What I loved about this hotel was that, unlike other Japanese hotels, the rooms were big, and easy to move around in. Most Japanese Hotel rooms are basically closets with a bed.

The only improvement I could think of would be to make indoor safes (for personal valuables) available in all the rooms.

Family with two kids in elementary and a one year old staying in a triple room. The room was great. The size of the room was fine for 5 people. Breakfast was ok. The are fit us well. Only downside was that it is quite far from Nagoya. We loved that we could walk to the beach, the american Diner and Aeon mall. At the mall there is a lot of activities for kids. Another good thing was that there is a convenience store just across the street from the hotel.

The staff was wonderful and the public bath in the basement was the perfect place to unwind and relax. When we arrived, the staff had also set up a comfy crib for our 3month old baby. The proximity of the hotel to the train station make it a very convenient location.

Decent stay under 15 mins to Nagoya Airport

We stayed here for a one-night layover before heading in to Tokyo. The property itself is fairly close to the metro station and only about 10 mins by rail from the airport. The room was nice in that it had an in-room mini fridge and full amenities. It's a typical Japanese-size hotel room so I would not recommend staying in the room with more than 4 pax (2 adults/2kids). Relative to Nagoya station this property is about 40 mins away by rail definitely on the outskirts of the city if you are looking to stay near there. The staff at the hotel seemed nice; but not as helpful as some of the other hotels we've stayed at in Japan.

My family was staying at the japanese style twin room. It's so good and very clean.
Totally the hotel is very especially for the location very close to Aeon mall, Costco and the airport.
But I think the breakfast was not that good. Japanese style breakfast would be even better.

Really comfortable hotel in close proximity to a convenience store (Lawson) and the Tokoname Meitetsu Line Station. Great if you are searching for somewhere to stay one night before an early flight from Chubu Airport. Family room was huge, toilet was pleasantly comfortable. Lighting could however be better.

Decent and good location choice

This hotel is well located in Tokoname which is just 2 train stops from Centrair. It is just a stone throw away from the train station so no hassle lugging all your stuff and kids to the train. The only down side is that there isn't much choices of food (like almost zero) around it. And the hotel are full of asians from PRC, ROC, HK and of course Singapore.

We were lucky to be in Tokoname at the time of a Ceramic WeekEnd; this town is a real treat for ceramic lover; the quality of the artwork in display is as good as Shigaraki's one, but a lot cheaper.
The hotel is conveniently located two stations away from the Airport and a convemient alternative to Nagoya for however takes off from Chubu early in the morning. Cheaper and a calmer area.

Good location

The location is excellent! Just one minute from the Tokoname station. And it’s just a few minutes walk to the Tokoname sightseeing like the giant maneki-neko( lucky Cat).
And It just takes 10-15 minutes by train or Taxi to the airport. And 5 minutes by train to the Aeon Mall in Tokoname.

We booked a Japanese western room, twin bed. They put two mattress on a mat which looks like tatami but they are not. They room was small, very very shabby and got terrible odours. The odour almost made us turn over. The light was too dim.

The mattress and the pillows got our body ached. It was very noisy in the room. As the pipes, the air conditioner, the fridge all made funny noises during the night. I bet they were too old that’s why. The sound proof was really bad. We could hear what people said outside.

The staffs are friendly but everything needs a upgrade. They offer complimentary “natural water” dispenser and a scale for luggages at the lobby. That’s very good. They got an artificial hot spring at the basement which is very small and old. But it’s free so you can’t complain!!

Great hotel located right at the Tokoname train station. Very convenient. Clean rooms, larger than most in Japan. The beds were very firm (I prefer softer), but I think that is usually the case in japan also. We were very happy with this hotel. The breakfast was good. Also there was a Lawsons across the street with anything you could need. Wifi was good too. No complaints.

Under surveillance?

An oddly placed mirror and the realization it was bolted to the wall and emitted a hollow sound when tapped in the middle started us to search for more signs of surveillance, and sure enough the adjacent room was marked 'private' and located perfectly to view our suite room on the 15th floor. There were more access panels on the ceiling than you would expect, and these are most likely being used for wiring of a cctv system. Also a random speaker in the bathroom had us concluding that the hotel owner must like to really know what his/her guests are up to.

I reserved a non smoking room, but it stank like old cigarettes and the bathroom had a sour smell. The bedding was clean and in good condition, and so was the bathroom. The carpet felt kind of gummy. I think they are doing their best, but the hotel needs renovation.
The morning buffet breakfast served in the dining area was pretty low quality, but I guess I shouldn’t expect much for 1000円.

Amazing hotel, I had a nice experience here because of the location of the hotel we could acces the mall in a 9 minute walk and the beach a little over 15 minutes, and the Airport was easily accessible because of the train between the hotel and airport. Another reason why it’s such an amazing hotel is because of its great food. Breakfast is only 1080 yen($10.80) per person and it’s an all you can eat buffet with lots of variety of food ranging to bread and fish. It’s also close to a lot of tourist attractions and stores that sell pottery and clay figures. If you are looking for a great experience and don’t want to go far from the airport this is your kind of place. Will definitely come back to stay here if we come back to Nagoya. :)

Good location, but service can be improved

Location is good just 3mins walk away from the nearest train station, and two station away from Nagoya Chubu Centrair international Airport, good for those traveller who need to catch the morning flight in the next day.
Generally we are happy with the stay, and the hotel come with artificial onsen which is a plus, however the service can be improved a lot more, ie. if the staff there can help us to bring our luggages to our room we will really appreciate that..but they didn’t.

Very convenient hotel with convenient stall and train station just within 1 min walk. About 1 mile from Aeon Mall.
Just 2 train stations from Nagoya airport. Fare is 360yen one way. By taxi will be around 2300 yen. Only drawback is hotel does not provide shuttle bus to airport. So, if you have may luggages, you have to get own transport.
Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful.
They have an artificial onsen in basement.
I booked a suite that can sleep 8 people. Room is very comfy for 4 of us.

Good for early flight.

If you have a morning flight at Chubu this is a good choice, cheap, clean, not the best but with some basic amenities it gets the job done. We didn't really see anything interesting to do in the area... my suggestion is check-in late, finish your bags, leave early, and grab some breakfast at the airport or from subway family mart.

Quite and clean hotel

We were not able to book the hotels in walking distance to airport on April 7 due to high season and late booking, so we decided to book this one which is close to rail station connecting to the airport. The staff were nice and helpful. They presented us gifts when we checked in. There's a gift shop in the hotel as well. The room and corridor are spacious and comfortable. There's complementary artificial hot spring available for room guests, but I didn't have time to enjoy it on the last night before I left Japan. The hotel is quite close to Aeon mall and we shopped and dined there.

Hotel staff wasn't very friendly. But apart from that the hotel was ok. Had free parking which was good. Still had some restuarant open till midnight so we were able to grab dinner ard 9pm. Had public onsen though it was quite small but acceptable for this price. The rooms were quite spacious.

This hotel was fine for my overnight stay. It had an onsen which was great. It was also close to the train station which is very close to the airport so that was great.

The only negative I can say is that the bed was hard and that there is not much to do in the area. I did find a local pottery store that sold a lot of great pieces though. I bought several things and really enjoyed that. Other than that I did not find a lot to do in the area. The hotel was fine though.

I stayed at this hotel with my parents who had just flown into Nagoya, as we were leaving from Centrair the following morning. It is a convenient hotel within less than 10 minutes drive from the airport. It's right outside a train station too, so I'd imagine it's easy to get to the airport by train. We walked to the Aeon mall for dinner which was very convenient.

We stayed in this hotel before and was glad to see the new look this time. There were more facilities for guests to enjoy. When I checked-in with the hotel, I was surprised that the front desk staff did not know English and did not try to find a way to communicate with me. I was also surprised that I could not make a room-to-room call to my friend who stayed in the same floor. When I made such a request to the Front desk staff over the in-house phone, she refused to make the connection for me.

Easy train access to Japan Central Airport!

I loved the hotel. We stayed on the 15th floor. The only problem we had were the wall were so thin, that all night long the child next door was crying and talking very loud which made it so we could not sleep at all. That aspect was very upsetting as we were hoping for a good night rest before our ten hour flight home.

大浴場の浴槽にお湯が入っていなかった（二つあるうちの一つ）
団体の客がいて、朝食を待たされた。
チェックイン時にわかっているなら、団体が何時にいて、混み合うことを伝えてほしい。

야간 시골스럽지만 다 갖춘, 가성비 갑 호텔

역에서 진짜 가깝고, 자그마한 욕장에 세탁실 까지 갖추고 있어 더할나위 없이 좋았습니다.
조식 뷔페가 좀 아쉽지만 가격 대비 좋은 호텔인건 맞습니다 . 방이 넓어 캐리어 펴기도 쉬웠구요.편의점도 바로 앞에 있었습니다 .

チェックインの時説明がほとんどなかったことと朝食の際にお好きな席にどうぞと言われたが全て埋まって居たことが不親切に感じました。後はお風呂が2つあるのに1つしかお湯がはってなかったです。マッサージ機は左腰の辺りが壊れていて痛いです。
その辺りを減点させて頂きましたが、全体的に良かったのでまた利用したいです。
感想は次の機会に改善を期待してあえて悪い部分を書かせて頂きました。
