Very nice hotel, 10 min walk frim train station and 15-20 min walk to the old town.
Only thing I had a problem with was the low illumination in the hallways and the room. Had to use the flashlight on my phone to see the keyhole to open tge door.

City centre hotel, staff were very accommodating when we arrived early.
Chargeable parking nearby, but none at the hotel. 100m past hotel on the same side of the road is best value parking @€14 (Sep. 24)
Rooms clean and comfortable, I like a softer bed and that's exactly what I got.
If you want a German beer experience, Schumacher's opposite is a must try.

The worst I have ever stayed in. Left after one day even with being booked for the week. No kettle no fridge one bed for 2 occupants extremely basic accommodations at a high price where you expect more. I went to a different much better hotel after just one evening stay. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Central unpretentious hotel five minutes from central station 10 minutes walk to the old town. On main road but not noisy efficient concierge service check in no problem, room reasonable size warm modern facilities but no tea or coffee making. Breakfast plentiful and a good selection of hot and cold items. Only criticism the bed was a little low but not a big problem

Quirky Düsseldorf hotel

Hotel Lindenhof is a quirky little hotel quite suitable for travellers on a budget. The tariff includes a buffet breakfast which is served in a separate room. Our stay coincided with the warm weather of the 2022 European summer. The hotel is not air conditioned. Our room was hot and stuffy for most of the time. There was no fan. The lighting was very poor and made conditions difficult for any work. The welcome when we arrived was indifferent to say the least but we noticed the staff ranged from quite friendly to very formal. Hotel Lindenhof is close to the Ost Strasse U Bahn station (one stop from Hauptbahnhof). It’s walkable from Hbf but the cobblestone footpaths can make walking with luggage a little challenging. There is a very good self service laundry almost next door to the hotel.

Brilliant little hotel, great location as close to train station, Konigsallee, and many other place. Breakfast was juat right and your typical continental style. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly who couldn't do enough for their guests. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again on next trip.

Very good location in the city closed to lots of Japanese restaurants. Very clean, decent breakfast. Parking (€14/day) as just 20 meters down the street so very close by. The only minus point was that our room had a strange odor like sewage, not too bad but noticeable when you came into the room (#408)

Good value hotel, in a good location. Very comfortable, nice rooms, good WiFi. Only complaint is the breakfast buffet. Very small amount of hot food on offer. Mostly it's just continental breakfast with a tiny amount of scrambled eggs.

Booked this hotel a bit last minute, pleasantly surprised! The location is good, there's lots of restaurants and cafe's in the area. Breakfast was good, staff does their best for you, in order to prevent food waste certain foods are only on request but these are served very quickly. Also do their best to prevent excess waste, a lot of items are served in glass jars rather than single use plastic (hurray!)
Theres a brewery just across the road and you can walk to the center within 15 minutes.

Better options elsewhere in Dusseldorf

It was over 30 degrees C in Dusseldorf these days, the room had no AC, no fan and opening the windows opened to loud road noise. It was a hot couple of days in the room. Our room wasn't serviced or cleaned during our two night stay. Breakfast was poor to average, lots of flies swarming around all the food and again very hot in the breakfast room.

I really enjoyed staying at Hotel Lindenhof. It was centrally located so I was able to walk to a museum and the Rhine River. There was also a park that was absolutely beautiful. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I must warn though, when they say check-in is at 2 they mean check-in is at 2. With that said, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

It was a very short stay. I appreciated the large desk and the decor, although I think the closets could be a little bigger; the modern design takes ip too much space, if I had stayed there longer and needed to hang all my clothes, I would have found it extremely irritating having to get everything out to choose from the back.

We only stayed one night at the Hotel Lindenhof but we would have no issues staying there for longer. We were greeted on arrival with a smiling face and were allowed access to our room straight away even though we were there much earlier than check in time. The room had everything we required and had a wonderful deep bath which rewarded a long days walking to the Japanese Gardens and back. The hotel is around a 15 minute walk to the Aldstadt and a 5 minute walk to the train station. The breakfast buffet was perfect for our needs.

lovely friendly Family run Hotel. Handy for centre

Warm Welcome, Good rooms, Excellent Breakfast, Helpful Staff, handy for Ubahn - one if our party has difficulty with descending stairs. The Ubahn has a lift just up the road. this makes access easy to everywhere.
We have stayed at this hotel about 4 / 5 times now & we would stay at this hotel if were to visit Dusseldorf again

I booked a long time in advance and requested a bath tub as the hotel advised this was available. We were staying 3 nights so I thought they would make sure this was OK but didn't even notice my request and then said wasn't possible. I have muscle damage that is helped with soaking so was very important. Bathroom was tiny. Breakfast was good. One new reception person was very nice.

I picked the most unbearably hot weekend to be in Duseldorf. Unfortunately the hotel does not have air conditioning and it was a very uncomfortable stay for that reason only. The hotel room was comfortable and clean and the hotel was convenient to the central train station and walking to all the major sightseeing attractions of Duseldorf.

Stayed one night. A very charming boutique hotel - I loved the hard-wood floor which made it really cozy.
Neighborhood excellent for variety of restaurant from a German pub/restaurant, fancy Thai restaurant to a fastfood Turkish place. Breakfast was great, too (I wish I had more than 15min to enjoy it!).
I would definitely stay here again!

A great location for making the station in the morning, and a clean, modern room in which to relax. The breakfast is included and really good, with a great coffee machine. The decor of the breakfast room is a little bit garish for my tastes, but this is a minor taste issue: the rooms are clean, smart and very comfortable. The service was delightful.

Nice, but could be better

I stayed for 2 nights on business. One of my main reasons for selecting Hotel Lindenhof was because it offered free WiFi throughout. Unfortunately, when I arrived the WiFi was not working. The receptionist informed me that it hadn't worked for some time and they didn't know when it would be fixed. I could access the WiFi from the neighboring restaurant, but this was only available in reception. Not a suitable area for work!
The room itself was OK. Pleasant, but no more than that. Some of the furnishings and finishes are looking a bit tired, but everything was clean. There was however a foul sewer smell which built up in the room when it was closed up. I didn't mind having the window wide open, but wouldn't have been able to stay in the room without any fresh air.

Great modern room, in convenient location near train station. Room with all amenities including a good selection of food for breakfast. We were unhappy with the service. Upon checking in, the lady at reception seemed to want us 'out of her way' and told us a different room number to what we were given (we were given a twin instead of a double - which we just accepted) I had to call reception as the wifi instructions were not clearly explained upon check in, she really wanted us gone from reception. My partner went to seek a map (as stated in the room book) and was left waiting with no assistance even when a dog started barking at her aggressively.

We stayed here during a short trip to the city for a conference. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and comfortable. The room was perhaps not luxurious (e.g. no minibar), but we were very happy there. There is free WiFi internet, although it could be a little slow at times. The breakfast was good and came with a selection of options (toast, sausages, scrambled eggs, meats and cheeses, fruit salad...). We found Königsallee and the Altstadt to be within walking distance (10-15mins), although this may not be the case for every traveller. The area provides a very large number of Japanese, Chinese and Korean restaurants for if you want something closer to the hotel.

Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tolle Auswahl an alternativen Produkten vorallem bei Unverträglichkeiten. Schlecht jedoch die fehlende Klimaanlage, nicht saubere Handtücher - voller Make-Up, Blutfleck auf dem Bettlaken und nicht einmal ausgetauscht, Lüftung im Bad voll mit Staubflocken, Dusche war eine Lanpe defekt und Toilettenpapierhalter nicht richtig befestigt. Zum Thema Klimaanlage war der Rezeptionist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sodass er auch einen Ventilator zur Verfügung gestellt hat.

Fijn hotel op een handige plek. Bedden waren oké, een extra kussen op de kamer was fijn geweest, deze waren wat dun. Verder wel alles zeer schoon en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt was wel erg druk, restaurant zat vol, wellicht beter om met tijdsvlakken te werken. Al met al een prima verblijf gehad!

中央駅と市内中心部の間くらいの立地で便利でした。無料の朝食は豪華な感じではありませんが、ドイツらしくハム系が充実していて、個人的にはフルーツやヨーグルトが取れたので満足です。ベッドはシングルサイズにしましたが、お部屋自体は広めで使いやすかったです。
レセプションでお願いするとケトルを快く貸していただけました。
