Staff was great. I was disappointed with the size of the bath, looks much bigger on the pictures online. And the breakfast was not nice. The omelets was very oily and cold and the bacon was not crispy.
But other than that, it was a lovely stay!

The room which we stayed in was dark and dingy and we had to use a flashlight in the evening because of insufficient lightening in the room. After complaining they offered another room without addressing the issue. The room has worn and the fittings were out of date. The only redeeming feature was the breakfast which was good.

3 of us stayed for 2 weeks in a 2 bedroom apartment at Waterfalls. The staff are super friendly & provided much guidance. They have a large generator to overcome load shedding... Breakfasts are excellent!

Not 5 Star. Bedding had spots on, Soap against the wall, No Hairdryer, NO HOT WATER, Reception was helpfull and moved me to another room, where the Hot water work together with the water of the outside jaquzzi. every time the water for the jaquzzi open the geyser trip, Then the DSTV could not get a signal.

Does not deserve 5 stars

The service was good, but the facilities were a let down. If you stay in 5star accommodation you would expect the basin tap to be fixed to the surface, an unblocked basin drain; there was no space to leave our toiletries in the bathroom; no face cloths and were told they don't have any; and the kettle in the room wasn't working.

Great boutique hotel - size doesn't matter!

We used the hotel as a base for visiting family members. It was very conveniently situated close to motorways. Being a very small hotel we received personalised treatment from the very efficient and enthusiastic staff (they printed boarding passes for us).
Pretoria clearly has a personal safety issue, but the hotel's access control made us feel safe.

We booked a room for ourselves and friends on New Years Eve. The Staff and the owner went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We asked them to set up a dinner to bring in the new year, and keep the bar open. They organized all on short notice and delivered an unforgettable experience !
The rooms are beautiful as well. I recommend without reservation ! The best small hotel we have ever stayed in.

Room disappointing
Only one bedstand with a lamp that went on and off - told the manager! she said \" Oh thats a problem in that room
Hair dryer did not fit the socket so I coukd not use it.
Coffee and tea stand. Only two sachets of coffee I had to ask for more. No fruit or choclates in the room
Breakfast fruit, cerals and juices ok. The main breakfast very unpleasant, bacon very salty and over cooked. The whole plate looked unpleasant. We invited two extra guests to join us for the breakfast and I felt really uncomfortable.
The manageres was pleasant tried to please.

Great boutique hotel

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. I loved the architecture, the layout, views and the décor. The hotel common areas and rooms were impeccable and comfortable. The service was amazing and the included breakfast was delicious. The only things to consider is that this hotel is very close to a major highway, so you will be hearing cars all throughout the night. Also, the hotel is designed on a slope, so there are MANY steep steps which may make it difficult for some people.

Beautiful small hotel with all rooms (large) decorated throughout with African décor. Nice bathroom and breakfast room and a well stocked bar. Very friendly staff. There is also a Jacuzzi available for an additional charge and a swimming pool with secure parking.

Beautiful Hotel with Exceptional Service

The hotel was in great shape, the staff was amazingly nice and accommodating. Anything I needed they were there to help. The only downside is it is really hidden in a neighborhood. It is also high above the highway and the lower level rooms are a bit noisy. Otherwise a great spot. Especially for a couple.

One night in Pretoria

We arrived in the afternoon and the welcome was poor. The lady on duty seemed not to keen on making sure we settled in or if we wanted anything. The hotel itself is OK however there is quite a lot of noise from the freeway near by. Food was good however breakfast was a let down. I have stayed in better places and paid lees than I did here.

Extrem großes Familienzimmer. Einige Einrichtungsgegenstände wie Küche oder Kleiderschrank sind sehr alt und passen optisch absolut gar nicht zu restlichen Einrichtung. Das ist schade, dadurch wird der erste sehr positives Eindruck zerstört! Großartiges Bad, auch wenn es beim Duschen halb geflutet wird! Nettes Personal! Wir hatten Stromausfall und es wurde sofort ein Generator angeworfen, so dass wir nicht im Dunklen saßen.
Das Zimmer hat viele Oberlichter, die nicht zu verdunkeln sind, frühes Aufwachen ist daher garantiert!

Musste spontan buchen und hatte Glück, dass ich ein Zimmer dort bekam - was soll ich sagen - als Upgrade- eine Suite. Habe mich super gut dort gefühlt. Dinner und Breakfast war spitze - serviert auf der überdachten Terrasse mit Blick auf die Lichter der Stadt.

In Ordnung, aber bei weitem keine fünf Sterne!

Für den Preis sind zwei Nächte Honey Moon Suit in Ordnung gewesen! Wir haben nur nicht die Exekutive Honeymoon Suit wie bestellt bekommen (zwei Stockwerke, freistehende Wanne). Die war besetzt und konnte nicht an uns gegeben werden! Vieles kaputt, aber sauber!
