Room small but clean no wardrobe or drawers to unpack luggage but fine for couple nights
Staff on reception really friendly free sweets at reception need keycard to get into hotel which is up 1 flight of stairs

Staff was fantastic and it is somewhat rare to find a German hotel with an elevator on the ground. Location was also fantastic, super close to the Christmas markets. However, the room was fairly small, with a fairly low bed. Additionally the room was not super clean.

Floor had strange smell all over the corridor, it was not mentioned that the room would be small attic.
Rest was fine very neat and tidy. It was just the smell which was really bad and very limited options in breakfast menu

The staff is excellent. My train had a delay and I called to arrange a late-check-in. The lady on the phone was most helpful and sent me the key box pin privately as I had booked over an app which didn’t work for messaging.

no elevator

Location is good, very close to bus station, but the hotel at 2nd floor, no elevator for customer, so it is too hard to carry it to your room if you have some big suitcases with you, and your room probability at 3rd floor.

Note to potential customers - this hotel is not what it seems by the photos. The rooms are small and there was many hair present. Only pro is the bathroom- it’s almost the same size as the bedroom.

Perfect for city stay

Downtown next to the train line. Lots of local restaurants and the city goes quiet once you close the windows. Super clean and front desk was friendly. Parking was weird. Tight turning garage

This is the second time we stayed at Olga. It is a very nice and clean hotel at an excellent price. Staff are very friendly. The price comes with the fact that the tram is in front of the house and you definitely hear it.

Difficult to find entrance. Rooms small, bathroom even smaller. Can't shut the door whilst inside.
Curtains don't cover the full window: have to move them left and right to cover the right bit of the window. Exposed window lets in too much street light and flashing lights of tram stop. Noisy - on main road. No wardrobe - two hangers!

For one night, it is well located but expensive and very basic although clean.

Its a great location. being right on the train line for 5 trains with my window overlooking a station it was very noisy, so if you are not used to noise you need to bring your ear plugs. When you arrive there are 28 steps to climb up to get to reception. As i recently fell over i could not carry my suitcase up these stairs. The receptionist let me in another way where there was a lift. Thus everyday I could go to ground floor to get out via lift. Why management cannot install a security mount near that door to get in and go straight up to the 4th floor for all future days is puzzling.. a day of wandering for anyone.. to only have a security access and having to climb stairs when another option is available.. you have to wonder. The floor in my room was swept but certainly needed a good wash, bathroom was clean.

From first contact with the hotel I was pleased with my choice of stay and its a 7 minute walk to the main shopping area. The room was very clean and airy. The staff could not have been more welcoming and all questions and advice I rwqiured was delt with the utmost care. I will be back again.

Great staff not so great room and fire alarm

The staff was the best! Super helpful staff and friendly. The single room was very basic there was a place for a tv but there was just wires and no tv. The room was very small. Overall it suited my needs (I did not need a tv or space) There was a fire alarm at 3:30am and we had to wait outside for almost an hour. No one at the hotel could be reached so it took a while to sort. It was a fluke but I did not think it was handled well.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein.Das Bett stand direkt unter dem Fenster, und es zog gewaltig kalt herein. Man hörte auch die Stadtbahn permanent, da das Fenster direkt zur Straße raus ging, an der direkt die Stadtbahnhaltestelle ist.

Yo solo reservé para dormir, no me la imaginaba tan pequeña pero si solo paras por ahi para dormir, es aceptable. Es un poco incómoda en el sentido que la individual la menos la cama está pegada a la ventana y no apetece subirse a la misma para abrir y cerrarla. El espacio para dejar tus cosas es casi nulo y en mi caso a la silla el faltaba una rueda. El colchón sería recomendable que lo cambiaran, del uso ya está un poco deformado. Si tienes sueño ligero quizás probar con otro tipo de habitación, en la individual por desgracia se escucha todo lo que hacen arriba, al lado... incluso escuchas toser o alarmas del móvil. Es mi experiencia en esa mini habitación individual. suerte o no. EL personal en todo momento agradable asi como limpieza. Si solo vas a dormir y por poco tiempo, no es mala opción porque está muy bien conectado.

Mon arrivée s’est bien déroulée. J’ai reçu un courriel m’informant que la réception serait fermée à mon arrivée, mais après un échange, un employé a gentiment accepté de m’attendre pour me remettre la clé. J’ai vraiment apprécié cette attention. La chambre était très propre et confortable, et le déjeuner, excellent. Un séjour très agréable dans l’ensemble !

La proximité du centre ville n'excuse pas tout. Le manque de climatisation (qui n'est pas obligatoire), le bruit extérieur (qui est normal en centre ville) n'exclut pas l'absence de bureau (table) et chaise (un fauteuil peu pratique pour écrire. De plus, un système d'ascenseur particulier en passant chez le voisin. En conclusion, cet hôtel est bien mais manque de petits effets.

Wir haben das Hotel spontan von unterwegs aus gebucht. Bei der Ankunft hing ein Schild an der Tür, dass aufgrund von Krankheit die Rezeption nach 16:30 nicht mehr besetzt sei. Telefonisch konnten wir über die key box immerhin eine key card bekommen, aber keinen Parkplatz mehr dazubuchen und auch keine zweite key card erhalten. Das Zimmer lag genau an der Ecke zur Hauptkreuzung. Sehr laut dank Verkehr, Ubahn, Feuerwehr etc. Sauber, aber extrem laut.

주변에 식당이나 먹을곳이 많지는 않지만 지하철역 바로 옆이고 중앙역까지 2정거장이라 교통이 너무 너무 편리해서 좋았습니다. 호텔 은 깔끔하고 실내도 매우 청결합니다

Had a terrible night of close to no slee

The rooms are quite small, which is perfectly fine, but they tend to retain heat. My window faced a busy street with the metro passing by every couple of minutes, which added a lot of noise. I’d strongly recommend providing a fan in these street-facing rooms.

Das Zimmer war klein, aber für eine Nacht hat es gereicht. Öffentliche Verkehrsmitteln waren nicht weit entfernt. Das Bett war gemütlich.

Nur im Sommer ist es nicht auszuhalten, weil das Zimmer keine Klimaanlage oder Ventilator hat.

Die U-Bahn Station vorm Haus ist sehr praktisch, aber die Zimmer in die Richtung sind sehr hell und laut. Die Zimmer Richtung Innenhof sind zwar kleiner, aber deutlich besser zum Schlafen.
