My husband and I stopped here on our 7th wedding anniversary . I had a tealight candle that i lit inside our room. When i blew out thecandle. I got a notification that the hotel had charged my card over $500 dollars!! I called the desk to staighten out their error and they told me that I was smoking in the room and they know because they have sensors! As if I was lying!!
After a tearful explanation they reversed the charges.

Was disappointed the pool was closed when the other hotel pools were open, I picked this hotel for the pool. The pizza place was closed too, so disappointed. Room was clean and staff nice. If u are going to have things closed it should be noted when making reservations.

The house keeper watched me leave my room and than went in not knowing people were still in there AND I EVEN HAD THE SIGN UP FOR THEM NOT TO DISTURB!! this really got to me. Were they gonna try to go through my things thinking no one was in there and they watched me walk away. Be careful what you leave in your room.

EVERYTHING, was great at Aquarius!! Fantastic staff, great rooms and bathrooms, wonderful amenities. I even contacted house-keeping for something extra for our room, and they were friendly and accommodating, and set it up to our room, very quickly. They also have the Aquarius Cafe' with a GREAT STAFF, friendly, great food and prices. *The Cafe, has a few Value Priced breakfast & dinner meals on a special menu, which are all delicious! and wallet friendly!.... I strongly recommend!! 👍 The resort is on the shores of the Colorado River, and the views are GREAT!! And there is a wonderful riverwalk along the back of the resorts, for exercise and viewing beautiful nature. I highly recommend the Aquarius Resort, in Laughlin, NV!!🌟

It’s OK. Windows have two decades of dead bugs stuck to the outside. Mattress was hard. Definitely not three stars, dated room. With that said, it’s about what I would expect for the price. If you are going on a weekend, make your dinner reservations waaaay ahead of time or you will be left choosing between McDonalds or Panda Express.
