This is your standard tired-but-trying roadside motel, featuring rusted and cracked enamel sinks; slow drains; constantly running toilets; paper thin walls that let you hear every conversation and snore from the room next door; and room doors leading directly to the outside. Of course the guests assigned to the room next door had multiple large dogs that barked and bayed until midnight, and then started up again at 6 am. With a quick turnaround, I didn't stay long enough to try the shower or breakfast.

Property could use a strong spring cleaning. My room had missed multiple vacuums. I went a purchased a vacuum and left the more ready for the next customer. I know the wind blows constantly there but a leaf blower cleaning the walk ways to rooms would be welcomed. Featureless breakfast was a loss. Bed and shower were great.

The first room I was given had not been cleaned so they had to switch my room. I had to have my room re keyed because my key didn't work when I came back that afternoon. The shower tiles were dirty in several places and the cold water did not work in the tub. The hot water was lukewarm. The rooms are older and outdated and they need an upgrade. The breakfast was almost empty at 7:15 am and what was there was cold. I will not be booking a room there again unfortunately even though the rate was a good one.

This was the worst hotel stay that I have EVER had!!!! The door to our room stuck, so we had to shove it open with our bodies. The room was clean, but the TV did not work because there were too many people using the WiFi. When my husband turned on the water in the shower, the water came out brown. It did clear up eventually. When I took a shower, the temperature of the water fluctuated from very hot to very cold depending on what other rooms were using water at the time.
When I asked the staff for help with our TV, they said unplug it and plug it back in. When this didn't work, they blamed the overuse of the WiFi.
I also asked for 2 additional washcloths, and I was given 2 pool towels to use as washcloths.
If there was the option for negative stars, I would give them a -10 rating.
DO NOT STAY HERE!

This was the final straw for me. I will not stay here again. The staff were disturbing. The breakfast server was rude and lacked any willingness to help with any issue, e.g. broken coffee maker. The front desk clerk was not professional looking or acting at all. The rooms are run down and filthy. I did not want to walk on the carpet without shoes on and really didnt want to use the bathroom facilities. Yep, I'm done with this place....

Room looked ok at first but there were dead bugs in the bathroom which I get but there was so much hair in the tub and on the floor and toothpaste spit all over the mirror. Pretty sure there was a dried puddle of blood in front of the door, my dog was definitely interested in that, could hear every noise coming from outside, with 3 locks on the door, still didn't feel secure. Y'all charging way too much for an old dirty room.

Room was clean and in working order. No cups available in the room. TV remote did not work. I took it to the desk to get new batteries. Staff person said \"I'll fix it\" and didn't have any luck. TV would power on with button but no volume control. Breakfast was lackluster, juice machine broken, no drink option for children. I expected a budget stay but a working TV remote and drink amenities would have been much appreciated.

Being it's a motel and not a hotel, having such a large gap under the door to the outside definitely let outside air come in. The bathroom was small and the shower faucet was falling apart. The road noise was very loud coming into the room. The continental breakfast was atrocious and scary. Ended up going to a gas station to get coffee and something small to eat.

property overall was pretty run down looking, dead bugs in the corners of the room, left over stubble in corner of sink, huge bulging patch on the ceiling, and the pool looked so gross we decided not to use it. I woke in the middle of the night thinking there was a tornado or hail storm, but it was just the extreme racket the air-conditioner made!
Breakfast was decent, but understocked.
I would spend a couple extra dollars to go somewhere nicer.

Lovely option with a great location

Lovely option for this windy locale! The outdoor pool was great in the heat of summer-there is not enough outdoor seating at the pool but the pool itself was great. The location is wonderful with a lovely park just past the pool.

Dont go there, it needs shut down and fixed right.

First room was pretty much not cleaned, looked like pet food pellets and grass on the floor, bathroom was covered in hair, was a used chewed toothpick on the desk by the light. Called front desk, they moved us from a king room to a queen room, the Second room was considerably cleaner, but still sketchy at best, had to plug in the TV and refrigerator, so the fridge wasn't cold enough to put anything in to keep overnight. The PTAC (air conditioner) unit vibrated so bad that I had to wedge a chair into it to make the noise stop. It worked, but was terribly noisy. Breakfast: hot waffles, because we made them right then. Eggs, sausage, and gravy were not even luke warm. I will not stay there again.

This was a one night stop for me. I was greeted very warmly. My room was ok. There was a suspicious stain next to the bed. During the course of my stay I did find several large bugs that were, fortunately, dead. It was an ok stay but the room could use some updating.

Absolute dump. Had to stay due to severe storms, we are campers & do not complain much but this was awful. Mold growing everywhere, carpet stains in hallway, stains on sheets, curtains, broken doors. Paint peeling. Stomping above us all night, neighbor gaming all night. The issues were endless & the storms did not allow us to run as fast as we could out of here! Of course Breakfast provided we did not eat just had to check out was expired food & rotten fruit! Do not even pull into this place.

We got Queen beds but the rooms were not together and we were not impressed with either room. It did not look like what was pictured on the website. The breakfast was good.

Buggy situation

I arrived after driving for ten hours, was exhausted and just wanted to be able to rest comfortably. When we checked into our room, there were dead bugs on the floor in several places. I notified the manager, who offered me a different room. The second room didn’t have bugs, but it had obvious signs of filth in the floor as well. After pointing this out the the manager he explained that these things may have blown in when the door opened. I didn’t see how that was possible in two rooms, two different types of debris and decided to leave the hotel all together. When I inquired about getting a refund, he told me I would need to go though my app (hotels.com) so I am still working on that. While he did try to accommodate me, the hotel was not clean at all. Unfortunately, I didn’t take pictures because after such a long day, all I wanted to do was sleep and it was very late

The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. However, we discovered stains on the sheet in the morning on the side we didn't sleep on and there were dead bugs under the bathroom sink. Also not seen until the morning. No towels at the pool. Even though we told the desk person we were going to the pool when we checked in, he did not offer towels. Had to go back and ask for them. When we first arrived we encountered an angry guest who was complaining about bugs in the floor of her room. The manager was not concerned whatsoever. That was our first clue that we should not have booked our stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, based off of decent reviews, we had already booked our room through Expedia with our one key cash cash and it was non-refundable. Lesson learned. The manager was not friendly at all and the office had a weird smell to it. We got checked in and got to our room and it was noting like the pictures showed online. It was very outdated, musty, and the towels were stained. The sheets appeared clean but looked liked they had been on the bed since the motel was built. We got settled in and went to eat dinner. When we got back there was a gentleman who was staying in the room right next to us camped out with his chair, radio, beer, and phone right at our door having himself a good time. We made our way past and went into our room. It was just not a good atmosphere, the room and motel in general was not clean and it smelled. I would not recommend staying here at all!! I will leave as many reviews as I can so hopefully no one will make the same mistake that we made. I just hate that I spent almost $250 for a room that should have cost $50 if we are being honest!

The rooms have really gone down hill. The bath tubs & showers were old and dirty. The Continental breakfast was out of everything.
They didn’t have biscuits, muffins, bread, yogurt, fruit and juice. There was barely any eggs and sausage left. When another guest asked about adding food the lady was rude and said everything is frozen. I can’t put it out frozen. The second day still didn’t have anything. I had two rooms and was locked out of both of them. I waited at the desk for 10-15 minutes before I went to look for someone outside. There was another guest waiting with me that had the same problem. When I found someone he was rude and said I wasn’t even gone that long. Later in the afternoon I asked for more towels and wash cloths. I told the guy at the front desk I had two rooms with and he said I can only give you two towels. The pool was dirty and the water level was very low. The side walk around it was broken and chunks of cement were all around the pool. I have never left a bad review before but the main reason I booked this hotel was for the Continental breakfast and pool. It was very disappointing for me and my family.

Room was ok. Found our room, the gap at the bottom of the door was large and let in light and air. Used cigarette butts inside the door. Shower handle was cracked and ready to come off. Shower knob wouldn’t pull all the way up for full shower. Bathroom light flickered. Toilet wouldn’t flush had to take the lid of and move the flapper manually. Bed was small and uncomfortable

Needs maintenance and upgrades. More communication with patrons. I had to sign a waiver for $150 for smoking or pet damage when the room we stayed in was permeated with smoke & the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag. What a joke! However, when I complained about the dirty bathtub, they were willing to move us. We were too tired & road weary to move things,so housekeeping cleaned the bathtub & toilet for us. I do give them an A for effort.

The room was not clean we had a graduation party to go to the person at front desk said they would come back and clean herself if she had to I also talked to a regular cleaning lady about it they never came and cleaned we came back around 10pm sad hair and pee stains on the bathroom floor mirrors never been cleaned dirt and trash around edge of walls never had been vacuumed for a long time need to check up on your employees place is old and rundown inside and outside take pride in your place we paid enough for the room feels like the owner just wants the money and cares less about everything else have family around there will not stay there again

When we turned on the shower the water brown and the drain barley drained. The cups were not wrapped so I have no clue how many hands had touched them. The breakfast was horrible. My eggs were cold. The pancake mix was out along with all the juice except 1 was empty.
