Nice pools (adventure, swimmig, massage) and also pools with thermal water from Lake Heviz. Very clean. Good food, excellent wi-fi, plenty of parking space. Possibbility to use pools until 18.00 on the day of departure, they lent bathing robe for free (deposit 5000 HUF). Close to city center and to Lake Heviz.

The stay was very relaxing in Heviz, The whole family enjoyed the lakes and the hotel facilities. The rooms were OK, although dated as is the hotel, but it's clean and presentable. Some of the staff could cheer up a little as could some of the guests, real miserable at times and for no apparent reason. The food and service in the hotel buffet restaurant was of a good standard at all meal times.

I have stayed in several Hotels in Heviz and this Hotel in my opinion is the best overall, great facilities and the food is good.

(We went for a combination of business and spa treatments, but I can not choose this option on type of trip.) A very good hotel which rests on its laurels and services. In their own words, they have no season and are always full -so why try hard? Go for the facilities which are top notch and immaculate and forgive all the other faults. Not four star, but you won't care.

Wir haben direkt unser Zimmer gewechselt, weil es äußerst unsauber und sehr in die Jahre gekommen war. Das Personal hat sehr schnell reagiert, wir haben in der renovierten Haushälfte ein ordentliches Zimmer beziehen können. Die Anlage ist aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wir haben uns nicht sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück und Abendbrot war aber hervorragend, super Auswahl und geschmackvoll.

Das Erlebnisbad im Freien ist aus Kostengründen geschlossen. Schwimmen im Freien bei warmen Wasser ist speziell im Winter besonders schön und war ein Grund für die Auswahl für dieses Hotel. Außerdem gab es keinen Ersatzpool für Kinder.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön renoviert. Wir haben uns gewundert, warum dieses Hotel so viel günstiger ist als alle anderen außen herum. Nach dem Service, wissen wir warum. Das Frühstück ist ein Disaster, wenn man jemanden freundlich anspricht bekommt man immer zur Antwort: Kollegah.

Es hat uns sehr gestört, daß man beim Wechseln vom Wellnessbecken zum Thermalbecken durch das Hotel gehen muß und daher immer den Bademantel anhaben mußte. Der war nach 2x anziehen bereits feucht und daher unangenehm.Es sollte eine Möglichkeit geben die Bademänteln zwischenzeitlich zu trocknen.

A szobák állapota már nem olyan mint pár évvel ezelőtt, felújítást igényelnének. A szobánkat a szerviz szobával szemben kényelmetlennek találtuk, ugyanis minden reggel 7.00-kor bejöttek a takarítónők oda és hangosan beszélgettek kb. másfél óráig és utána kezdek el dolgozni. Ebéd után ugyanez a beszélgetés folytatódott így nem tudtunk pihenni. A vacsoránál a Gluténmentes süteményből csak 1 db állt rendelkezésre, amit diszkriminációnak érzek, miután a többi vendég nyolc féléből választhatott. Az első nap még elmondta a szakács hogy van több változat is, akkor lehetett egyet mondani és 1 db-ot kaptam belőle, a többi este pedig ugyanez volt. Amikor kértem még egyet azt mondták hogy már nincs csak fagyasztott. Jólesett volna ha legalább három 4 db süteményt kaphattam volna minden nap.
