAS A VERY UNPLEASENT EXPERIENCE, I HAVE PHOTOS OF EACH THINGS I MENTIONED. This property was dirty, so many things advertised that were not provided. Broken and empty supplies in the room. Only 1 bath towers supplied, fridge dirty, bed spread had burnt cigarette holes everywhere, old soap from another customer was left in the shower. A property can be old but it doesn’t have to be dirty and unkept.

Very under maintained property. It looks like it could have been a nice place 15 years ago. Many stains and cigarette burn holes in the top blanket of the bed and the chair was very stained and dirty. Should have left, but options at the time were limited.

Equipment for accessible shower was unusable. The supports drilled into the side of the tub were incredibly rusty and the shower chair was filthy. Bed cover it was covered with burn holes, and there were burn holes in the sheet too a small ironing board was provided, but no iron. An accessible ramp was not directly outside of the accessible room. It was further down the sidewalk and one had to navigate around a regular presence of staff with large carts blocking that area.

Completely Dissatisfied. Our Stay Was Supposed To Be From Wed, Feb 26-Fri, Feb 28. We Were Traveling From Augusta And Didnt Arrive Until About 4:30a Thurs. I Was Already Upset By How The Lobby Looked And A Bunch A Sign Stating No Breakfast. Which Was One Of The Main Reasons That I Booked. We Had 2 Rooms Booked But Only Ended Up Using One For One Night Because There Were Roaches. My Sister Was Uncomfortable And Slept In The Car. Completely Understandable. Furniture Was Broken In The Room, Bathroom Was Dirty, There Were Holes In The Sheets. There Was A Man Working The Desk And He Offered Us To Switch Rooms, But There Wasn’t A Difference. I Called Around, But By That Point, Surrounding Hotel Were Booked. He Did Ask If We Wanted A Full Refund But We Had No Where Else To Go. He Mentioned That If We Checked Out By 11am That He Would Refund Us The Rest. The Next Morning Around 10am, I Shared My Concerns With The Woman At The Front And She Checked Me Out Early. This Was Still Thursday At The Time. She Said That Because I Booked With Expedia, That My Refund Would Come Through Them. I Then Reached Out To Expedia And They Told Me Not To Worry Because They Would Handle It. It Is Now Monday And Expedia Is Trying To Tell Me That Because They Cant Get Them On The Phone, Then They Can’t Process My Refund. That Makes Absolutely No Sense To Me. I Called Super 8 On Saturday Morning When I Was Heading Back To Jersey And They Told Me That They Were Having Phone Issues But It Was Back Up Now.

In a sketchy 'hood, toilet barely fastened to the floor,more like a rocking chair, tv could get no channels, the roll around desk chair was peeling it's vinyl covering onto the floor,the security flip bar that most hotel doors have was missing,the plastic wall panel arounnd the shower head end of the shower was not securely fastened to the wall, caulking not present in many parts of the bathroom. A small coffee maker was present but no coffee 'k-cups', no platic wrapped plastic cups.

This is the worst place we have stayed at. The room was old and well worn. The bathroom had rusty bars on the tub. There was some kind of air cleaner in the vanity area. Created a lot of heat. By morning the whole floor was so flooded with water. It took 3 towels to sop it up. The outside was littered and people were throwing things off of the upper floors. . Lastly the bug that i killed right arrival was more than I could take. So disappointed that this is under the Wyndham group[. It was rated 2 stars NO WAY!!!! Lastly there were no amenities, Kleenex coffee, cups. They had to issue us a remote for the TV and the ice machines were not working well. We had to get it from the front desk. Sorry guys this was a dump

Room was filthy, toilet hanging off the wall and actually tilted forwards when you sat on it. Furniture broken, lampshades dirty. We checked out as soon as we saw our rooms. The walkways were dirty and full of litter and we felt unsafe.

I think the only thing that was clean was the bed, toliet, sink, and bathroom (hopefully). Everything else was dirty and falling apart. Even the face of the building needed to be pressured cleaned. The website said they had a pool, but in reality, it was more of a pond complete with it's own ecosystem. There is no breakfast, even though you can \"upgrade\" for it on Orbitz, which I did and got no refund for it.

Check in was the clue - a lone hotel worker behind a security screen and a few shady looking characters hanging around the lobby in the darkened lounge. The hotel looks fine in the pictures but is well past its sell-by date. When we got to the rooms the walls had holes in them and when we checked the mattresses, bed bugs. We checked straight out. This is my first disappointment with Super 8 - someone from the franchise needs to visit and close them down.

Totally fine place to stay for the night. Giving it a low rating for the wifi not working and it being generally a bit noisy and run-down. Reception/lobby especially leaves a run-down impression, but the rooms are a bit better. Oddly picky about you bringing your TV remote back to the front desk at the end of your stay too. No breakfast, but you get a mini fridge and microwave in your room!

No room cleanings for a week even when requested. Maids/front clerks requested I remove the sheets and bring them to check in to be given my sheets to place them on the bed myself. Only a half a roll of toilet tissue in the room at arrival with no replacement and had to get TV remote from front clerks and return remote at check out while I waited on the room to be inspected before my deposit would be released.

This was the grossest hotel I have ever stayed at. The entire place was run down, dirty and broken. The room was filthy, used towel in the shower, broken towel rack so towels were set on the toilet, cigarette burns on the bed spread, the list goes on.
Our home still does not have power after Milton so we reluctantly stayed. However the location was awful. There were homeless outside that we literally saw urinating in the stairwell, a large hole in the fence so poeple from the neighboring apartment complex would just walk over as they please. We had our 9 month old with us and i felt incredibly unsafe staying there. The upstairs occupants had many loud confrontations throughout the night and their dogs barked most of the night as well.

Breakfast was advertised but “unavailable”! The whole experience was the worst motel experience in my 48 years on this earth!!!! It may have been cheap, but if given the chance, they’d have to pay me to stay there ever again!

There is no cleanliness that there should be in a hotel, it is horrible, there is a stench in the room, there is no power outlet to charge cell phones, there is no coffee maker to make coffee in the morning, they do not have a breakfast, the sink is falling apart, everything is dirty, including the elevator, it is dirty and even has damage to its structure, they should close this entire facility, because it cannot be called a hotel, it is possible that there are better pig farms. I do not recommend it to anyone, the furniture is disgusting.,.........

The front door to the lobby doesn't work and it's always open, they charge you an additional $100 when you get there (Surprise \"deposit\"), the pool isn't open, there is no breakfast, there is no house keeping, i had no towels in the room, the door wouldn't open except every 4th try, the room had eye lashes on the bathroom floor, the bed covers and sheets had dark stains all over them and they don't care about there customers satisfaction. There was no breakfast or pool. The furniture in the room was dirty and worn out. We asked for towels. Got 1 washcloth and hand towel for two us, but did get two bath towels. I have to say it was quiet at night. But we did see on the news while we were out, there was a shooting at the hotel. The cable TV worked well. Drywall not finished by the vanity.

No one was at the desk when I arrived and I got attitude from the teenager that checked me in. The lobby had stacked up furniture and there was a sign on the wall that stated No Breakfast. Everything needs updating from the parking lot to the peeling paint and marked up walls. The ice machine was out of order so I had to go to another floor. The keys did not work and I got attitude for that. The motel is used to house construction workers on a long term basis. As a woman traveling alone, I did not feel comfortable. The towels were cheap and stained! The bedside lamp changed colors for “mood”. It was Not white light. Bathroom fixtures were rusty and the faucet leaked. I am surprised that Wyndham would be affiliated with this place. Don’t they have inspectors?
