It’s ok. Noisy street traffic. Many “bags” like doors slamming during the night.
One lift / elevator, slow.
Rooms are basic but OK. Split level is not ideal for kids, and having to walk down stairs at night to use the restroom (bedroom up, toilet down).
Safety box in the room, but it was “locked”. Did not ask them to open.
Check out was slow, waiting for them to “inspect” the room to release the deposit.
The room is a bit cramped if you have more than 1 bag to lay out, and closets were up the stairs…. Not convenient tk drags the bags up, put away clothes, then bring your bags back down….

Not much around besides 7-11.

The bed and pillows were actually very comfortable.

Most things about this hotel are great. It is conveniently located within a 10 minute walk from the MRT pink line, another 10-15 minute walk away from one of the coolest malls I've been to in all of East/Southeast Asia, and the staff is warm and welcoming. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very spacious. There are a few things that I didn't like however and the main thing was that the water pressure left me feeling really disappointed. Another thing is that the room didn't have a microwave and lastly while this hotel/condo is a new build, the interior of my room was already starting to look shabby for whatever reason as the fabric on the wall was already torn in some spots and sagging. Overall, I was happy with my stay though.

looks are deceiving

Selectively dont understand English.
I contacted the accommodation through Hotels and directly on there own website to enquire if they could accommodate my food allergies before arrival with no reply, upon arrival I asked same question and was taken to a seat in the restaurant given a menu, staff walked away not answering my question, so left.
On 1st impression the building and room was pleasing to the eye, but when in condo there was a lot of short black hair throughout, on sofa, cushion covers, carpet, sticky black marks on floor and what resembled tobacco on carpet under sofa and a lot of ants around table, sink & fridge even though we had no foodstuff.
Condo had kettle, with no cups or glasses to drink from, there was 2 plates, bowls, fork & spoon but nothing to cook with.
We were in a Pool accessible room in which the outside was the most comfortable and clean area.

Unkept gym & pool area, in which corridor is extremely dark, makes one feel that its haunted. Balcony isn't accessible too as sliding door seems deadlock. room is fine though

The staff are not welcoming the guests as they should be. For example, they seem to judge the guests from the look. Another experience is the bedsheet was not changed for the following days of staying.

Not Ready for Prime Time

While the staff is nice, this hotel is nowhere near ready to be open to the public. Too many things missing or not properly thought out when it was built.

1. Road Noise is terrible, very close to highway and needs dual or triple pane sound proof windows. Got very little sleep due to the noise

2. Closet is so close to the bed that the doors don't open fully and the closet can't be used. Couldn't unpack suitcase.

3. The king size bed has no frame or box spring, it's on the floor. Also, it's up a set of stairs to the loft while the bathroom is on the entry level. A terrible set up for anyone who needs to use the bathroom at night. I would never have stayed here if I knew the bed was up a flight of stairs.

4. The room did not have a coffee table, mirror or microwave. The only mirror is in the bathroom There were no washcloths or body lotion and the towels are thin and cheap

5. Safe is tiny, will not hold a 15\" laptop.

6. No shelf in the shower for toiletries, only a thin metal tray to hold 1 small bar of soap. Bathroom fan was extremely loud and I could not turn on the light without waking up my gf with the loud fan noise.

7. Exercise room didn't have any towels, hand sanitizer, water cooler or bottled water and was out of toilet paper. My key card didn't work to open the exercise room and I had to wait several minutes for staff to arrive and let me in.

There are many other choices in Bangkok, until they fix all the flaws this place should not be on Hotels.com

I checked in about 1pm on Nov 7th, clerk was not happy that I check in a bit early but there's no traffic, so I arrive a bit early. Clerk did not inform me anything about the hotel. She did not provide me information about where is the pool, gym, restaurants, breakfast time.

On 8th, we came downstairs for breakfast at 10.30am, clerk who was at front desk was not friendly to us. She said breakfast is closed and did not offer to provide us with anything for breakfast even thought we paid for breakfast package with our pool front unit.

Checking out on Nov 8th, 2019 at 11.30am, the same clerk was at the front desk. She did not say much it in a nice moose, she asked if I have ฿1,000 bill because she need smaller bill at the hotel. She was not a helpful front desk person and have no concept of customer service in mind.

We left the hotel and drove 2 hours away then I could not find my ID, so we called the hotel. She said my ID was there. We had to drive 2 hours back to get my ID when she forgot to give it back to me after making copy for her file. Moreover, when I get there I saw four IDs there. I asked her, why so many IDs here, she said she forgot to return them to her customers after she made copies of the IDs.

This is terrible!

1 nacht verbleven. Prima hogel met vriendelijke receptie. Kamers zijn net, comfortabel bed en stil (nabijgelegen snelweg niet hoorbaar).

Geen gebruik gemaakt van restaurant of zwembad dus daar kan ik niet over zeggen.

Hyvä hotelli, mutta kaukana kaikesta

Olimme kolme yötä 5 henkisen perheen kanssa. Emme saaneet lisävuodetta, joten parisängyssä nukkui kolme. Huone oli kiva allasyhteydellä. Makuuhuoneessa kuitenkin tuoksui kellarilta ja seinässä olikin selkeä kosteusvaurio. Emme antaneet tämän häiritä, koska olimme vain kolme yötä. Hotellin respasta emme myöskään saaneet etukäteen varattua kyytiä kentältä hotellille vaan varasimme sen get your guiden kautta. Hotelli oli ihan kiva, mutta liian kaukana ja hankalasti isojen teiden syleilyssä. Kävellen oli haasteellista liikkua juuri minnekään. N. 15 min kävelyn päässä on pinkin linjan skytrain asema, jolla pääsee hyvin liikkeelle, mutta matkan menee ainakin 1h/suunta. Vieressä oli hyvä pieni ravintola, joka osoittautuikin koko 2,5 viikon reissun edullisimmaksi!

The good points were that the porridge on the breakfast menu was delicious. The room was spacious and the bedroom was quiet and comfortable. There was no loungewear or slippers, so I think it would be better to bring your own. The not good points were that there was no free bottled water in the room on the first day I checked in. Other than that, it was very good. I would like to stay here again.

Some room has microwave some does not, I was lucky this trip to get one with microwave, clean room besides small roaches near bed on every trips but it's Thailand, tropical so small bugs are expected. QBox has fantastic staffs, maw (front staff) and several more always so polite and friendly. Excellent security personal Bird and Tip often helped with doors and bags, overall great place
