Very clean apartment (well equipped although it would benefit from a kettle and hairdryer). Excellent location for the main centre of Hamelin.

Location is amazing. Yards from the centre of town. Parking is a bit of issue. We have a VW Caravelle so we’re able to use the rear of the property at a cost of 18 euros.
Comfortable enough rooms. Clean and tidy with all the usual facilities. We had an evening meal which was about the price you would expect for its location, it was plentiful and tasty served by a very nice lady who was also acting as Receptionist.

Lovely hotel in the old town area. My room was really spacious and was spotlessly clean and the price included a good buffet breakfast. Everywhere I wanted to see was within walking distance and if I was in the area again I would stay here again

Nice hotel in the centre of Hameln, can be outside noise late evening. Good breakfast buffet style. I have stayed there three times and most staff are pleasant and helpful however one receptionist was unhelpful and miserable appeared not to understand English,otherwise have no complaints.

Wonderful winter vacation with family on their first trip to Europe. Best hotel we stayed at during our travel throughout Italy, Germany and poland. Perfect location, excellent breakfast, reasonable parking (about $10 per day) and big rooms. Visited during winter and winter markets were just across the courtyard. Building is connected to great restaurant/cafe and unlike many of our other hotel stays during this tracer--the in-room heaters and wifi worked flawlessly. My only criticism was that the lobby was not 24 hours, but that is largely overshadowed by all the other excellences. I recommend and will find an excuse to stay here again.

This is a typical German town hotel. Well kept, clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good and included in the room price. The hotel is conveniently located near the Hamelin train station. I would stay there again.

Small hotel at the heart of Hameln close to all attractions and shops. Nice and courteous staff. Very basic amenities and even more basic accommodation arrangements. Just barely 3 star. In my opinion the bed and bedding needs some serious update at least. It was very uncomfortable full with dents and no support at all.

Went back in time.
I took my family to see where I lived as a child. I picked this hotel as it was central and in the main town. I booked, emailed about parking and it was all sorted before I got there. The staff were minimal but ever willing and able to attend to you. Getting drinks, dinner if you eat in the restaurant. The breakfast is continental only so got a bit boring. Resturant food was good. Don't expect 5* and you'll be happy.

Thanks to MY \"clerical error\", we arrived in Hameln one day BEFORE our reservations. The Hotel gladly took us in, and we enjoyed two days in the town. The Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The Hotel was easy to locate, and the pay parking area was just several hundred feet down the street. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and the Hotel and its environs were very quiet, which helped for a good sleep. We were too lazy to leave our bed for breakfast, but we did enjoy a very tasty dinner in the Hotel's attached restaurant in the pedestrian zone. The Hotel is about 200 feet away from the Hameln Museum and in close proximity to many historic buildings; the town is easily walked. Hameln will be appreciated by travelers of the \"Deutschen Marchenstrasse\" (Germany Fairy Tale Road) and/or the \"Deutschen Fachwerkstrasse\" (German Timber Frame Road) for its historical importance and its architecture.

Korrekte Prüfung der Buchung vor einer Zusatzkosten-Anforderung wäre ebenfalls angeraten.

Im Nebengebäude gibt es keinen Aufzug in die vielen Treppen sind für einen Gehbehinderten nur sehr schwer zu überwinden. Das Bett ist unangenehm niedrig und ich konnte kaum aufstehen.

De dame achter de receptie had er duidelijk geen zin in. Ben afgelopen weken in veel hotels geweest, maar deze ontvangst was ver onder de maat.
Verder was er geen Wifi beschikbaar in de kamer (kamer 111) en tot overmaat van ramp viel de televisie uit toen de EK wedstrijd Engeland - Nederland op het punt van beginnen stond. Dit hotel heeft gewoon een hele slechte indruk achter gelaten!

Also die Zimmer mit 2 Schlafzimmer,war schön und geräumig. Aber leider war das Frühstück am Ersten Tag sehr schlecht. Das Brot und die Brötchen waren sehr alt und hart und es gab trotz Werbung draussen,kein Lachs.

Hotel wirbt mit schönen neuen Zimmern und vor Ort haben wir nur ein altes Abgewohntes Zimmer bekommen. Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Schimmel in der Dusche, Haare und Staubflusen im Bad und Zimmer. Seifenspender und Tücher waren im Bad auch leer. Frühstück war sehr überschaubar, Marmeladen gab es nur zwei zur Auswahl.

Das mein Zimmer \"alt\" war, ist kein Problem für mich. Aber auch bei einem 3-Sterne-Hotel kann man ein Mindestmaß an Sauberkeit erwarten. Beim Öffnen der Fester fiel einem der Dreck von mehreren Jahren entgegen. Staub wurde auf den Schränken auch schon länger nicht mehr entfernt. Noch schlimmer: Schimmel überall im Bad! Ekelhaft. Ich habe Fotos davon gemacht. Da hilft es leider auch nicht weiter, dass das Personal sehr nett war. Schade.

Die Lage ist gut, Parksituation aber schwierig. Zimmer neu und modern. ABER der Boden klebte im Zimmer an einer Stelle im Eingangsbereich, auch nach dem Zimmer immer noch nicht weg. Personal überfordert. Teils widersprüchliche Aussagen. Frühstück war das schlechteste was ich in den letzten Jahren in einem Hotel bekommen habe und es wurde nicht mal alles nachgefüllt. Qualität, Auswahl und auch Nachbestückung mangelhaft. Außer den Zimmern ein aus meiner Sicht ziemlich renovierungsbedürtiges Gebäude. Ich war enttäuscht. Preis und Leistung passt hier für mich überhaupt nicht.

Die Unterkunft liegt schön zentral, wir hatten extra mit Parkplatz gebucht, mussten aber auf ein öffentliches Parkhaus um die Ecke ausweichen. Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet, leider gibt es keinen Kühlschrank. Es war eine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden, leider aber keine Kaffeekapseln.
Das Badezimmer ist recht klein und zur Begrüßung hatten wir gleich ein langes Haar an der Toilette.

Unfortunately super noisy inside between rooms and corridors but also room to room and from outside it’s literally just like if there were no windows, all windows were correctly closed I checked several time as noise level was so high, just like if the were no wall!

Von dem Foto links war unser Zimmeer meilenweit enfernt. Das Zimmer wirkt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Matrazen sind sehr weich. Dusche ist soweit in Ordnung. Das Wasser wird nur lauwarm. Fernseher hängt seitlich vom Bett. Frühstücksbüffet ist ausreichend. Das was man braucht ist da. Die Hotelbar ist nach 22:00 geschlossen.

Very nice hotel in the center of Hameln. Staff was a bit rusty with english, but we managed. Huge bathroom in a modern design. Good beds.
Note that there are entrances both from the Kopmanshof street (you can drive there) and from the pedestrian main street (where you cannot). There is a parking house just round the corner on Kopmanshof.
